Girls!!!! Today I baked Euphoria to order and slightly corrected the poppy cake recipe, I liked it !!!! Mixed poppy seeds and nuts with 1 tbsp. l. flour and 2 grams of baking powder, and then everything according to the recipe. It turned out here such a cake and from below everything is smooth and baked.

I soaked the sponge cake with sweet espresso coffee, the poppy layer I got without drips, everything was baked evenly both from above and from below. I smeared an orange layer on the poppy cake. It came out thinner for me, thanks to which the poppy layer was saturated with orange juice and it turned out super tasty)) I made caramel custard cream (we were already tired of tafita))) The cream turned out to be the most delicate, it tasted like ice cream. In general, everyone liked it! Thanks a lot for the recipe!

And two layers of cream, which are closer to the poppy layer - caramel-coffee mousse. And oranges. The chocolate sponge cake was impregnated with coffee impregnation, the poppy layer - creamy. I made a full portion of the poppy layer, it turned out - 4 cm. I had to make a tall cake, so I made a full portion. I liked the cake very much, the layer is delicious !!! Thanks again!

fomca, Svetlana, thanks for the recipe! Today I did it on DR. The guests really liked it. Chocolate chiffon biscuit (own recipe), Tafita cream with orange. Cocoa cream cheese coating. I liked the poppy layer very much! This was the first time I made tafitou, so delicious. I added an orange and was upset, I didn't like it. But in the cake everything worked out perfectly. Without the orange note, the taste would be simpler. Plyatsok cake Euphoria... Sorry for the photo. I don't know how to turn it over, and the evening shooting is in a hurry. But that didn't make the cake any less tasty. Thanks again. I am taking it into service.
