I have never baked cakes in my life, and in general, I am a Muslim, and we do not celebrate this holiday. But, succumbing to the general excitement, I decided to bake the simplest one in KhP, without gestures .... everything fell asleep and on (it's so simple, drink tea ...).
Came across this recipe !!! Just a fairy tale !!!
I poured everything according to the recipe. On the first page there is a recalculation of 200 grams of milk, so I took it.
I have the usual flour, from Limak, I take it in Auchan in a bag of 10 kg. HP is the simplest, cheapest, small (for a roll of 750 grams), Ourson.
Everything fell asleep, for an hour and a half I just stood in the HP, then I turned on the KULICH program and .... that's it !!! The dough was thin, flowing, but I did not add flour (what will be, will be!), Additives (three types of nuts, dried apricots, dried cranberries, raisins, soaked in cognac) poured as much as 150 grams !!! Fresh yeast, 18 gr. I put the crust in the CP light, the weight of the loaf is the maximum. Before baking, I went up to the window, climbed out of the bucket like a mushroom, crushed it with my hands! Then I crushed it again a couple of times !!! 🤣 (these were my only body movements with this cake!). everything is baked !!! Tall, fluffy, jumped out of the bucket himself, did not even have time to shake! I put it on the lattice, even crumpled (folded downward) under its own weight !!! Cool down, coated with glaze (as best she could. For the first time in my life I did it). It turned out beautiful. Until they cut, the glaze has not dried yet.
