I got it !!!!!! 444 UAH :-)
about dex, I don't even know what to say, here you choose, of course :-) dex is a very good mv, but Polaris too ... but in dex the bowl is not killed ... but you can buy Polaris in addition ...
so I had Orion before that, I bought it because of the price-399, it was back in 2010, and at the same time I had a liberton with an unkillable bowl, and I won't say that I liked it more ..... I loved orioshka, and she did not let me down. but since everything was not enough for me, I bought a Floris Polaris, and Orion was leaving for my sister, and I will continue to listen to praises about her ...
I bought polaras 0511 for my daughter :-)

Dear girls, hostesses, hello!
I have to distract you a little from more important topics, but I count on your understanding)
..have given me the responsibility to choose and buy MV ... as a gift to my mother. Spent two evenings reading reviews and comparing CFs. The strength and patience to further study the issue are over. Stopped on this model. I bought it. And here's the bad luck - there is no book with recipes in it ((((Although there is an inscription on the box - a recipe book as a gift and a QR code next to it. I scanned it, followed the link to the Polaris website. Found one brochure for several recipes and that's it .. I wanted download the book specifically for pmc 0511 AD, so I can't find it.
If I bought myself, I would look at recipes in the internet. And mom uses this boon sooooo rarely) So the book would be much more useful.
Perhaps someone has an electronic version of this book? Everywhere they write that there is almost a book for 100 recipes, but where can I get it? Please share)

... thanks in advance and Happy New Year;)

All members of the forum with the coming New Year!
Please tell me such a thing.
The recipe for the hodgepodge on the POLARIS website is designed for model 0517AD, is it suitable for our model? The amount of water there is 1.5 liters is not you never know
Who cooked the hodgepodge? How much water should you take?
And another question. I understand that there is no yogurt in this model. Can this mode be replaced? Is it possible to make yogurt?

The book came with me. There are not many recipes, but there is something to choose from. On the Polaris website, I found in electronic form only for model 0517AD. I don’t know if the recipes fit our model !? But I think that something can be chosen.

Thank you so much ! I don't understand the amount of water for the hodgepodge. Only 1.5 liters. Not a little?
How much time to put on yoghurt? Can I have a recipe for our model?
vernisag
Here is a recipe for plain yogurt, you just cook it on a multi-cook

And about the hodgepodge ... it is not necessary to do everything strictly according to the recipe, add as much as you think is necessary, at least water or even products for the hodgepodge.

Print a few recipes from our forum for mom, when mom understands the principle of cooking in a multicooker, the recipes will no longer be needed, since any recipe for ordinary cooking in pots can be adapted to the multicooker. The main thing is to understand how the multicooker works, and I think my mother will quickly understand and adapt.

Dear ladies (well, gentlemen, of course, although, I think, there are a lot less of you here), firstly, Happy New Year to all of you, I hope, have celebrated everything successfully, and dreams have already begun to come true.
Secondly, I came to your forum for advice and support. When registering, I felt, I must admit, strange, after all, it was not my topic, but after reading the topic I realized that you have a warm and cozy place here, I hope you can help me.
In general, this is the case. I bought a cartoon in order to cook healthy food for myself (I still live with my mother, but she rarely goes further than sausages with horns, and she’s already used to taking care of herself), and my duchess. I chose, found a store where it was cheaper, it stood, of course, for a week or two (there was no internet), and then suddenly it sharply disappointed me when I decided to cook: I could not cope with a simple task - milk porridge. Of course, the problem is in the hands and in the lack of experience, that's why I'm here, in fact.

So, what I did (I used a third-party random recipe):
1. I washed the millet in hot water (I did not boil it with boiling water, I just washed it as I could, but I could not, haha) in the amount of 1 whole measuring glass and another third of the same
2. Missed the cartoon with vegetable oil
3. I poured a 1 liter carton of milk, poured millet, added 3 tablespoons of sugar
4. I set the mode "milk porridge", the cartoon decided that it took him 35 minutes, then stood for about 5 hours on the heating (the recipe recommended at least half an hour, so that it was like from the stove)

As a result, in the morning I got about the same consistency as when filling: practically uncooked particles of millet were floating in the milk.
I blame the quality of the milk (it’s been a week, but I, having a cold, didn’t dare to run to the store, we have -20 degrees already), and of course the recipe.
Guide me on the path of truth, be kind.

