Cheese 100 g
Garlic if desired, I put 4 large cloves
Mayonnaise or sour cream by consumption

Cooking method

  • Hard-boiled eggs, grate on a fine grater, grate cheese on it (any hard, even frozen melted cheese is suitable), add squeezed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well. You can add hot peppers, grated nuts and your favorite herbs to taste.
  • Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts, not completely, carefully remove the pulp and juice with a coffee spoon. Stuff gently with the egg and cheese mixture. Lay on a plate on greenery tied with a bright ribbon.
