Yesterday I baked this cookie, because it was necessary to attach mayonnaise, which turned out to have an unpleasant smell and taste of unrefined oil (apparently, the refined oil was not very well refined). Mayonnaise, however, turned out to be 225 gr. And I also added 100 gr instead of margarine. butter and 100 gr. it is not clear what is Finnish (whether butter, or spread, or margarine?). Salt, respectively, was not added, because this Finnish something was salty.
The cookies are very crispy, crumbly and light. I liked the taste very much! I added a little more vanillin.
Special thanks to Wasp for a refined recipe and preparation procedure! Especially because I clearly indicated the amount of soda, otherwise I, having already started the selection of ingredients, broke my head, how much soda to add, because in the main recipe its amount is not indicated, unfortunately.

And the question also arose, will the cookies be as crumbly and crunchy if the margarine is completely replaced with butter? And then I am prejudiced against margarine.