Milk porridge is boiled 1: 5, i.e. 1 part of cereal and 5 parts of milk (some milk is diluted with water, for example 3 hours of milk: 2 hours of water), salt and sugar to taste. Since you had 1 1/3 hours of cereal, then you need 1.2 liters of milk. Something like this.

It looks more like your "pot" did not cook. Turn on the mode with water and watch.

Thanks for the answers, ladies. Now I am conducting an experiment with water, which seems to me rather pointless. Well, after 5 minutes of the program, the water was barely warm, which is quite justified for 650 power, after 10 minutes the water was already hot, after 20 minutes there was abundant steam and small bubbles were bubbling to themselves. Well, everything went on with about the same temperature until the end of the program. That is, there was no Maximum Boil, but it shouldn't be, right? It's milk porridge.
Maybe what else was wrong? I poured cold milk, did not stir, however, now I just remembered, even when filling it, I just thumped and left. I’ll make my duchess rinse the cereals right now, maybe I’m not good for that either, we’ll scald it with boiling water, but the feeling of disappointment does not pass.

upd Well, about the recipe: the second time I did not change the recipe, it turned out 1.33 measuring glasses (that is, about 200 grams of millet) for 1 liter of milk plus sugar. Third-party recipes are different everywhere, someone advises less milk, Ligra advised a little more, how much more will the owners of our multicooker recommend?

Hello! Oh, and I sat down in your Temko ... I want a second cartoon for myself (Perfeza-56, I already have it), and so I'm looking at your Polaris. Yesterday I was in Komfi, I felt them live, Polaris, Panasa and Redmond - so, here I made a conclusion, better quality pots from Panas and Polaris! Redmond is an analogue of my Perfezkin-but, so the price-ah-ah ...

Help, what to do, I don’t understand what’s wrong with a slow cooker, on pilaf mode, stewing - it’s not boiling like a child, in full swing, just seething? on the cereal mode too, today I was cooking wheat porridge, so the whole lid was in porridge, it went up there ...

Well, let's say, in the Pilov and Krupa modes, there should be strong boiling, there is an active evaporation of the liquid. Here is Quenching - yes, it should be soft, this is already a joint. We'll have to adapt other programs. But in your cartoon like Multipovar with a step of 5 *? If you need soft quenching, set 95 *.
Did you cook wheat porridge for a side dish, or milk? There is a special program for milk porridge.
Dana111
no, not dairy, I cooked the usual one, so I even took out this valve on the lid and already inside it I had porridge - I washed it out, and with the milk one, too, when I cooked it, the whole lid could be seen to rise strongly milk, although it seemed like they wrote that it shouldn't be so (((

Dana, then you need to play with a multi-cook, select temperatures for different dishes. Or hand over the cartoon back
But the wheat - she's so capricious vaasche. No wonder she went on horseback. Was it washed well?

So I got there for the multicooker, my daughter went into adulthood, and it is understandable to deal with the multicooker. And I, as an experienced fighter, help her, that is, I test. She made soup yesterday, and today she made milk porridge. The porridge turned out to be like soup, but then I read that 50 minutes is needed. I had stainless steel from Orion. the bowl seemed to fit. I will try, I will tell you.

Since you’re all asleep here, I’ll start to write it :-) I really like it, this slow cooker! Yesterday my child cooked milk rice porridge, did not put any sugar or salt, I tried to eat it in the evening, alas ...
In general, in the morning I cooked grandma for breakfast.
2 eggs, 3 tbsp. l sugar, beat a little salt into a strong foam, into ready-made porridge, there were about 2 glasses, a couple of spoons of flour and for baking. Very tasty stuff!

She is thin, because there is little porridge :-)
Alisa_t
Can you please tell me if the standard Polaris 0501 bowls fit here?
Dolgorukova
Well, I bought it, a miracle and all in frustration, rice porridge in the milk porridge mode was preparing 2 cycles, baking for 1 cycle is very raw, now it has started for 2 cycles. It's sad.
YuliaOst
Can you please tell me how to turn off this multicooker? For example, I am preparing a dish, I see beforehand that it is already ready, but the time is still counting down. What should I press? Heat / Cancel, and then what? Just pull out the socket chtoli? I have not figured it out yet)
