Arman, Hello. Well, what news is there for us?)
Ya-Tata
Hello girls (and boys)! At first, I also got fired up with the idea of buying a dolma, but I remembered in time that I once came across a video about how easily and quickly dolma is wrapped on an ordinary thick cellophane film. Since I planned to use dolmer for cabbage rolls in cabbage leaves (mini-darlings look very aesthetically pleasing), and judging by the reviews, not everyone succeeds, I decided to look for this video in the hope that the method will work with cabbage leaves. And I even found two videos on YouTube. I am sorry, I do not own the right to insert full links, so something like this:
1) / watch? V = zVquZM7W1so
2) / watch? V = B24XQlpZlRE
(you need to go to YouTube and add the cherry-written ending to the main link in the address bar)
In the first video, they turn towards themselves, and in the second - away from themselves, but the principle is the same.
The other day I tested this method on small cabbage leaves and, I can tell you, everything worked out great. Straight not stuffed cabbage, but ladies' fingers, all flat and plump, with a diameter of 1.5 - 2 cm. It's a pity I didn't take a photo. She turned towards her. It is not necessary to “calibrate” the leaves, just cut off the thickening in the middle. What is convenient, in contrast to the dolmer (as it seems to me), is that you can adjust the length of stuffed cabbage / dolma depending on the size of the sheet, and the thickness - by the amount of inserted filling. In general, for myself, I replaced another kitchen Wishlist with a piece of cellophane and I'm very happy!

Ya-Tata, Natasha is this video?

I have a dolmer, for dolma it is still more convenient than in the video IMHO. But for cabbage cabbage rolls it is categorically not that you have heard anything about a big dolmer?

And I liked this way of rolling stuffed cabbage. And you don't need to wash the dolmer
Ya-Tata
Fifanya, yes, the videos are the same. I haven’t tested this method with grape leaves, but with cabbage leaves it worked out very well.

Hi, alternatively the video:

I bought the device, but cabbage does not make stuffed cabbage at all. I'll try to spin it on cellophane.

sleepyhead, cool video. Just did not understand how much cabbage to keep in the micr and at what power !?
francevna
optimist, I remove the leaves in parts.
You can first at full power for a couple of minutes and see how the leaves will be removed.

I do this (only I have a powerful micra - 1400 W). I take a small fork of cabbage, which is placed in a plastic bag. I cut out the stump. I put the cabbage in a bag, tie it up, pierce 2 holes with a knife, otherwise the bag will burst. And I put it at full power for 11 minutes. Then I divide it into leaves, I cut out the thickenings in large leaves, cutting the leaf with scissors into two halves, in small ones I simply cut off the thickenings from above with scissors.

I can't take off fresh ones, they break. And so, of course, it is more convenient in parts, otherwise you have to twist the whole head of cabbage into cabbage rolls.

Maybe, really, try two minutes, if they are removed, then take them off, and then put the removed ones in a bag and in a micra. I'll have to try. And then the whole head of cabbage is a pity!
francevna
sleepyhead, I don't take off fresh leaves.
With a plastic cap for warming up, I heat the cabbage, remove only those that are easy to give in, then a couple more times, depending on how many leaves are needed. And the leftovers are shredded and in the freezer, will go to borscht or filling.

I heat the cabbage with a plastic cap for heating

But, indeed, instead of a bag, you can cover it with this cap, if it fits. Thanks again

Are you cold? Or do we use it? I am regularly. The longest is to unfold the grape leaves tightly rolled into rolls
