My congratulations and sincere confession - so that all your hopes come true!

But I also wanted to add a little to what was written earlier:
1) At the very beginning I wrote that the extinguishing is "quiet". I want to fix it, then I thought so, because when stewing after 1 hour, the cabbage was not ready. BUT I was to blame myself, my mistake was to turn on the extinguishing for several minutes, so that in general it turned out to be 1 hour.
The next times I corrected myself and put on an automatic program from start to finish, without interruption. The result is that everything is ready, there is practically no liquid.

2) Yogurt in glass. jars of 270 ml. I cook for a little longer than 2.5-3 hours and without lids.

ElenkaBM
I used the program "meat" by default once before the "arrival of guests", because meat in our family does not eat.
Result: I turned off the beef in sour cream sauce 15-10 minutes earlier, everything was ready, all the liquid had boiled away. The guests really liked it. And I said that it was the first and last time, because on the enamel of the saucepan there are 2 bites from the bone. Several months have passed since then, their size is the same.

HURRAH!!! Today I finished my search for a suitable program for making Soups and Borscht!
When choosing, I was confused that this model does not have the "Soup" auto-program. To find a suitable one, I opened the instruction from the 950 model (in the interner), there is 105 * C 60 min.
Suitable for us, 930, "quenching". I tried it on a soup with lentils. After 30 minutes I turned it off and didn’t turn it on again, the soup was ready, but cloudy, and the lentils were “in the trash”.
I previously cooked mushroom soup on "milk porridge", the temperature there is 95 * C, I decided to try it again - in 30 minutes. ready, better, but not that. Several times it boiled so much that it "spat" through the valve.

And today I cooked 3 liters. lean borscht for "stewing", but lowered the temperature to 95 * C, in 35 minutes everything is ready, transparent broth and pure cartoon!
Madlen
I am in deep shock after the previous post. Cartoon eats, but there is no function of aaaa-aa soup. Is there really a masterkuk?
ElenkaBM
Is a master cook a multi-cook?
aspirin
There is a multi-cook. You can change the temperature from 35 to 180 degrees with an interval of 5 ° C and the time in the range from 2 minutes to 15 hours with an interval of 1 minute.

Wow . great. That's all you need for cooking. You can choose any mode. Oh, how I like this slow cooker.

So in yours there is an auto-program "soup" and many others, only 25 pieces. And in mine there are only 15, although it is convenient for anyone, I wanted 12 (ms 860), but they were no longer on sale when I bought. Everything is done in the best way, and I am glad that I bought this particular model (ms 930), because the auto-heating was turned off.
Madlen
I re-ordered the cartoon and now I own 950. But it's so scary to do there. I want and I'm afraid. Girls, and on what program children can bake apples. In Orion I did it for a couple, but here it is not interesting. and on what to create one?
Madlen
Thanks for the address of the store with bowls on the previous pages, I realized that bowls from Orion (Teflonium) are suitable for my multi and you can interchange them. This is very pleasing.

Probably I will be a guest here too, since there is no one in my topic. I cook and enjoy. The cartoon is just a bomb. I have already fried and tried cooking. Wait, I'm baking a pie, it smells very tasty to me. She also cooked soup, but pokamis not happy with the program, tried to run away (why the question is open to me). I made soup from melted sirks, maybe for him. I will also post pictures

In this slow cooker, does the bowl start to burn over time? And from which model of multicooker is the saucepan suitable?

upd
Please tell me what is the height of this multicooker, otherwise they write different parameters in different descriptions.
aspirin
All the Liberty bowls are universal 950, 930, 905 models, and in my opinion, even the old model 860 fits.
Dimensions from the official website:
Size without packaging, mm 250 x 390 x 270 mm
mary_kyiv
And how much is their height 25 cm or 27?
I want to put a switched off cartoon in a niche and it is very important for me what is the height of this multicooker?
ElenkaBM
One saucepan began to stick on the "frying", it is on the stewing-norms. I blame myself for this: I put a saucepan with food in the refrigerator, and then immediately on "heating" - a sharp temperature drop ... Now I make the first and yogurt in it.

The pans are the same at 901,905,930,950.
860 differs from 901 in a teflon saucepan, so a ceramic bowl should also fit.

The height of the multi measure itself, not a saucepan, right?
ElenkaBM
Height 24.5 -25cm
mary_kyiv
Thanks for the explanations on the saucepans.
Yes, yes, I was interested in the height of the multicooker. Thank you very much for measuring.

