Bridge
Hostess))), not much more, that's okay. I didn't see your instructions, but all the recipes in my book were correct.
Hostess)))
Bridge, the instruction is probably the same as yours, if the model is the same.
okay, we'll find out in 2.5 hours)))

girls, the stove beeped 4 times. lights up "20 minutes"
has this cooling started? to get or wait?
Hostess)))
waited for the end. I immediately cut it in half (error?)

Interestingly, rye is always damp at first? stood for half an hour - it seems to be getting drier.
What kind of freshly baked bread is it at the very beginning?
p. from. More than 900 grams turned out
Bridge
When the bread is immediately from the oven, even after 20 minutes. in cooling mode, it is damp and dull. Any and white and gray. Be sure to let it cool down for at least 30 minutes. Well, or eat it wet.
And where is the photo of the bread?

Why shouldn't you eat hot bread and pastries?
Hostess)))
Girls, thank you! then everything is fine. I will withstand.
I'll post the photos tomorrow. they are, but now I'm in a hurry with the kids - to lay them))

but I still did not understand about these last 20 minutes. to cool down or not necessary?
Bridge
Hostess))), after these 20 minutes, you still need to cool the bread for 30 minutes. So whatever is more convenient for you.
Hostess)))
Bridge, well it is clear then.

girls, and on the windowsill it is probably not desirable to install HP?
I just have nowhere else. and the window sill is wide.
but now she took the cup out of it - cold. probably it's bad.
Bridge
Hostess)))probably it's better not to bake bread on the windowsill. But it is quite possible to store HP there. I had a stove on the floor for a couple of years, there was nowhere else to put it. There the bread was baked. The main thing is to stay away from batteries and from drafts during baking.
Hostess)))
Bridgethank you
Hostess)))
I bake bread. all good)
Girls, I bought some bran, I want to add. tell me how is it right?
for example French or White. just replace some of the flour with bran, and leave the rest as it is?
did someone bake it like that?
Bridge
Hostess))), yes, you understand everything correctly. Just do not put a lot of bran, 1-2 tablespoons. And be sure to track the bun, you may need a little more water.
Hostess)))
Bridge, okay thank you!)
we'll cook it tomorrow
Hostess)))
Bridge, I want to ask about the Fast mode.
recipes are similar, but bake faster? by what? does it rise so well?
Bridge
Hostess))), due to the large amount of yeast. Rises just as well, bakes well.
Hostess)))
Bridge, Yes?? then it's only a matter of yeast.
I will try.
only probably more harmful so?))

I do not know. I believe that life is generally a harmful thing - people die from it

Bridge, hello)) since we are here together)))

yesterday they made dumplings. the dough was made in HP.
strictly according to the recipe. only 1 grade flour.

so good it turned out, but as if watery. when I cut it into sausages, so that later I can cut the circles, but it is not cut properly, but as if spreads and gathers in a heap.

this is normal? husband says it would be better ..
and I remember my mother and mother-in-law, and I myself mix the cooler ones ..

maybe it's the flour? there is more gluten in the highest grade, maybe it's better to use it?
NatalyMur
Hostess))), add flour and it will be cooler, but here's the problem - I broke my bucket so much in the last bread maker - the oil seal flew off, but now they don't change - you need to buy a new bucket.
I'd rather knead my hands to the desired state ...
With the purchase of the combine, I make dumplings dough only there.
Bridge
Hostess))), in general, it is believed that there is more gluten in flour than in the sun.
I do not know why such a thin dough came out. In this case, indeed, you have to use your hands and stir.
And also, for dumplings dough, the kolobok rule also applies. It is necessary to track it and add flour if necessary. The gingerbread man must be very tight. I kneaded dumplings in my oven without any problems.
Hostess)))
NatalyMur, Bridge, the fact is that the bun was very elastic. there even a bowl was beating in convulsions)))))
it is also possible that I then kept the dough on the table. it is hot over here. maybe it's better in the cold.
I did three batches, because one is not enough.

