Brand 33102 bakes well. There is a heating regulator. I like.

I liked the waffle iron Brand 33102... Bakes thin waffles. There is a heating regulator. It is made soundly, no need to grease, wafers are easily removed with a plastic spatula, there is a cone and a stick for twisting waffles.
Or you can have a photo of waffles I would like to see if it is completely baked or, as always, the edges are burnt, and the middle is pale
Elena Bo
No photo, because the waffle iron was bought as a gift. There are no burnt edges either. The middle is slightly lighter, but there can be no uniform baking, since stronger heating occurs where the heating ten is located. The heating regulator can be used to achieve the desired color of the waffles.

That is, you want to say that this is a lie. And ten nifiga is not like that?

Elena Bo
Why bullshit. But you can see that there is no heating element in the middle - this middle is a little lighter. Everything is baked wonderfully, colors can be achieved with any heating regulator. Ideally even baking will not be anyway.
Perhaps, if you bake for longer, that is, set the heating control to a lower value, then the color will be smoother. But those that I baked were of good color.
Before that, I tried to bake on the Kama waffle iron. After the first baking, I immediately got rid of it. Everything burned, the coating peeled off.

I can't make thick sand waffles. It turns out some kind of rubber. Can anyone suggest a recipe for thick waffles to be crumbly like cookies? And any proven recipe for soft waffles to bake and not be gummy sweat?
italochka
I dreamed about the waffle iron))) I looked after the Clatronic Profi Cook 3169 WA Clatronic 3116 WA DS (hearts). But previous experience with the shopkeeper suggests that there may be a strong plastic smell. It worries me. Judging by the photo, there are users of these models among the "long-livers" of the forum. How is your experience - it stinks, does it heat up quickly, is the outer surface very hot when working, does the handle get hot? Should I take it? Thanks for the answer, otherwise I can't wait to experiment ...

here are my favorites - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=162672.0

I have a waffle maker Aurora. I'm not overjoyed at her. I read it on the forum and immediately bought it. I have never regretted it.
Kasanko
and I bought a clathronic 3in1 about 4 months ago on ozone when the parcel arrived, I was immensely happy, and now I'm happy. at first I used it often, like any new toy, then less often. Now I often use it again because I don't want to use the oven in the heat, the coating on the plates is good, although it began to stick on the grill. but I myself am probably to blame - the sugar did not completely dissolve in the dough, so it melted and lime (I hope that this is the reason). for the first time under the plate fat flowed, burned out there in the shade.now the shadow and the bottom are covered with a brown non-washable film. I don't even try to wipe it off
Kasanko
by the way, I bought it for 1500 with kopecks, and now it costs almost 2000
I want another cake maker ... or maybe I don’t want to have decided yet
fronya40
girls, what are you doing on the grill? I tried to make zucchini. something is not very good.
Ukka
We constantly make puff pastry with melted cheese and sausage, and earlier we made chicken and sausages kabonats in natural.
fronya40
do you mean sandwiches not in a sandwich maker, but in a grill ??? need to try.
Ukka
On a striped grill plate of a waffle iron. We use it most often.

Tanya, I'm Olya and me on you, OK?
fronya40
Olya, of course ok. Ok and I'll try
Zhivchik
Girls, tell me, pzhlsta, what recipe you can use to bake "tambourines" in such a frying pan like Lena's in the photo (the penultimate frying pan).

Zhivchik, I had 2 recipes for cookies for this form (homemade and shortbread). Liked the shortbread.

Shortbread cookies

Flour - 1 and ¾ cups
Sugar - 2/3 cup
2 eggs
Butter (margarine) - 200 g
Vanillin
Soda - ¼ tsp.
Salt ¼ tsp
Grind eggs with sugar, add melted butter (margarine).
Redeem soda in tsp. vinegar.
Add flour.
Mix until the consistency of sour cream.
Kasanko
I recently found a variation on the theme of the penultimate frying pan with my mother, almost new in appearance. I don’t remember such cookies in my childhood. I asked my mother, she said that the dough according to the recipe in the instructions was sticky, so they did not use the mold. now I'll take it and experiment myself
LiudmiLka
Quote: Kasanko

that the recipe dough in the instructions was sticky

The reason is most likely that the molds were not previously heated on both sides and not greased. They must be heated like a frying pan and lubricated with a silicone brush. I do this before every new batch of dough is added. 2-3 st. spoons should be laid out on the lower part and even the upper part. Turn over half a minute later (bake from 1 to 2 minutes). Cut hot.
You can combine 2 cookies (povido, butter cream, praline mass (I don't know what this is)
I like to combine boiled condensed milk.
It is very tasty, simple, many people like it, only there is a lot of dirt on the stove from it.

