VasiLisa, and the apples were not accidentally overripe, "cottony".
VasiLisa
normal apples .. golden .. not cotton .. and the problem with cake with all the fruits ... only carrots climb normally .. and beets ..
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I don’t know then. I just don't have pears.
VasiLisa
As a result, in a couple of weeks of use I have more minuses than pluses ... the biggest minus is that the cake output is clogged INSTANTLY and everything is frayed in the bowl and does not come out. As a result, a bunch of wet waste, and constantly cleaning and squeezing out again, well, it's insanity (((apparently this juicer is not for me ..
Elena Bo
Just yesterday she stung Golden's apples. There is no juice from them, it turned out to be a very thick and very tasty puree. There is almost no waste at all. And so that there are no residual mashed potatoes in the bowl, you do not need to turn it off immediately, but let it work a little, as it were, at idle. And I tossed apples on a piece. Do not forget that this is a low speed juicer.

I would like to share the unusual application of the auger juicer, which I have mastered. I have a true Coway, but I think the manufacturer is not important. This recipe will work with any auger juicer.
With her help, I make coconut milk and coconut flakes.
We take a regular coconut from the store
Auger juicer Brand 9100
We make holes, pour out the juice, split it, break it into small pieces, throw everything into a blender, grind it, adding a little boiled water.
After that, the key point: since the coconut is very fatty, it needs to be heated a little so that the coconut oil melts. This can be done either on the stove top or in the microwave. But without enthusiasm, 35-40 degrees is enough for the oil to melt, if you heat it more, then a lot of useful substances will begin to collapse.

After that we pass all this mixture through our juicer. We get:
Auger juicer Brand 9100
Further, there are two possible options, if you need shavings, the size of those in stores, then that's all, but if you need more tasty and creamy milk, then put everything back in a blender, twist it for another minute and re-pass it through a juicer.
Well, so that there was no sticky coconut left in the blender, I poured half a glass of milk into the blender, spun to wash off the stuck mass from the walls and poured it into the juicer again.
The result is 85 g of fine coconut flakes (for biscuits or dried bars, or added to bread and baked goods). Of course, there are black blotches in it, but this does not affect the taste - this is the inner side of the peel of a coconut. If it is very annoying, then it can be cleaned beforehand before grinding, but in general it is clean and does not bother me at all.

I have a question
Is it possible to juice juice for tomorrow, for example, today I do it for the evening, I mean a carrot with something (apples, tangerines, pears, etc.) just tried a carrot, somehow not ice
Sergey Kornilov
We do.
Squeeze out the night before: carrots, beets, an apple, a handful of wheat seedlings, a quarter of a lemon and 5 mm of ginger.
Pour it into a glass bottle from under the baby juice, "under the neck" so that there is no air and the juice does not oxidize and twirl. We put it in the refrigerator. In the morning we just open and drink.
Perhaps the amount of vitamins there is decreasing, but I think not significantly ... Otherwise, in the morning there is simply no time to squeeze the juice and wash the device.
vera100865
I use a juicer almost daily, after I wash it, I always dry the parts and still the pin where we put everything rusts, I wipe it periodically, I don’t use machine oil
Sergey Kornilov
Strawberry juice is fantastic. We collected the berries, rinsed them, and don't even need to peel them off.
They passed it through a juicer, and then passed the wet cake that came out again to get a strawberry puree.
At the exit there are only bones and hats. From a liter of berries - 1 tablespoon of waste, and the rest is juice.

and I have a question .... will she squeeze out the grenades? or what will happen to her ??
Sergey Kornilov
I squeezed out of the grains, of course, and not from the whole pomegranate.
The seeds from the grains go into the container dry, the rest is pure juice. Very tasty....!

P.S. And I have a Coway juicer.

I squeezed juice from one pomegranate. Photos laid out in the subject.