I am choosing between 930 and 950 models for now. I also like the 930 and the size, as it turned out, it suits me better.
But with saucepans .. I read in the next topic about the 950 model that the saucepan there burns, despite the fact that it is ceramic.
ElenkaBM
When I was choosing between 905, 930.950, I looked at the shape, programs and temperature that goes in the default programs. So, in 905 and 950 the temperature in some of the same programs is higher than in 930. Since I mainly cook vegetables, my choice was at a lower temperature.

The temperatures can be found in the instructions for each separately here
🔗 / dot / com / dot / ua / produktsiya / dribna-pobutova-tekhnika / multivarki.html

/ dot / - replace :-)
mary_kyiv
Yes indeed. now I see that the default temperatures for the 930 model are lower. And it's clearer for this model with modes. And then there are too many of them in 950. Perhaps I'll stop at 930.

By the way, in my opinion, there are no more multi-cookers, so that the multi-cook is in 5-degree increments, in all the rest there are 10-degree increments. And here from 35 to 180.
ElenkaBM
mary_kyiv, I agree with you completely! Me and 15 programs too much
It is important to me that the programs correspond to the name and cook perfectly "by default".

I didn't check it exactly, but it seems that all programs have a temperature step of 5 *. I consider it a pleasant bonus to the existing advantages
ElenkaBM
Today I cooked stew with zucchini for the second time on the program of vegetables / riba 110 * C - 30 min.
The second time, because the first one did not have time to capture :-)
Fry onions, carrots and bell peppers for 10 minutes. Add potatoes, cabbage (peeled and diced), salt and pepper + a few cloves of garlic + a couple of bay leaves + I also add spices "lovage" tm "for chicken".

I bought myself this slow cooker. The Liberty MC-930B version is black with a silvery top.
Fits perfectly. Thanks to ElenkaBM for clarifying the dimensions.
Looks cool, spacelike, especially compared to my old lady from Panassonic.

I boiled some water, there is no chemical smell in it. But the yogurt jars are smelly. smells like plastic. Well, yes, I never did yogurt in plastic, I'm not going to use these glasses.

The controls are simple. Although, the book says that you need to switch between modes using * - * or * + *. However, this is not the case, you just need to press the MENU button. When the timer is set, the button * - * is responsible for the clock. and a button * + * in minutes. The temperature can be set both * + * and * - * .. step 5 ° C.

Now I have a question for the owners of the multicooker. When the cartoon is simply plugged into the outlet and no modes are set, should the red dot blink on the START menu. there is no information about this anywhere in the description.
ElenkaBM
Congratulations !!! Can I take a photo to the studio? Yes, the button is flashing.

Now, with a thermometer, I check how the multicooker heats up and how stable it keeps the temperature. It heats up a little higher. in the multi-cook mode, instead of 35, it heated up to 41., instead of 70 by 74, and instead of 75, it heated up to 82. However, it keeps the temperature well. the result is stable.

upd
On YOGURT mode at a set temperature of 35 ° C, the actual temperature is 38.5 ° C
ElenkaBM
mary_kyiv, Thank you! Pretty yay! Good and long "friendship" to you!
I also wrote that the temperature when preparing yogurt is higher than the stated one, I did not measure it on others. But this does not affect cooking (for me personally) :-)
mary_kyiv
I am mastering a new multicooker. Made cream cheese yesterday. According to this recipe
Processed cheese (multicooker-pressure cooker Steba DD1)
Multicooker Liberty MC-930

Modified it a bit. I did not add oil, since the cottage cheese was homemade and quite fatty, well, I wanted just the pasta, not melted cheese. I did it on a multi-cook mode, set the temperature to 80 ° C.
For taste, at the end of cooking I added a slice of camembert and a few drops of nut essence. It turned out to be a very gentle spread on bread.

I must say that cooking in this slow cooker is a pleasure, the temperature is stable and you don't need to worry. that something will suddenly overheat or cool down.
mary_kyiv
This multicooker has a STERILIZATION mode. but how to use it is not written in the instructions. There, in general, instead of this mode, the HEATING mode is naps.
In the instructions for the 950 model about sterilization, too, nothing is written. Maybe someone knows. how to sterilize in a multicooker?
mary_kyiv
made a sous turkey in a slow cooker.
This is how it happened.

Multicooker Liberty MC-930

This is not a breast, called roast meat. The flavor is richer than turkey breast. The thickness of the piece was 5.5 cm, so I cooked for 3 hours at a temperature of 64 ° C. MULTIKUHAR mode.
After cooling the package of meat in cold water, I left the meat in the refrigerator overnight. There was practically no juice from the meat.
Fried meat in a frying pan. after melting a piece of butter.

I bought myself a stainless bowl for a multicooker on the forum. fit perfectly.

Good day. Girls, and the lid of this multicooker opens 90 degrees, does it interfere with freely removing the bowl?