Before baking in such a frying pan, I cover the stove with foil (and indeed I liked doing this with the stove) and then after cooking I just take it off, wipe it with a damp cloth and voila, the stove is clean. And a delicious cookie, like they used to bake with their grandmother in childhood!

praline mass (what is it, I don't know)
Pralines are ground almonds (but there may be other nuts), fried in sugar.
And I still can't decide whether I need a waffle iron or not. And if necessary, then what
I’m thinking, is a waffle iron suitable for vegetable crackers?
Yummy
Hello everybody!! Finally I have a waffle iron too !!! Sweet !!!
Baked immediately according to the recipe given by Anastasia -
Structure
120 ml of milk (made thinner by 20 ml, I want to bring the milk to 160 ml so that the cakes are thinner)
160 grams of flour
140 grams of sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 egg
70 grams butter (margarine), melted
The result was delicious crispy waffles, which were rolled into tubes))) The children could hardly wait for the tubes to cool down)))
🔗
The only negative in this waffle iron is that I would like a longer wire. My sockets are far away)))

By the way, girls, what to do to keep the waffles / rolls as crisp the next day?
My steel (being in an open space on a plate, not closed by anything) is slightly soft ...
But still delicious)) I just love to crunch

Girls, I have a Chinese waffle iron "Kuban-9". When I was buying I thought that the production was ours. It bakes fine, but the non-stick coating has begun to peel off. However, nothing sticks. I sit and think: how harmful is it?
Malva
Hello! I also thought about buying this petal miracle. Only, the more I read, the more I lose my mind. That is, I really don't know which is better: Belgian waffles or a heart. Now they are offering me the German Bifinett KN 1105, which has hearts and the unknown LivStar LSU-1214 for the Belgian ones. Are there many recipes for a heart shape? What is the difference between these forms? I'm completely confused ... Or Belgian ... or a heart ...

I'm completely confused ... Or Belgian ... or a heart ...
The Belgian waffle molds are just a little deeper than the "flowers". And "flowers" - something between Belgian and thin waffles. In principle, Belgian (according to the recipe) waffles can be made in "flowers", only they cannot rise as much as in Belgian forms.
Ukka
Mavka, manna is absolutely right !!!
Malva
As far as I understand, it is better for the Belgian: the choice of recipes is wider and the taste will be better Right?

The question of taste is individual (I don't like Belgian waffles at all). As for the recipes, I have already tried to say that Belgian waffles can also be made in flower / heart-shaped waffle makers (they simply will then be thinner and, perhaps, somewhat denser, but I think you can adapt). In my opinion, here the choice is whether you want to get classic Belgian waffles, or it is not so important for you. And there are plenty of recipes for all forms of waffles. Moreover, fantasy always helps us: girl_love:
Malva
manna, thanks for the advice! Already once I fooled my head on the forum with the choice between a multicooker and an airfryer. As a result, I chose a cartoon and happiness to me to this day. Later they gave me an airfryer, played a couple of times, and now it's worth it, collecting dust). So here, I want something as functional as possible, but what, I myself do not know). I was thinking about a sandwich maker with replaceable panels, not that coat, there is a separate sandwich maker, there is a separate grill, for the sake of hazelnuts .... hmm, it's hard to say.
Now I saw your zucchini pancakes, and my saliva started to flow. So the arguments are being collected)))
Ukka
It seems to me that for the "flower" a more shortbread dough is suitable, and for "squares" - more biscuit ...

I have waffle makers for both Soviet and Belgian waffles and an electric box, but I also want "flowers" ... Well, I want to, the shape is beautiful! And you can pick up the recipes!

found at auction. A man carries "returnable" equipment (the one that is returned to the store for some reason, is repaired and taken to our collective farm) from Germany. Roughly speaking, used. He has a lot of interesting things.

Girls, how is your non-stick coating? Who bought Kuban of different modifications? Or I was not lucky alone.

Does it bake the waffles evenly? Does the Teflon coating peel off?

There would be no price for such things!

I have a double clathronic. I chose it, because the shape is double, and the oven turns out twice as fast. But the uniformity of baking leaves much to be desired (sometimes it bakes evenly, and sometimes spots, and what caused this, I have not determined). The top is baked more than the bottom. The handle does not overheat.

Here chocolate livers in this waffle iron

And here squash pancakes (this is the bottom - by the way, the bottom is baked more evenly than the top)

Kuban is horror. The coating peels off after the first attempt to bake something. And what is baked.