I just don't have pears.
I have too - overripe soft pears spin in the form of mashed potatoes on an auger, you have to throw alternately - a piece of pear, a piece of something firmer, = an apple or orange, a carrot, and * conference * and * Chinese * pears - fly by without delay

great = I will do that too = sometimes there is not enough time before work
MariS
And I just can't order it. Long ago I decided to buy this one, but there is no one to get it at home during the day. To follow her somewhere far away is quite problematic!
Now I would twist my berries ...
Elena Bo
Squeezed raspberries. It turned out great.
The black currant just squeezes with a bang. A 6 liter bucket is easy. It is possible and more, but nowhere, because I do not cook, but only fall asleep with sugar.
Sergey Kornilov
This year, we only wrapped confiture out of everything:
strawberries, raspberries, currants, gooseberries ...
super: fast, clean, not troublesome.

Girls, I want to tell you about the joint work of a centrifugal and auger juicers, I'll make a reservation right away, I have a Kromax Endever SkyLine SGE-94 auger. So - there was a bag, a large sugar one, of carrots, under the edges. One bucket was rubbed on a food processor - nozzle * french fries *, for drying. The rest === First, I passed it through a centrifuge, the output of 9 liters of juice and a 10-liter bucket of cake, not compacted. Then the cake began to be passed through the auger in small portions, the output was 3.5 liters of very thick puree, I always have a sieve for mashed potatoes, and 4 bags of compressed oil cake. Maybe someone will find this experience useful.
Irgata
Today I tried the taste of ** clouds ** - squeezed quiche-mish for juice into freezing - until a liter was filled, it turns out over the container for collecting juice such a greenish transparent cloud - grape foam, a little, 4-5 tablespoons, and you can imagine what it's delicious 6 liters of juice pressed = 6 I ate the clouds

Girls and boys - owners of the Brand 9100 juicer! I want to ask: did your assistant disappoint you? Now, but ozone for it is an attractive price, and taking into account all the bonuses, I can buy it for 2,600 rubles. What do you think is worth taking? Or is it better to look at more expensive models?
Sergey Kornilov
Regarding Brand - I can't say, but the auger juicer did not disappoint me at all. I have Coway - and I am very glad that I have it.
Works all year round.
Irgata
I don't have a brand, but also a vertical - a very necessary thing
Manna
I have this particular Brand. I, too, did not disappoint at all. In summer I use it regularly, in winter it looks forward to summer. Yes, it has its drawbacks - we wrote about it in the topic. But I do not use it in such volumes that they regularly show themselves.
Elena Bo
The action has begun on the official website Brand 9100 screw juicer + Brand 502 multicooker for 4,990 rubles. Hurry up. A very good offer.
Eeyore
And I'm here with you
In the summer, I created a topic about the choice of SV, still bought Brandyusha (well, of course, the proposal on the official website in the post above played a role)
Summer was not up to that. Finally they printed it out. First, they twisted the carrots. But I shoved too much and it constantly stalled, the whole auger clogged and in general ..... But the juice is certainly awesome! And I made carrot cutlets from the cake (let's go with a bang).

Today we drove sea buckthorn. Taught by previous experience, they put the berries in a bit.I'll put a spoon, wait for all the juice to drain, only then the second ... then I began to put 2 tablespoons in a row ... then 3. But I always tried to make sure that there was not a lot of juice in the transparent compartment (where the white twist is spinning). Well, very slowly!
But they ground about 5 liters of berries, got 2.7 liters of juice! The output is good, it seems to me.
The cake was piled into pots and we cook compote from it (it's all in the case, it's all in the case)
But still, slowly, as it seems to me .... In time it took 35 -40 minutes (with 2-minute breaks after 10 minutes of CB operation). Or is it not slow, but normal for auger SV?

