the heights are the same, yes. But this is along the free edge, perhaps where the rim goes into the pan is a problem. That is, the rim is shaped differently. It's hard to explain in words))
But then again, the more we talk about it, the more I doubt it
Tomorrow I have a day off, I will definitely slip into the store and if the staff do not kick me out with my cup, I will sandwich it there again, I will carefully consider everything, maybe even take a picture

whoa! here is the feeling that my bowl was hanging on the rim) Maybe this is normal, but in Orion and Delphi the bowls stick out from the box - you can see the strip of the bowl body and it does not touch the plastic, but here there was a feeling that they were side to side (the rim of the bowl on bezel multi)

Good day. Sorry, if not on the topic. I am choosing a multicooker, I am torn between Polaris PMC 0511AD and Polaris PMC 0512AD. I know that they are very similar, but in 0512 there seems to be no multi-cook, although there are more reviews about it on the Internet than about 0511, which means that it is more popular ... Although I am more inclined towards Polaris PMC 0511AD. Tell me, please ... =) I want a cartoon mainly for frying, baking, stewing and everything like that

It is very interesting that there is a stainless steel rim. Delphi has a smaller visually rim than on the native one, but the bowl also does not slip, but becomes as it should

Good day!
There is no multi-brew in 0512, there are no reviews about 0511 since it just went on sale. A saucepan, I like the quality. Overall 0511 I am satisfied
The only thing that I have not tried yet is frying, everything else does it with a bang.

The difference in height is minimal, but such a different fit.

Good day to all owners of this multi! Why, besides Ali, no one shares their impressions?, I advised my friends to take SV Saturn for a gift, but they were afraid of pressure, for 399 UAH I advised this slow cooker, they ordered, they are waiting, and now I’m nervous suddenly they don’t like it
Alya, you have not yet tried frying how it copes, otherwise I read in the reviews that it is impossible to wait - for a very long time - the power is too small.
And yet yes - delivery of goods without self-pickup, only by courier - 449 UAH in total

Vera, I haven't tried it yet, my hands have not yet reached
My Dex 50 does a great job with hot, so I didn't fry in this one. The fact that the power in it is small does not mean anything. I have a Delfa 02 with a power of 700W, and it fries no worse than Dex.
For this price, an excellent mulichka is that it contains ideal milk and pastries already, and you can fry in a multi-cooker, setting your temperature and time.

Alya, thank you very much, calmed down
I wouldn't be so worried about myself, but a friend asked for advice for a gift to her daughter - they have absolutely no experience in using cartoons and a limited budget, so I would advise Dexica 60 - two years of work and there are no complaints about him, and this cartoon is neither with eyes nor hands I haven’t felt it, therefore, apart from the attractive price of the multi-cook and your positive feedback, I can’t say anything about it yet.
I really hope that the daughter of a friend will be satisfied.

I decided to use the frying program today. I was satisfied, it fries perfectly, by default it costs 140 C for potatoes, it should be slightly reduced to 120C. The potatoes have stuck a little to the bottom, but not critical, everything is easily removed.
Photo from the phone: girl_red: I cut the potatoes large, in 30 minutes it was ready.

Hello! I am reading your thread and made an order today. They will bring it tomorrow.
Good evening everyone! Got a multicooker today. Via the Internet + delivery = 449 UAH.
I briefly read the instructions and immediately decided to cook pilaf with my son. Prepared purely according to the recipe from the multicooker.
Everything turned out great. Color, friability and taste are perfect.
Fried meat, onions and carrots in the "FRYING" mode at a temperature of 160 C * 15 minutes. If you honestly, it was not fried like in a pan. Maybe more time is needed? The meat started to juice and these 15 minutes. it was just stewed. Maybe you didn't warm up the oil as needed before frying?
The only rejects - a burnt onion that was lying at the bottom (cut in half rings). I don't even know why. Maybe someone knows the reason?
And so everything is perfect. Just a thrill.
In general, I got such a start.

Testing further. Recipe from his own little book - PASTA "BOLOGNEZE"

I fried mushrooms, onions, carrots and then tomatoes. Like normal.
Further, I did not understand - the pasta had to be boiled separately or in this sauce with the addition of water. I decided to cook in this sauce with the addition of water. I set the "PASTA" mode and the time is 6 minutes. Then, as in the book "PREHEATED" 15 min.
The result is my dear mother. I have not tried such drunkenness yet. Everything stuck together. The pasta is overcooked. The taste and consistency is a viscous mud. Even parmesan does not color the taste (although the taste of the dish seems to be not bad, but the viscosity spoils everything).
Already thinking that maybe it was necessary to lay out the sauce, and then cook the pasta? So what's the catch in this slow cooker then? On the stove it would have been faster and much more ideal.
Can someone tell me what mistakes I made?

