Frozen champagne salad

Ingredients

Smoked pork tongue 1 PC.
Egg is cool 3 pcs.
Fried champignons 100 g
Cucumber St. 1-2 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.
Grated cheese 100 g
Champagne dry 750 ml
Sheet gelatin 1 package
Salt taste
Mayonnaise 150 g

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in cold water according to the instructions, squeeze and dilute in slightly warmed champagne. Pour into a mold, preferably rectangular or square, because after hardening, the jelly will need to be cut into small cubes with a side of ~ 1.5-2 cm. Cut all the components of the salad into strips, stir in 100 g of mayonnaise, put the salad in a mold covered with foil and tamp. Turn the salad over onto a platter, coat the surface with the remaining mayonnaise and cover tightly with champagne "ice".
  • And do not forget to warn those of your guests who are driving so that they do not eat "ice"!
