Yes, I liked it, mine is not very much. And yet it tastes better with fried nuts, that's for sure. And the prices for almonds, hoo!

Yes, in general, the prices for all nuts In Stockman on "crazy days" were cashews at 440 rubles. and hazelnuts for 590 p. for 0.5 kg. And almond milk ... somehow I didn't taste it
Volume
I like fried almonds, but I haven't tried milk from them. Somehow I will get inspired and do it.

For some reason, no one in the subject wrote what is made from peanuts
Troubled. Need to fry. Unfried nuts tasteless.
GuGu
mur_myau, about "troublesome" - I put 4 handfuls of peanuts in the plate, in the microwave for 5 minutes. (the microwave mode is at the highest. I have 1000 W.) and stir 2 times in the process ..
Volume
GuGu and I go there, about "troublesome". Take 2-4 handfuls of nuts and fillet for 160 g for 8-10 minutes. Flip and try in the process.
GuGu
Volume, I also have Filya, but I'm used to being in a micr, it's very fast
Volume
One mind is good, two is better. Thanks, I'll try.GuGu
mur_myau
GuGu,
I'll try. I have seias almost everything is packed, except for tiles and mikra.
But first you need to buy a new cow.

Volume,
In AF I'll try (I have a redber). It is necessary to unpack (now repair, all in boxes).
Volume
mur_myau- Flax REPAIR is yes, a "disaster" at home. Difficult to survive, but then great.
mur_myau
Volume,
No, not a disaster, but nothing to find. : crazy: Although the box signed. It's good that the technique is in its own boxes with pictures.

I've tried it. Not fried is tastier for my taste.
mur_myau
RepeShock,
I made almond from almond flakes, did not fry anything.
Almonds with skins will not make milk white.

I also liked it more from unpeeled almonds, the taste is straight almond-almond.
I love almond milk, I just stop myself so as not to drink everything at once)))

Here, fried almonds turn out to be creamy, and if you just not peeled almonds, you get almost white.
okcin
Girls, tell me, is not a lot of 1 liter for you? Found a cow with a volume of 0.6-0.8. I'm sitting here, I think ...
GuGu
okcin, 1.3 liters is not enough for me
okcin
Do you only cook milk? I'm not sure my family will drink it. It turns out that for me alone ...
GuGu
Recently, I have been making peanut milk every day (we drink tea with milk) and coconut from shavings every 3 days (for morning oatmeal)
okcin
Does your milk volume make 1 liter?
GuGu
I pour water to the top risk of 1.300, almost the same amount of peanut is obtained (cake is only 1 sec. L.), And coconut. at the exit a little more than 1 liter of cake is a lot ...
okcin
GuGu thanks! I seem to have read the whole topic, but the torment of choice .....
okcin
My family is not very dairy. I thought a little was enough for me.
GuGu
okcin, from small and the milk yield will be small - ml. 400-500, and about the "non-dairy family" - we did not drink cow's milk at all, bought only for kefir fungi, and vegetable milk (soy, hazelnuts, cashews, peanuts, coconut ...) loved it very much and drink with great pleasure
Leima
Good day. I am choosing a soy cow Joyoung DJ13B-D600SG or Joyoung DJ13B-N621SG, but I can't quite understand their differences. Maybe someone knows and can tell? I have never dealt with such a technique.
Cathome
Take into the ranks of the owners of this device
I bought a soy cow when soy milk cost about 200 rubles per liter.I have been using it for about 2 months.
When I made soy milk for the first time, I was completely disappointed - it bore a very distant resemblance to the purchased Alpro Soya (I bought it without sugar). I did as the seller advised - I soaked the soybeans for about 4 hours in cold water before cooking, and that's it.
By studying the Internet, I came to the following conclusions. I pour soybeans with a large amount of boiling water (about 2 liters per 100 g of soybeans), and not cold water, as many places write.
It is soaked with me until the beans swell and begin to easily pop out of the skins, and more. Boiling water kills harmful substances in soybeans. And it gets a sweetish smell.
Then I peel it off. This is the most dreary task, but as I understand it, it is they that give the nasty grassy-bean taste.
To improve the taste of milk, I add a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of sweetener (since I don't eat sugar), sometimes vanillin.
With this approach, milk at least has a neutral taste, and in principle, it is pleasant to drink on its own. Although the taste of coffee does not brighten up ..

