Cooking method

  • I suggest you spend the old year with a buffet table with an easy recipe for boats with "Scarlet Sails" guacomole sauce.
  • 1. Boil the potatoes in their skins. Cut into 4 pieces (boats) and carefully remove the middle, leaving 0.5 cm of pulp. Fry the boats in olive oil until golden brown.

Marina, you have just a crazy day today! I have prepared so much festive, delicious! Are your legs still alive or do they feel nothing? Clever girl! The recipe is beautiful, guacomole is very tasty, the boats are original. The sails of hope are scarlet and tomato. Or maybe from slightly salted salmon?

Thank you, Natasha!Very nice words - they inspire to create new recipes!
It was I who rehearsed the upcoming New Year's feasts. I put aside a lot of recipes from different magazines (now I don't even understand which - from which). At the same time, she waited at her husband's dacha and rushed between clearing snow and a stove. I almost tore my back ... But there is a lot of pleasure! There is still a lot of interesting things in stock, but already along the buffet line (more simple). I hasten to share with you, and I want to be in time for everything!

Natasha, the salmon sails will be just great! Taste too! Salmon goes well with avocado.

Marina, be careful with your back. If you fail once, you get a problem for life. I have a great experience of working in a country house "Thirteenth, love yourself."
MariS
Natasha, thanks for the advice - I will study, although now it's too late, apparently!
RusAnna
Marina, I will definitely prepare your snack. I really like to have many different snacks for one vinegar.
MariS
RusAnna, Thanks for your feedback. I really hope you like the boats!
I also like it when there are many portioned various snacks on the table, so I'm always looking for new ones.

Marisa, made your Chuchin potato guacamole in the oven. And then with my number of people I will make boats for an hour and a half. Everything turned out separately: boats and filling. Very tasty! Thanks for the simple guacomol recipe! Holiday today, it turned out straight!

And I want boats!)
True, I won't pull such a sauce, but I'll fill it with mushroom pate, can I?
Question. Which potato is better not to fall apart? I have it with a yellow skin, with pink and ... incomprehensible dark.
Cut it off when baking?
If you bake the boats with the filling, then the potatoes should only be slightly boiled (or baked in the microwave) until half cooked, then cut out the middle? How long, at least 10 is enough to hollow out with a spoon?
