Has dried several times, dried very quickly, dry well, stored in a regular bag. They are so dry that no infection will chew them, the teeth will break, therefore, special conditions for drying are not required. Well, that's my way of storing.

I didn't dry it with salt either, this is a recipe from a book. On the forum recently there was a question about salty drying of vegetables, and therefore posted.