NatalyMur, Yes. if anything, I will mix it manually so as not to break it.

Bridge, Yes? I thought the higher had more. okay)

Hello, I'm a newbie here, where can I find recipes for this hp, tell me pliz?)

Girls, hello!))

who puts the dough in our HP? regular yeast on filled pies not sweet?
What recipe do you use from a book? I understand that after 1 hour in the HP it is necessary to take it out and still let it rise. how long?

Good day! The stove was inherited. They baked in it 3-5 times. I stood idle for two years. I read all the materiel on the forum. Bread is obtained every other time. There was an error 3. Dismantled, checked the connections, examined the boards. He bakes, but the bread is too pale. The top crust is generally milk-colored. 😞 On the fried crust setting, the sides are nice, but the top is just white. I don't know what to think anymore. Nobody had such a problem?

Elena PetrovnaCover the glass with foil on top, it will be darker, look for the rest on the forum.

Elena Petrovna, look for the rest on the forum.

Yes, there is enough of everything on the forum ... I am very glad that I looked here.

I will boast💃. I managed!!!! I didn't find foil at home. Obviously over. But on examination, it turned out that the lid did not fit snugly. Most likely, with self-'opening' when disassembled to check the connectors, the defect turned out. How to explain ... Under the HP cover there is a brown plastic around the perimeter. we filmed it too. So it did not fit well on the side and the lid did not close tightly. Maybe it was like that before. I just didn’t pay attention ... And after er3 we also took it apart ourselves. I put the food in, set the timer, put the form in xn, turned it on. Then she covered her baby with a cloth folded 2 times. Just dry cotton and put oppression on top. Naturally, the vent did not close. holes. I wanted to insert a photo of "how it was." Doesn't work from the phone. Come on ... Baking French. With a medium crust. An excellent result! 👍 the husband is happy 😁 tomorrow the daughters will come from their grandmother. I will please my crumbs. And, by the way, this plastic "fell into place" !!! Probably, when heated and held in the correct position, it was deformed back. Thanks to everyone who posted on this thread. Your advice helped me a lot. I hope that my experience will also save someone from having to buy a new hp.

Here is such a bread. Only the cut is uneven, then there was still no wavy knife.

I think LG 152 is one of the best bread makers. I really like the recipes, especially the French bread recipe.
But alas ... my HP started to "hooligan". How it manifests itself: during kneading time starts to rewind back by 20 minutes. This can happen several times during baking. In the end, she then fulfills her program and the bread turns out. It's a shame of course - the stove is not new by the date of purchase, but we did not bake bread in it often. With mechanics, tenom, bowl - everything is fine. There was a thought that interference might occur, since the electrolytes on the board dried out.I replaced a couple of containers, although their appearance was normal. Soldered the board in all "suspicious places". It didn't help: the bread bakes, but during kneading it still resets the time.
We decided to buy Panasonic. Now French bread is rewound instead of 4 hours (LG), 6 hours (Panasonic). Panasonic is not bad, but the recipes are all with milk powder and / or butter. Now I have adapted LG's recipes to use in Panasonic. There is no window in the lid, but in general you can live.
Advise what else you can do with it? Are you reflashing the board? I did not notice the connectors for this. And for sure the repair will cost as much as half of the stove itself. If I don't, then maybe someone needs spare parts - write to the mail, we will agree.

Reflash the board
Alas, only to change the board.
YSA160965
Tell me, how much will it cost? Do you think that the microcontroller chip itself is covered? It's strange, because it works (it works out all the algorithms of the program), but for some reason the mixing time itself increases.

YSA160965, Check by replacing the touch panel of the LG HB-152CE breadmaker, P / N EBZ43318502 (it can short-circuit the sensor buttons in the panel), KRENKA 5 volts, capacitors C102 and C104 1000x25v and 100x16v, quartz at 4MHz, I did not find the part number itself.
Korwin
So I joined the happy owners of LG HB-152 CE. I took it from my hands. Delighted with the quality of the cast bucket and the instructions. They knew how to do it before!
