It won't work in two, in the evening you will gobble up everything

Prepared ... Defachchki is a dump of the head. I did it with cherries in my own juice, and then I poured it with melted butter and covered it with sugar, but all this with sour cream mmmmmm
Thank you to the author.
I don’t have whey in my house, so I sent a kefirchik to the mikro, took a couple of spoons of "curd type", and the rest into the bucket of a bread machine. Varenichkov made half of the dough, put the rest of the dough into the freezer at my own risk. I cooked in two cartoons for 5 minutes, 16 pieces fit into each basket, but next time I'll put less, some stuck to each other. Thirty-two things were reduced, and 9 put the cub in the freezer for tomorrow. By the way, at the same time, I'll check how best to freeze the dough or stuck together dumplings.

Tanya, thank you very much for the wonderful dough.
I wound the baalsh-sized sonnets and froze them. Every day I defrost a few pieces and sculpt whatever dumplings I want. Large ones with fruit, and for small ones, two of one large. Satisfied and well fed with yummy.

Girls, of course, you can yogurt or yogurt. Then you will need to add a little less flour, because kefir is thicker than whey.

Innus, I will write with what I like dumplings. The most delicious with cherries, then with cabbage + mushrooms (without mushrooms) or with cottage cheese, I can't answer. Then with apples. With plums. And with black currant (if there are no more berries).

To be honest, I didn't freeze. But I think you can. But first, so that the dumplings are warm in the air. And then just steam it.

Another favorite is with poppy seeds.

Innus, as a child I ground poppy Here is such mortar stupa

Now, if you do not mind the coffee grinder, then you can use it. Or I steam it, and then with a hand blender. Of course, the quality of the crushed poppy cannot be compared with that which was ground in a mortar (or how to pick up from the word crush?).
Very often in the filling, so that the poppy is not so cloying, I add a chopped apple, which gives sourness. Also very tasty.

I also tried to freeze the dough and sticky dumplings. Both have the right to exist, but "the coat is no longer the same" as magical as they do not come out of fresh dough

Zhivchik! Thank you so much for the recipe! I never understood dumplings with cherries, I respected more with potatoes, cabbage. But, as in the old ad: I didn't know how to cook them. I have been looking at this recipe for a long time and today I finally decided. Made with frozen cherries. it turned out super! I take this recipe to my favorites and thank you very much. Happy New Year and all the best to you and everyone who shared their best practices!
Zhivchik
Farida, I'm glad that I liked the dumplings)

About freezing. If you freeze dumplings already steamed, and then, if necessary, directly frozen in the microwave, then this is just a song, as soon as from steam. True, this is with potatoes and cabbage, I did not experiment with berries.

Tanyushkin, finally I made them too! : yahoo: Well what can I say - it's just ABALD TASTY! Honestly - never, no, NEVER have I eaten such delicious dumplings !!!!! I have an experimental filling - twisted meat and chicken leftovers from yesterday's lunch and dinner (fresh with onions and fat + fried chicken) were twisted into a meat grinder and there the remains of mashed potatoes from breakfast (there is so much butter and cream - the toad crushed to throw away, although I I am not particularly economical). But the filling turned out - well, very tasty !!! Hiccupped. Wait a minute I will feed my husband - I promise him your dumplings for a week !!!!

Tanya, liked - not the right word! Only frozen ones are not very good for me - they are ordinary, not so lush But freshly brewed - a song !!!!!!

Good afternoon! I came to say thank you so much for the dough recipe, I have been looking for it for a long time and now I found it. Yesterday I cooked it with cherries, there was a piece of dough left, I sent it to the refrigerator, and today I finished it with strawberries. The dough is amazing, light, fluffy, delicious, my granddaughter ate it just without filling. I steamed in a saucepan and steamed in a slow cooker, it turned out great everywhere. I highly recommend to everyone !!!
Bozhedarka
I really want to make such dumplings. Have frozen strawberries, do I need to defrost them? I had never steamed dumplings before.
I'm just afraid that I will defrost it, and it will flow, and not defrost, it will remain in the finished ice.

I have never made steamed dumplings with frozen fruits (but I plan to try)), many times I have made ordinary dumplings, which were then cooked with unfrozen fruits. And everything turned out great. I just think that if the dough has time to be steamed, then the berries should definitely have time to defrost.

Zhivchik, many thanks for the recipe. Ordinary dumplings were made and steamed, but without yeast. I really liked the dumplings according to this recipe, they are delicious, plump and do not become rubbery like usual.
The dough was kneaded by a bread maker, a multicooker was steamed).Dumplings with cabbage (the slow cooker also made cabbage).
There are plans to do it with frozen berries, but so far somehow there is no time.

I did 2 types yesterday, stuffed with cottage cheese and frozen cherries (pitted)
Stuffed with cherries not thawed (straight from the freezer) - 3-4 berries + sugar. In a slow cooker on a steam mode, I kept it for 10 minutes (so that the dough was not soggy, I was afraid to keep it less). Everything worked out well.

I made the dough in the HP, it lay both in the refrigerator and in the freezer until I used up everything.
Explain to a novice cook. Well, they pulled the dough out of the refrigerator or freezer and how will it roll out well or do you need to lie down at room temperature or warm it up?

Yes. A couple of hours is definitely needed.
Anatoly_1960
From this portion of the dough, 100 dumplings were obtained. Maybe I rolled out the dough very thin. Made 3 varieties: with blueberries, blackberries and currants. I froze them, and now if I want to steam them, how long will it take to cook them?

Amazing dough!
Zhivchik, Tanyusha, thanks for such an interesting recipe, for me, well, just unexpectedly - yeast, I immediately presented local dumplings and decided to do it. On kefir, there is no whey, then, according to the recipe, I kneaded it in hb and gave it a good fit!
Stuffing potatoes with fried onions and mushrooms and black pepper and seasoned with fried onions! It turned out 35 pieces of a triple varennichnitsa tapervea, five tabs of seven pieces and 9 minutes for a couple in a slow cooker !!! Husband and dad ate and praised how delicious it is !!!!
