... how much juice and what is it for?
only from 1-2-4 lemons, oranges, according to recipes from the site.
Now I squeeze it out with a kind of silicone stocking, put on a lemon. Not happy with the result.
It is clear that you need to get used to ...
I am looking for a replacement - to quickly, efficiently, maximum juice!

... the manual juicer-mug is enough for me
what is yours?
Thank you

I have such a mug for citrus fruits, but there are various others, you can buy in stores.

White ceramics, volume about a glass:

... Here he is - "reindeer" ...
Got it.
Back to the store. There are also "tricky" corners.
Hold in hand, rotated 90 degrees, in comparison with the photo, the juice is drained into another container.
What's more practical?
Thank you.

Such
Citrus juicers
does anyone use it?

Iskatel-X,
My friend had a Norwegian citrus press. However, here the design even in the photo looks more solid.

The main problem there was in the mountings. Like the old meat grinder. The 3.8 cm countertop did not fit, there was not enough thread. She ended up buying a stool and screwing it to it. A new complexity arose. The chair left its place when crushed. As a result, her husband held the chair while she pressed. For the umpteenth time, they quarreled, and the press was presented to a friend who had a thin tabletop.

And in your photo it is generally not clear how this press will be attached to the table. Suction cups? Some small ones. Before buying, you need to clarify this point.

Elena
It is heavy, cast iron, just put on a DURABLE table.
However, it is not intended for lemons.
Starting with oranges and bigger.
Aimed at pomegranate juice.
mur_myau
Iskatel-X,
For pomegranates, auger is better. As well as for small berries and grapes.

And cast iron is just a buzz for such a lever. The main thing is not to crawl around the table.
mur_myau
Iskatel-X,
PS I had a press, but electric (I wrote in the topic above). With a clamping mechanism. In general, I changed three juicers, as a result I have a burning for a large volume of juice and kyuchenprofi for one or two lemons or oranges.
The screw was probe travola, dragged on for a week, but then it broke. Now I dream of Korean. In short, each fruit-berry has its own device. And a bigger kitchen.

kyuchenprofi for one or two lemons or oranges - what does it look like?
This?

Iskatel-X,
Kyuchenprofi laid out in the subject, here.
Quote: mur_myau
I have a similar one from Kyuchenprofi. Very comfortably. But there is one "but". No seed catcher.
But it squeezes out one or two.
Citrus juicers
And this type with a catcher, as you show, there is a plastic tupperware "cook", there is also a separator attachment for yolk protein and a grater in the set. Lying somewhere. You can't find it after moving. Generally not a bad thing, but the diameter is too small, not suitable for large oranges. If you take, keep in mind that for lemons and limes.

Such a burning! There are two nozzles on top (one-in-one). Convenient to store. Small for lemons, large for oranges and grapefruits. The drain is in the glass, not in the receiver, so it is easy to clean. I chose for this and also for the lack of reverse.
mur_myau
PS Gorene has anti-drips! Turning the spout up - and does not flow while changing glasses.
Iskatel-X
Elena
I chose it for the lack of reverse.
So after all, the reverse is considered a plus, not a minus.
More juice / less pulp.
What's wrong with the reverse?

Does your Bodum Bistro have details where the juice flows - metal or plastic? Mesh, separator, bowls ...
mur_myau
Somewhere on the boy's forum I read that models with a reverse fail faster (since the drive rotates in different directions).

In bodum, only a steel mesh filter, the rest is plastic. And the plastic is velvety outside, as if sprayed on top, the ribs go bald, and this velvet cloth collects dust. I am glad that I bought it cheap, not so offensive.
And it copes well with the function of squeezing juice, does not slip. All complaints are only in appearance.
mur_myau
Accomplices!
Found it on the tube.

What the bourgeoisie have come up with.

True, this plastic "guillotine" for an orange, I think, will not live long. And the voltage at the device is not ours. But the idea is good.

Humor, cool, not practical.
Each citrus will have to be probed in the store and measured with a caliper.

If you remove the zest from the lemon, will you then be able to squeeze the juice out of it with a "cone" manual or electric juicer?
Or just wrinkle your hands?
mur_myau
Iskatel-X,
I usually clean with a "housekeeper" like a potato. I remove only the zest layer, without the white. Then this zest can be cut into strips with a knife or chopped in a blender. I use it for baking and homemade lemonade, "phanto".
Then I cut the citrus in half and squeeze the juice. It doesn't matter what to squeeze, everything will be fine.
Iskatel-X
If you squeeze juice only from 1-2 lemons, oranges, then a manual juicer-mug is enough - quickly and without hassle. And get out the juicer ... squeeze 1 lemon-orange ... then disassemble and wash it
Many are of this opinion.

What is the difference - washing and disassembling the "conical" manual and electric juicers is exactly the same!
The number of parts is the same. More juice from electro.
mur_myau
Iskatel-X,
Do centrifugal wash more. Starting with the mesh and ending with a container for juice and cake. Plus, remove the peel before spinning (extra work).

The conical one has a nozzle, a base and a sieve. Wash is not a problem.
And even more so the kyuchenprofi wand (rinsed and that's it).
Iskatel-X
Elena
There is no question of centrifugal, another device.
I asked about the conical ones: manual and electric.
To wash them is exactly the same.
However, on the forum, many write:
If you squeeze juice only from 1-2 lemons, oranges, then a manual juicer-mug is enough - quickly and without hassle. And get out the juicer ... squeeze 1 lemon-orange ... then disassemble and wash it

Quoting the owner of this one:

Iskatel-X,
It seems to me that this is not the case. It's just that the electric does not have a permanent place on the table. Therefore, more body movements.
And so yes, the same principle. With a manual one, you only need to apply force, you won't press much juice. The electric car turns for you, so for large volumes.

The conclusion is to buy what corresponds to the size of the kitchen and the amount of juice consumed.

I use the Z800, 120 watts. At the time of purchase, there were no similar cheap ones, and the price was cheaper than the current one. In addition to citrus fruits, it squeezes pomegranates, although part of the whole grains is collected on a strainer, you have to squeeze it with your hands. Juice is quick and easy to squeeze. Good thing.

Friends, but no one has such a juicer?

Oursson JM1001 / GA citrus juicer

Citrus juicers

It seems like the declared power consumption, 85 W., is not bad at all !!!

Or is it still not enough?
Admin

Inna, good power for citrus fruits I have this, but from a different company and power 100 - pulls well
Crochet
Tanechka, such as yours, I could not find at an adequate price ...
