After a short kneading, I turned off the stove (in the sense that I pulled the plug out of the socket), roasted the dough into a long snake, rolled it up, greased it with oil, sprinkled it with sesame seeds, twisted it again, put it in a bucket, and connected the HP. Everything was pretty fast, the program didn't go astray, everything was settled and baked perfectly!
