Carefully looked at the title of the topic.
In the meantime - boneless chicken thigh fillet, breaded (based on chicken fillet in a lezon from Dianova's book). I dipped my thighs in a beaten egg, then rolled them in breadcrumbs. For Roasting - in vegetable oil for five minutes on both sides. She added 40 ml of water, mixed with the rest of the egg)). Meat program - 5 minutes. A couple of minutes after the end of the program, I blew off steam - there was not much of it.
The thighs are soft, so are the breading. But not limp. I like to bread chops in flour on the stove, I'm dry in breadcrumbs))). And in Shtebe - the very thing happened.

Off. It turned out to be very convenient to post photos from the tablet on the forum. Nothing needs to be reduced, no dancing with tambourines)))

The photo is technical, it does not pretend to be aesthetics. The husband is on the doorstep, but she could not share.)))
Porridge 31 minutes on a timer, in fact all 35-40.
The time seems to be counting down after heating. Since I put it on for 31 minutes, I got tired, after a few minutes I went into the kitchen, and there the same 31 minutes. I looked under the lid - there the dough is already rising, baking. She closed the lid, and soon the countdown began.

The bottom is burnt. She grumbled too. The apples didn't go down, I'm used to it when they caramelize from below. But today it would be terrible)))

The biscuit itself is rather dry - well, it just stood for 5-7 extra minutes, I'm used to a more humid one. But soft and airy. In the photo, the dough is twisted, maybe I cut it right away. At the bottom there are crumbs-burners lying around)))

In general, I will train on PASS)

The fourth day I experiment with the Roasting mode. Today I decided to bake a Honey Biscuit, otherwise the children went on strike, they were tired of Charlotte. Yesterday's left with her husband to work. In general, I set the time to 25 minutes and again they were not enough, the dough was not just raw, but liquid. I added another 10 minutes, after the signal I waited another 10 minutes. The honey cake was ready, it rose very well, but due to the opening of the lid, the middle fell a little. The bottom is slightly burnt. Something I can’t master baking in less than 35 minutes.

All a good, kind and delicious day !!!

Masinen my thanks to you for acquaintance with this wonderful little device.

Now I, together with you, can rightfully "wave a saber"! Yesterday "Cup" took its rightful place on my desktop. More precisely, she arrived on Monday, but reading all the local debates about the marriage of this device, I, a completely unimpressive person, began to be overcome with doubts "Do I need such a misfortune ???" But the desire to have a stainless saucepan-pressure cooker and the understanding that SO things can't be SO bad with this device, I did go and took it to my place yesterday for permanent residence (I bought it at Ozone).

I came across a Teflon bowl with two "pockmarked" places. But they are so superficial that they are not felt tactilely. Outwardly, the device is solid, aesthetic and sturdy.Having in my arsenal three multicooker-pressure cookers and a couple of pressure cookers (I am writing this to the fact that this device is not a novelty for me) I started mastering the "Cube" by reading the instructions !!! It is important! Each device has its own nuances in operation, which can adversely affect if it is used incorrectly.

Well, like many here, we are not looking for easy ways. Let's start the test with "Pair". The instructions on page 5 say that "... any standard program can be changed at will." I decided to cook with a closed valve, well, I don't like the steam room in the kitchen, and in other pressure cookers I always cook this way. I poured a glass of cold water. I put the beets on the stand (well, I must at least try to cook something), and turned on the program. The water boiled very quickly, but steam came out from under the lid on both sides. The countdown did not start. The cover did not lock. Disorder! Turning and pressing the lid, several times correcting and rearranging the silicone ring, I did not achieve an improvement in the situation. I took off and examined the lid, and the "chuyka" told me that the whole point is in this silicone ring. It is a little too large and when you close the lid it is not correct to sit on the rim of the saucepan. A ring from Brand 6060 caught my eye. It is one-to-one like a "Cup". Well, I did it. The lid instantly locked and the countdown began. Everything worked as it should. The beetroot is wonderful!

She took out the beets, washed the saucepan and decided (for the sake of experiment) to "boil" a silicone ring on the "Soup" program. Just don't try to take me to a mental hospital, but it brought the silicone into shape. And today in the morning, already with a native ring, Khash was cooked from beef lytka of a very young cow. The lid with the "welded" ring behaved perfectly. I suggest my experience of brewing a silicone ring to be adopted by those users of this pressure cooker who have problems with a leaky lid.

My conclusions: the device is good, but like all other home assistants, it has its own character. Not bad and not good, it just has everything. This cannot be overcome; it must be agreed with. And everything will be OK. I have each multicooker has its own gorgeous dish, which is unique to it. The other mullet helpers make the same dish well. But not fancy. And I fully support Tanyulya in this opinion. For example, SO as Oursson prepares me stewed oatmeal from grain in milk (aromatic, caramel-colored, silky on the tongue, with an indescribable taste of MMMMM), so no other multicooker does anymore.

And one moment. Can I say a little "kakost"?
Who managed to read the message that the lid of the frying pan does not lock and can, even with effort, be opened. Do not believe the stupid statement of incompetent people. Modern pressure cookers have several degrees of safety and security.

So, one smart man named Archimedes said: "Give me a fulcrum and I will turn the Earth." A lot of foolishness can gnaw through the rail. And in this regard, on page 3 of the instruction it is written: "This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and / or knowledge ..."

But the lid of a pressure cooker under pressure can only be opened when the floating float is lowered (a small rising pimp located on the lid to the left of the steam valve). This float in the active upper state (when there is steam pressure in the pot) does not allow the small curtain to close, which allows the roof to unlock and turn to open.