So far, I have not done anything else in the soybean cow, in the plans - mashed potatoes and sauces, but while vegetables are too expensive, this is summer.

I also took it for this and came to the same conclusion. Mom likes cashew milk.

Natasha, do you like peanuts yourself? I'm not very even. Therefore, I have not tried it yet, although you have repeatedly written.
GuGu
I love peanuts, but if you do not overcook it, but only ignite it, exfoliate and pour cold water for 1 hour (I take 1 cup.Korovkin gr. 70 per 1.300 water), then the taste of milk is soft and is somewhat similar to cashew nuts, but maybe brighter.
Cathome
Nut milk is all very tasty, but its taste is not neutral, you also can't pour it anywhere. In addition, nuts have risen wildly
GuGu
Cathome, the tea is delicious with nut milk
Cathome
GuGu, you can try, but I already love tea without anything, which cannot be said about coffee
GuGu
And until recently, I very rarely drank tea, mostly brewed coffee without milk, and with the purchase of a ladybug, I fell in love with tea (brewed) with nut milk, and coffee only in the morning
Cathome
GuGu, I really love cappuccino, especially since I have a coffee machine at home, but now I’m on a diet (I have gained 15 kg in a year), low-glycemic, milk must be strictly limited and only skimmed. So I am suffering, in fact, there is nothing to replace it with. Soy whips well, but whipped it tastes even worse if you just pour it into coffee. But nuts, pomes - all the same have too individual taste.
Oatmeal is very tasty, I made Hercules flakes on the Juice-smoothie program - but it boils in hot water, and it tastes like liquid oatmeal.
GuGu
Cathome, but try almond or cashews, they have a neutral taste, nuts are expensive, of course, but this is for yourself and for your health ... the consumption is small by 1.3 liters. in total, you need gr. 70, well, I really haven't tried peanut-budget coffee in coffee, but it is whipped well, I shake it in a jar (or rather tea leaves) in a jar, pour it into a cup and heat it in a microwave for 1.20 minutes. - this is if from the hollow .. tea is obtained with a very appetizing foam
Cathome
GuGu, almond could be tasted, almond flavor at least goes well with coffee flavor.
By the way, I recently bought apricot kernels, of course, they are not almonds (they taste bitter), but they are 2 times cheaper.
GuGu
And try the cashews too - there is no cake left at all
Cathome
GuGu, in general, I am reporting. I tried to make milk from different nuts, in principle, everything is delicious in coffee (soy after nutty at all). Of course, this is not a substitute for milk, but it gives a pleasant nutty flavor, which is already good. True, he has one drawback - the coffee machine cannot whip it up properly, despite the fact that it is rather fatty. I don't even know what the reason is.

Whipped milk with a protein content of at least 3g. And where is he in the nut?
Cathome
Anna1957, and I always thought that due to the fat it is whipped. But nuts contain protein .. It's a pity, of course. You should try adding regular milk.

I used to think so too, by analogy with cream. It turned out - it's different here. We have a topic about milk frothers, it was discussed there.
Cathome
Anna1957, thanks, I need to take a look
GuGu
Cathome, and I made soy milk according to your recommendations; I poured boiling water in the evening (though not 2 liters, but 0.5 liters per 70 grams of beans), in the morning I peeled off the shell and noticed that tiny sprouts appeared .. I prepared milk and I did not like some kind of sharp bean taste. The next day I did it as usual - I poured it with cold water overnight, didn't clean the shell and the taste turned out to be softer, more pleasant for me
Cathome
GuGu, wow, it's interesting, but it's the other way around for me

all good day. I'm looking for a soy cow in St. Petersburg. thank you in advance for the information provided.
Sapfirara

Elena, good afternoon!

