With him I often have failures .. It will not freeze at all, then it is weak .. I made marmalade without cream, from fresh strawberries, I was too lazy to tinker with molds, I just poured it into a glass rectangular mold, and then cut it into squares. To my great surprise, the marmalade separated from the mold very easily without any heating. And froze easily and quickly. It tastes very delicate .. Thank you!