I hug everyone and wish you successful dishes.
Robin bobin
Inna, with the purchase! Wow, what does the device mean in the hands of an experienced pressure cooker - they thought of welding a ring. Thank you, very rewarding experience.

And today I went wild with my beloved Yearning - I put it not at night, but during the day. This, I must say, is not at all convenient. Now I sit, my hands are itching - I also need soup and charlotte, and the pressure cooker is tomiiiit.
Masinen
Inna, congratulations !!
And many thanks for such a report !!!
If beginners read it, they can solve all their problems))
And then many people immediately panic, why is steam coming out from under the lid. And they don't want to think about the reasons.
Thanks again)

I also have baby 01 Redmond. And I, like most, am happy with her. Stew 3-4 stuffed peppers, bake a small muffin, and most importantly cook the porridge for two so that it is not smeared along the bottom and eat at once (this is what it was mainly bought for). In the summer they wanted to experience how it would work from the machine (on vacation as "savages" on Lake Baikal), but the weather was divine and all the dishes were cooked on the grill, so the tests did not take place.

Thanks for the invitation. I read all 93 pages (albeit gradually) of the correspondence and was delighted - FINALLY THE HYSTERICA LOST in the letters. Yes, some of you are impossible to communicate with. Instead of calmly discussing the problem that has arisen, they begin to write nasty or outright nonsense. It's good that these citizens seem to have dropped out.
I'm just starting to get used to the pressure cooker. In general, I do this - I buy all the kitchen appliances for my wife myself, then again I master it myself or together with my wife (it’s just more difficult for women to figure out some of the nuances), and only then my wife cooks herself and I myself forget a lot.
I think that there is no universal appliance in the kitchen - everyone should do their own thing, which works best. But of course it is necessary to "run" the device in all modes for the sample. For example, a deep fat fryer best cooks chicken wings, french fries, pasties, etc. But thighs are best prepared in an airfryer, and meat and cutlets in an electric grill. So it seems to me that there is no need to assign secondary functions to the pressure cooker, for example, baking bread is more convenient and better to do in a bread maker (less hassle), and pies are better in the oven. I'm not discouraging, it's just probably better to cook in a pressure cooker what works best

I completely agree with the author! "Boots should be made by a shoemaker", but in the case when the need arises, it is possible to use it not quite for its intended purpose, but not expect a miracle. When I bought the first cartoon I also used it both as a bread maker and a yogurt maker, then I bought both. Now I cook everything in different devices, but sometimes I wonder what and how. So it is with Shteba.

Today I cooked a pea soup based on pea porridge, only more water + carrots and "vegeta" (I don’t like glutamates, but some soups with it are much tastier, and I haven’t found a glutamate-free analogue yet, although I know that it has a natural composition, only they don't sell us) - it turned out very tasty. I also wrote about the fact that the silicone ring sits down after several preparations, only I would not have guessed to cook it separately (our hostesses will bring anything to mind)

I want to insert my 5 kopecks about the "marriage" in Stebik. I decided to cook pumpkin porridge. All the tips for using the simmering mode came in handy. I came up with the following program - I fried the pumpkin for 5 minutes with butter, then put it on the soup for 7 minutes, and then decided that I would leave it to languish overnight. There were doubts about opening the saucepan after the end of the soup regime, or not, but curiosity took over. After the soup, the rice, in principle, was cooked, but there was no creamy structure as I wanted, so I decided that languor was necessary. So, I couldn't close the lid back !!! When closing, the valve rose and the lid was blocked. After another attempt, it turned out to close the lid, but no matter how tightly, I think that if I turned on Shtebik in this position, it would lead to the fact that steam came out from under the lid. I had to wait for it to cool down, and then everything closed safely. I hope that by the morning I will have delicious porridge

Steam always evolves when food is heated. You are trying to close the lid, but inside at this time it is supported by the pressure from the steam, it raises the "float valve" and then, in turn, closes the latch. Since the tip of the latch (it is on the back side, the pin is small) is semicircular and the pressure is small, then if you press quickly and strongly, then the lid can still be closed. If you do not have time, then you need to let it cool down a little. This is not a cant of Shteba, but a good blocker work

There is a lot of discussion on the topic - is the lid blocked when pressurizing and can it be opened and scalded.
I don't know what kind of consultant is there. I'll tell you what I saw.
On the back of the cover, near the small "float" valve, there is a small pin (D = 6.5 mm) with a semicircular tip. Wiggle the pin - it moves back and forth. Try it - raise the float valve and the pin will not go all the way. And in the extended position, it rests on the protrusions on the body itself and LOCK THE lid FORCE. Therefore, even at low pressure, it will be impossible to move the cover. Simple but reliable solution.
Naturally, the valve must be kept clean so that when the pressure is accumulated, the sealing ring does not interfere with closing the "hole", rising.

The silicone ring should really rub in - the first two times, make sure that it fits correctly - it will take the correct shape during cooking and will not leak. This is always done when putting a plastic cambric (tubes) on something - they warm it up and stretch it.

By the way, the valve itself is simple to the point of impossibility and any home can clean it, unlike other pressure cookers with a complex valve that requires the intervention of a specialist.

So the fact of the matter is that the simpler the more reliable the device, including the valve.
And you need to adapt to any device.
And those who used to moan Shteb first of all need to look at themselves, but am I doing everything right? Second, you need to put the device aside for a while and calm down - technology doesn't like psychos - it also loves affection. Checked! I myself brought the Kubik home late and began to master it with my wife at one in the morning - damn it! nothing works - tired and angry. I put it aside, got enough sleep and calmly "drove" all the programs to try out in the morning - everything turned out fine.
