Cookies with poppy seeds and rosemary

Ingredients

Butter 125 gr.
Wheat flour 1 glass
Sugar 0.5 cups
Pine nuts fried in a dry pan 1/3 cup
Rosemary 1 tbsp. l.
Fennel (seed) 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Heat the oven to T = 175C.


  • 2. Melt butter, add nuts, rosemary, fennel seeds to it. Mix. Add flour, knead the dough.


  • 3. Put the dough on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, 1 cm thick.


  • 4. Bake for 20 minutes (or a little less, make sure not to burn) until golden brown.


  • 5. Remove, wait 2-3 minutes, cut into squares.


  • 6. Remove from the sheet after another 10 minutes. Store in a hermetically sealed jar.


Time for preparing

20 minutes.

Cooking program:

Oven, 175 С

I put in 100 grams of sugar, but next time I will definitely reduce its amount. Replaced pine nuts by 60 gr. poppy seeds fried in a dry frying pan. Rosemary took 1 tbsp. l., but with a big slide. No fennel seeds were added. I added a pinch of salt from myself.
