Minutka chicken breast stew (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Chicken breast 650 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Seasoning for chicken 1-1.5 tsp
Peppercorns 5-7 pcs.
To fill:
Water 100 ml
Flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
Fine salt 0.5 tsp
Seasoning for chicken 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • I recommend to cook this simple and quick dish for those who have little time, and hungry household members clearly hint that they are "a little hungry"
  • Cooking.
  • 1. Cut the chicken breast into approximately 3x3 cm cubes. Sprinkle with chicken seasoning.
  • 2. Cut the onion into quarters.
  • 3. Enable Fry program, pressure - 2.
  • 4. Fry the onions until golden brown.
  • 5. Fry chicken pieces until whitening (1-2 minutes)
  • 6. Prepare the filling: mix water, flour, salt and chicken seasoning.
  • 7. Stir the onion and chicken, pour over the sauce, put the peppercorns.
  • 8. Select Manual mode: time - 1 minute, pressure - 2.
  • 9. After the signal of readiness to leave the dish on "Heating" for 5 minutes.
  • 10. Then release the pressure manually.
  • 11. Serve the stew with buckwheat porridge, rice or mashed potatoes, sprinkle with the resulting sauce.

There are situations when you urgently need to cook something, but there is neither time nor energy. That's how it happened today.
I spent the whole day from the early morning outside the house. I came tired and saw that the morning buckwheat porridge had been on the "Podogrev" for 10 hours already! (The child ate before school and forgot to turn off the MV.)
It was urgently necessary to cook something for buckwheat and always in sauce, since it became dryish. Chilled chicken breast turned up well. There were, however, completely different views, but the plans had to be changed.
I made such a stew. It took about 10-12 minutes.
It turned out very quickly and tasty. The son ate 2 servings.


If you have time, you can sprinkle the fillet with spices and leave to soak for a while.
You can add mushrooms to chicken and onions (100-200 g).
But even this option turns out to be a quick one!