Thanks for the answer. So then a slow cooker is not needed.

Excuse me, can I try to help?
Pasta should only be made from durum wheat, and when cooking in a multitude, exact proportions of pasta-water are needed, that is, for every 100 grams of pasta, 1 multi-glass of water is needed. I very often cook pasta in cartoons (my daughter loves it) and just with butter and pre-fried minced meat or just at the end of the program I mix and throw some kind of sausages, wieners. In different cartoons, of course, on different programs, in the stager on the express program (sensory), in the little redmond 02 on the baking program for 15 minutes, in the cuckoo on the buckwheat program (this is a pressure cooker, 6 minutes) There are even recipes here and here , I hope they will help in cooking, well, + your imagination

Let's go test further

CHICKEN IN SWEET AND SOURCE SAUCE (native recipe book)

Took shins for this dish. Fried in the "FRY" mode 140C *. Fried two sides for about 20 minutes. It turned out not bad (color).
I added the cooked sauce (the sauce turned out to be cool by the way) and then again the dead end. The book says - turn it on for 20 minutes. in the "BAKING" mode and time 20 min. Firstly, there is no such time in this mode, and secondly, what does baking have to do with it? Maybe you need BAKING? There you can set this time. Well, I’m arguing now, but during cooking I set it as in the book "BAKING" for 30 minutes, but turned off the dish earlier, as in the recipe after 20 minutes. Ambush again. Paws burned a little. And this despite the fact that I still stirred the dish.
Now I don’t understand - am I dull or does the technique dull? In general, next time I will put the "BAKING" mode
Yesterday the onion burned in pilaf, but the quality of the pilaf was not reflected. Today the legs are burnt
The paws themselves turned out to be delicious. The sauce is very cool.
In general, I will continue to test.

THANK YOU to everyone who responded and gave advice on cooking, in a multicooker

Cool legs turned out, but I would not really trust the recipes from the book
Baking has the highest temperature and it is better to really fry either by reducing the time and temperature or using a multi-cook.

This recipe book is attached for different multicooker so there are not big differences. Baking program at a temperature of 140 *, so it will burn too. This recipe for dough in Floris also burns, so it's probably better to use a Multi-Cook (or maybe make the sauce thinner). Happy testing
Kuhark @
Hello everybody!

Yesterday I also became happy (or so it seemed to me yesterday) the owner of this multicooker.
And I was about to join your ranks. But...
At first everything was fine. Yesterday I made wings and potatoes in it. The wings burned a little, but it's my fault - I put it on Baking for an hour. But overall, everything was fine.

Today I'm making meat (beef - goulash). Everything was fine on the Baking mode. But then I put on Extinguishing. And suddenly I realize that nothing is happening. I think maybe the mode is so "quiet". But almost an hour passed, I looked at the cartoon, and everything was quiet there and there was no movement (in the sense of bubbling, frying, or any other body movements of meat) at all.
Although the countdown goes on and the bowl is hot (but no steam). Out of fright, I switched to the Multi-cooker with a temperature of 95 degrees. At first, it seemed to be seething. And now again, barely something gurgles.

HUGE PLEASE to the owners of this model, please help me figure it out !!!!! This is my first slow cooker. It is difficult to understand yet what should work how.

Test, please, this mode - whether it works for you. If it works, please explain how. Is it quiet? That is, can theoretically the working mode be mistaken for non-working ??? Or, nevertheless, I came across a defective model, and the extinguishing mode does not work for me.
lisa567
Although I am not the owner of this model, but with our flora, such jambs also happen with extinguishing, on some models it works fine, but for others (for me) it does not work at all, a multi-cook helps.

Tomorrow I will become the happy owner of this subject =)
I bought it at a discount of 1tr. The price in Eldorado is 3190 rubles, on the website 2489 rubles, with the promotional code "CAKE12" 2190 rubles =) So I'm happy for now. I chose today for a long time and dreary, but nevertheless ceramics and multi-cook became significant "for" =)
Kenwood 250
I continue to test the multicooker.
I cooked pilaf again today. Today I have already set the frying mode 160C * for 30 minutes. The meat was fried perfectly and in 6 minutes. until the end of frying, threw onions and carrots. Everything worked out wonderfully. Then he poured 2 multi glasses of water, mixed everything and then poured rice. Added 3 more multi glasses of water and forth. Everything turned out great !!! The onion is not burnt like last time and the meat is fried now.
All. I figured out the pilaf and the multicooker does it perfectly.

Yesterday I made a cupcake from a recipe book, on baking for 50 minutes, it did not rise at all and it felt like it was just cooked (((Today with pilaf, too, failure, on the pilaf mode, as expected, it burned all over the bottom, grabbed a black crust I'm already afraid to test further
