Girls! I need help urgently! My husband urgently demands today to decide on the model of a vacuum sealer .... My head is spinning ... Help, please.
Need, of course, one that works well, but so that it does not cost sky-high. And, it is very important that you can buy packages for it, also not at an exorbitant price.
Help me please...!!!!
Elena Kadiewa
I join Natusichka. I read the topic, then in the end I got confused with bags-bags-hoses ... I would like qualified advice ... or maybe I don't need it.
gala10
Natusichka, elena kadiewa, I have this: 🔗
I am very pleased. And I don't know how to do without a packer.

You can buy a hose for it.
Zena
Lena is really necessary. ... Now I can't imagine myself without him ..
Freezer meat. The minced meat has just been screwed up .. juicy .. everyone noticed ..
I have a redmond 021 model with cans. I bought in addition a hose from Gocha .. and I also vacuum zip bags. ... Super..
I'm waiting for the cover of the wax .. then I'll be happy as a herd of elephants.
The bags fit any corrugated .. from any vacuum packer .. see only hectares of width ..

by the way, I didn’t like the Shtebov bags ... I did sous-vid meat and stuff in them, so they get upset right away ... that is, they don’t live up to re-sealing, they die when washing ... so I don’t cook in them, but only use for storage ...
from native redmond 021

I am very pleased with him

bags / rolls like most
Natusichka
Galya, Zhenya, Which one is better? Redmond or Ellrona VA 22? Please see the features! For me, as an ignorant person, it is very difficult to decide.
Are the packages difficult to buy with them?
gala10
Natusichka, there are no problems with packages at all. Elron can do everything the same as Redmond, only half the price.
Zena
No problem with packages
I personally needed a wet product button ..
And I got it in Redmond

And I have Regmond 021. The presence of jars is very good ...

Thank you girls! I'll report it to my husband now!
brakozyawr
Hello! Thanks to everyone who writes here for their work! A lot of useful information! The topic is mastered from cover to cover, but there are still questions ...
Can you please tell me, happy owners of Redmond, is there an opportunity to solder the package while the device has not finished pumping out yet? For example, if he is working, and I see that the liquid is picking up to the place of sealing, can you, without waiting for the end of pumping, to seal the package by pressing the "seal" button? At the same time, will he not let air into the bag?
I read a bunch of descriptions, tortured the boy-manager in the official store to a pulp, but it seems that only experienced users can give the answer.
And further.
It seems that someone here had Sigmund End Stein. One more question: does he have a wide weld seam or a thin thread?
Wow, what am I meticulous ...) Help me out!
Zena
In Redmond, you can solder the package without waiting for the complete evacuation of air.
LisaNeAlisa
brakozyawr, Redmond has a choice of product: wet-dry.I never spilled liquid, although it came close.
But the most convenient, of course, is the presence of containers.
Natusichka
Girls, but the packages are only suitable for relatives, or can some cheaper ones be adapted? They are somehow expensive ...

you can, only first with the button start / stop stop pumping air and press the button seal..

I personally like my relatives ... Steb's bags are not very cheap, but they are not suitable for me for cooking ...

if you have a dishwasher, you can wash the bags there and use them several times ...

in the top shop I bought my own bags in a roll for the last time ... the width is soldered there, the length of the package is what you want to do)))

if you want to use bags only for storage, then it seems like someone wrote, they buy non-corrugated, only dense ones and just seal them in without pumping out the air ...
LisaNeAlisa
Natusichka, here, in the thread, or in the thread about Caso packers, the girls wrote and even shared videos on how to seal simple bags with a cocktail straw.

it is possible, only first with the start / stop button you stop pumping air and press the seal button ..
It seems to me that it is not necessary to press the Start / Stop button to stop pumping. I immediately click on the "Seal" button and the process is interrupted, the bag is sealed normally and the vacuum in the bag is kept

Just in case, I looked at the instructions for Redmond 021. Here's what it says about this in paragraph 8:

7. After setting the desired parameters, press the "Start / Cancel" button, the button indicator will light up. The device will automatically evacuate air from the bag and seal it. When you go to seal the bag, the indicator of the "Seal" button will light up.
8. If necessary, press the "Seal" button to manually interrupt the evacuation process and proceed to sealing the bag.
9. After the “Seal” button indicator goes out, press the cover release buttons on both sides of the device and lift the cover.
Vinokurova
Svetlana, thanks for the quote and the science ... I will do it right ... and at the moment of sealing, will it continue to pump out air?
Belka13
brakozyawr, in the evening I can clarify how wide the seam at Sigmund's.

Vinokurova, AlenKa! Stops and starts to solder. But I practically don't use manual mode (maybe once ... or twice). Basically, everything is in automatic modes. Very comfortably. And for liquid products I use containers.

Yes, I had a couple of times when I salted cucumbers ... although I set the wet mode, one halva ... sometimes, the juice raises the chicken for sous-vide a lot ... and so I'm very happy .. I also have containers. ...

Yes, it happens to me too ... But, just in case, I always lower the bag off the table (as the girls taught on the forum, thank them very much for this ...), and else I read somewhere that you can freeze products with liquid before vacuuming
brakozyawr
Oh, thank you girls! And then I'm like a Buridan donkey ... I don't know what else to dig into ...

Sveta, how's that?

Sveta, how's that?

First, on the table I fix the bag with the product in the vacuum drawer, and then I carefully move the vacuum drawer to the edge of the table, the bag hangs down. In this case, if there is moisture in the bag, it moves upward more slowly.
Here, I took a photo:

brakozyawr, yesterday it was not possible to work with the packer, sorry (I have a flu, I came and fell down almost immediately).
Today I soldered the bag with Siegmund's help. The seam is flat, the width is about 2-2.1 mm. I closed the top of the bag with Caso. It has a double flat seam, the width of each seam is 1.8-1.9 mm. I just can't figure out how to insert a photo from a tablet. The head doesn't work with this flu.
brakozyawr
And so everything is clear, without a photo, thanks! Recover!
Belka13
Something like that.
Vacuum packing machine

In general, the top double seam is after Caso, the bottom and vertical is after Zigmund & Stein.
brakozyawr
Is it in one package? !! With a partition? !! Strong!
Belka13
Yeah. I decided to solder something like this today. I was too lazy to take out and collect the slicer every time, so I used a used bag once, sealing both products.
Natusichka
SvetlanaThank you very much for the photo, everything is very clear! I hope that in the near future I will buy a vacuum cleaner and will experimentally try all your advice!

Today I stopped at Redmond, who knows what will come to mind if someone writes a review for another vacuum cleaner ...

Olga, could you compare your packers (+ and - each versus the other)? I choose between Sigmund and Kaso (perhaps the 300th), I can't decide in any way, since there is no way to "feel" ...