I'm a newbie on the topic of soy cows, yesterday I bought a smilie soup cooker (after studying this forum up and down, I decided that the soup cooker is basically the same in terms of functions, but at times cheaper, plus you can immediately buy without waiting for delivery, I took it for 2500 r) I tried to make smoothies with banana, cottage cheese and apple, and in the morning puree soup of pumpkin, potatoes and frying with herbs.

but based on your live hacks, something doesn't reach me here:

1) how it is so necessary to adapt in order to pull the ball and fingertip on the "head" of the soup cooker and so that it does not fly off and can be washed normally without fear of safety and water getting on the contacts

2) if you glue it with tape at the bottom, as you advise, is it reliable enough and does the tape leave traces and stickiness on the device?

3) this question is already more in terms of functionality: in which function is it better to cook soy milk on a smiley: soup, puree soup, compote, smoothie, grinding? please advise.

4) there was also a question regarding instructions. I understand that almost in all instructions they write that it is necessary to grind the food by 2 * 2 cm and, if possible, apply heat treatment beforehand. they also write that you cannot put frozen food and cereals and nuts. Thus, after reading something, I am afraid to do all this. After all, somewhere here on the forum I read that they take frozen vegetables and fruits in packs like a village mixture + water = delicious soup.

almond and other types of milk are all nuts
I have completely confused something and now, at least at my Smile, it only remains to look at my Smile because of the contacts and wires, washing is scary or it seems that after loading the mashed potatoes on the soup, it will start to slip or something will leak out through the small hole for steam and everything will fill all the wires and contacts.

Sorry that there were a lot of questions and that I am asking them for you. But you seem to be the most experienced and advanced here.

Thanks a lot in advance for your reply!

Live hack from Elena. Part 2.

It is difficult to wash the "cow" because there are sockets that should not get water.

You need: a medical rubber fingertip or an inflatable ball + a piece of construction tape (I always keep a skein in the kitchen for various needs).
We put the fingertip on the connectors on the "head" of the cow.
We glue the connectors on the flask from the bottom and top with adhesive tape.
All! You can wash and not be afraid that water gets inside.
mur_myau
Sapfirara,
Coincidence.)) My second midea died the death of the brave, and I bought a smiley on ozone. There the review hangs.
It's not really a cow, by the way. She cooks first, and does not immediately start grinding, like a cow. I started it for the first time and thought that the device was damaged. But in the end she cooked up and howled! )))

Unlike ordinary tape, there is no glue left from construction tape. Everything is torn off normally.

To be honest, I liked the cow more, I miss it.
And this is cute, of course, but how much it costs - so much it cooks.

Make soy milk and nut milk on the puree soup program; it is better to blender in a soup cooker beforehand. I did coconut, everything is fine too.

You can throw frozen mixtures, it's still not a cow, first heats-heats-heats without grinding, but grinds at the end of the cycle. During this time, everything will be thawed and cooked.

I cut 2 * 2 cm.

By the way, the smiley's joints from above, where the contacts of the "head" come in, are protected by rubber bands, if you don't poke it under the water for a long time, nothing will happen. But on the bottom of the flask there is no plastic "door", like a cow. It's a shame. The detail is tiny, but how much use it would be.
Sapfirara
Elena, thank you for such a mobile response.

I saw your post about the fact that you bought a smile and also decided to take it.

as I understood from the response to ozone, you had 3701 white, and I had a gray-red 3700.

mashed potatoes, by the way, I turned out very good, completely without a lump, melts in the mouth, smoothies are also good, but the apples were large, there were little grains left that were not ground.

please tell me the main and fundamentally different things in a soybean? Just after reading your feedback on the forum, how everyone caught fire with the idea, I also got infected, but I didn't want to wait and overpay + I thought that a harmful and picky buyer, I wanted to see it live, and not on the website.

please tell me if I understood correctly that the soybeans soaked in advance are first in the grinding mode, and then add water and then the soup-puree.