So, sobsno, the question. How to determine the feed rate of raw materials? How do you decide how much to put? Are you waiting for the trickle of juice to become weak? Or will it stop flowing completely? Or look at the spinner, is there a lot of juice there? This is the question I need to solve. SV was bought for my mother, she is not a fan of technology anyway, and if it gets stuck all the time .... I'm afraid she won't use Brandyusha. I just remember the centrifuge Bork at my aunt's, into which they quickly pushed apples, once and again and juice, quickly and quickly.
Elena Bo
I put berries in about a tablespoon per second. Carrots and other large vegetables and fruits must be chopped. If you lay in dosed (not everything at once), then nothing gets clogged and more juice is squeezed out.
All augers are wrung out at this speed. This is a feature of wringing - wiping through a strainer. Well, the juice is completely different. It is incorrect to compare them with centrifugal.
Eeyore
A tablespoon per second! Now everything is clear Thank you! If we lay it this way, it will be faster than we did. This makes me happy

Yes, we cut the carrots, but I stuffed a lot, there was a clear mistake.

In general, the first time we used the SV ourselves, we had not encountered it before, we did not even have a centrifugal one, so we are a little afraid

Another report.
From 780 g of grapes, 620 ml of juice was obtained.
There was almost no cake.
Some of the grapes had small twigs, nothing clogged.

Today we reaped the viburnum! We approached with all care, loaded the berries slowly. Everything squeezed out perfectly, the cake was absolutely dry, nothing was stuck.
They pressed 2.4 liters of juice, the SV never had to be washed, for me this is an important indicator

The juice turned out to be wonderful, thick (in consistency like a packaged tomato).

Vadim Solynin, Dear Vadim! I bought this juicer. The first experience was unsuccessful. I made juice from apples, then added a cucumber. At first, a wonderful dry cake came out, then everything quickly clogged, the cake did not come out. Everything was crammed with cereal from ground fruits / vegetables. Are there any recommendations? I carefully read the whole topic, ladies and during testing complained about this defect. Have you changed anything in the design? what to do or not to do to avoid this unpleasant situation? They also wrote that the pin at the auger quickly rusts. It was after all a couple of years ago. Did the juicer solve this problem? Now another metal? Or has everything remained the same? I would be grateful for your answer
marina-asti
Girls!!! I am reading you and how I understood the reviews are more negative?
There is an option to take the Brand 9100 cheaply - does it make sense?
The centrifugal one suits me completely, but I'm thinking about the juice for cider. Can Brand handle? Or not spend money?
Elena Bo
The juicer presses well. I have no complaints about her. To avoid clogging, first press soft fruits / vegetables, then hard ones. This is stated in the instructions and applies to all augers. You can also rinse it by pouring a couple of glasses of water. The accumulated cake will come out.
You need to load slowly and in small batches so that the previous one has time to squeeze out.
marina-asti
Elena Bo, I realized thanks. And then I read reviews on the Internet and I am horrified)

SV also flocked without work for a long time, tried again yesterday, again disappointed, put it back in the closet, Filipok coped with the berry once or twice.

vera100865, Vera! I had a complete ATAS with her! It was hammered right away, God forbid one glass could be squeezed out. And in the repair shop they only pretended that they were trying to help with something. Every time they said: it works, like, it is spinning .... advice was given to peel absolutely all fruits and vegetables. I asked: should I also peel the currants? In short, almost the entire year until the end of the warranty period, she was in a repair shop. I already began to demand that they take her to hell, and return the money to me, since they cannot correct this defect, which simply does not allow using the juicer. Then they sent a courier (!), Took them somewhere to be repaired, then again returned with a courier. Tested this week: squeezed red currant juice / puree. Works! The cake comes out normally. My surprise knew no bounds! Still, they fixed something. We changed the plastic container with spouts. I'll also try to pass tomatoes through it. Of course, the juice is not ice. And the son is a prophet. He says it won't work anyway. But my warranty period ended in August. It was not renewed, even though the juicer spent almost the entire year undergoing repairs. Now you can't get it back. But all the same, it's good that they did at least something. And it was impossible to use. Anyway, Brand came up with an unsuccessful juicer. It should be removed from production altogether, if they have not already done so. It is strange that here our girls from the Bread Maker fully praised her during the tests. I trusted the girls. And the juicer turned out to be. Rubbish to say the least.
