  • There is nothing unusual in the composition of this bread (well, except for additives, which you can not add). But the cooking technology I got was quite by accident. I put the bread in the bread maker on the "Rye" mode, but did not follow the kneading, because I went to the store. And I have a Panasonic 2502 bread maker, which has an option for "temperature equalization", that is, it does not immediately begin to knead. When I returned and looked into the bread maker, the kneading had already taken place, and I saw that the dough was too runny (there was 400 ml of water in my recipe). What to do? I reset the program and set the "Basic Fast" - in it the kneading starts immediately - and added flour. At the end of the batch, I closed the lid of the bread machine and reset the current program. And I just left the dough in the bread maker, setting the timer on the phone for 1 hour. When the signal sounded, I turned it off and continued to do some business, forgetting about bread. About half an hour passed when I remembered about bread. Without opening the lids of the bread machine, I set the baking mode for 1 hour 10 minutes, praying to myself that the bread would still turn out. The result exceeded all expectations: the bread rose very well, turned out to be soft and airy. And later I decided to repeat the "random technology" of baking this bread, and everything worked out for me.

  • We load all the ingredients into the bucket of the bread machine in accordance with the instructions for your HP. Add oil 1 tbsp. l. We set the "Basic" mode and watch. As I already mentioned, I have HP "Panasonic 2502". Here, first the temperature is equalized, then the kneading begins. Watch out for the bun, it must not be liquid. Add wheat flour if necessary. After the first curtain, rest for 10 minutes, then the second batch begins. The gingerbread man is round and resilient, like wheat flour. Add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. At the end of the second batch, close the HP lid, reset the program and set ourselves a timer for 1.5 hours. When the timer beeps, without opening the HP lid, set the baking mode for 1 hour 10 minutes. Put the finished bread to cool on a wire rack, covering with a towel.

Larissa, The bread is very beautiful! But not everyone has such components, so it is difficult to repeat it. At least for me. I just replace some of the wheat flour with rye flour. The bread turns out to be good, somewhat similar to yours. But your bread certainly tastes different, of course.