Do you think he won't take mashed potatoes for soup right away?
and I am also looking at the soup cooker, but I didn’t find these protective rubber bands that you wrote about.

but what about the look and where are these "doors" on the cows? did not quite understand. something like protection against water ingress. in the internet they are not even visible in the photo.
Do you have a soup cooker now or already a cow?

just if I'm not mistaken, are you disappointed in Smile? and now I'm depressed

although historically I’m all about removable apartments and communal apartments, it’s a salvation for me, although the multicooker has already been there for 3 years, but here are smoothies and nut milk with a blender to bother with cooking pots, then I really don’t want to wash it all, but these delicious I want to.

I'm just a vegetarian and I have to get used to soy milk and make tofu, in stores otherwise completely dragon prices and devilish composition.

Thank you in advance!
Albina

by the way, having crossed the entire Internet on soup cookers and cows, I did not see your feedback on ozone and ozone in general
Oh my God! and this is with my extra fuel !!

shame and disgrace to me

you also wrote in your review on ozone "If you have had a" soy cow "before, do not be surprised that on the" soup-puree "cycle for 15 minutes (!) the soup cooker simply heats up, but does NOT grind. The grinding starts at the very end" that is, it turns out that the cow somehow works differently?
mur_myau
Quote: Sapfirara
without a lump at all
I also have no lumps, but the quality of grinding is not as homogeneous as that of a cow, there is generally creamy-creamy, indistinguishable. And here, as from a regular blender stick (submersible).
Quote: Sapfirara
Did I understand correctly that the soybeans soaked in advance, first in the grinding mode, and then add water and then the soup-puree
No, we put everything at once, water + beans soaked and without skins. Grind on the smoothie button, then chop in the puree soup.
Quote: Sapfirara
Do you think he won't take mashed potatoes for soup right away?
I liked it less.
Quote: Sapfirara
did not find these protective rubber bands
Where the male plug is between the head and the body of the soup cooker, there is a black rubber cap. There are slots in it, the plug goes in without problems, if you pull it out, the elastic bands converge in the cutters, water will not get there at all desire.
Quote: Sapfirara
but what about the look and where are these "doors" on the cows?
Such hanging squares of transparent plastic where the wire is inserted (removable). The smiley does not have such a thing, it is necessary to glue it away from sin when washing.
Quote: Sapfirara
are you disappointed in Smile?
No, I'm not disappointed, but you have to adapt, for so many years there was a cow, then the same model instead of a broken one, it's a matter of habit. While trying to make friends with her. I did not return to ozone.
Quote: Sapfirara
I haven't seen your review on ozone and ozone in general
It was recently published. They moderate first. Cut, by the way, a piece.))
Until it is published, it is not indexed in search engines.
Quote: Sapfirara
does the cow work differently?
It's just that the programs are different. The cow brings it to a boil and grinds every 1-2 minutes during cooking. And the soup cooker will first cook until cooked, and then grind.
Sapfirara
Elena, thank you very much for the explanations!

now everything fell into place and, as the saying goes, I learned firsthand that how much from the owner of the same car.
about these protective rubber bands, today I need to take a closer look at the soup cooker, I did not pay attention to it.

By the way, that's what I turned it to, Duc it is on a gray rubber tab on the head of the soup cooker along the rim, which allows you to tightly screw your head to the bowl.
As for homogeneity, I usually ate cereals and ordinary soups occasionally, in contrast, apparently I liked it, to be honest, it's even hard to imagine how much finer and more homogenized grind

I just thought and read it on the forum that not everyone liked the milk and because of the soup cooker I basically didn't want to spend from 6-9 thousand and more.

especially since there are multicooker and a small submersible blender. it's just not convenient to tinker with a blender in a small kitchen, and its bowl is small and plastic

by the way, what happened to your honey? how long did you serve? Moreover, as I understand, you already had two of them.

what to fear and beware of? Please advise the "green" forum member
