I just wanted to brag about how happy the Nice Diser plus was and that's what happened, see the photo, I decided to cut potatoes for green borscht on the slicer attachment and the result is three broken blades, and I only have it for two weeks and I liked cutting onions and carrots on this attachment I scold myself with straws that the potatoes are too thick for these plates, but I read in the manual, they write that potatoes can also be cut, although I was in a hurry and I thought I had to cut the potatoes into cubes whole and the slices would come out, so I think? tell the owners of the nicers Different vegetable cutters (Nayser Diser, Alligator, etc.) And can I somehow do it or forget about this nozzle?

Hello everyone! I am joining the team of bestserviceplus owners. Today I received this miracle by new mail, snapped a vinaigrette (where without it) and sat down to read Temka ... And I still don’t understand something, it’s better to only cut boiled vegetables on it, do not risk raw potatoes like carrots? Answer, be a weasel, who has experience, as you do not want to lose such an assistant, and not having time to get used to it. And I'm sorry for the money
julifera
Yes Lala, everything is correct - it is better not to crush hard and medium-hard raw products, then it will live a long time.
Apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, small onions cut in half - all this is possible.

I am sure that if you cut a whole potato on cubes, then the cubes will not live long. I didn't even try, I cut raw potatoes into cubes only in the form of plates, and still the blades could not stand.
But my blades just popped out of the frame, they could be inserted back and used further. And your blades themselves are broken, they can no longer be repaired, unfortunately.
Lala
Thanks for answers! And I watched a video where the potatoes were quickly cut into cubes on the mushroom soup and I was already delighted on the stew, too, raw potatoes with carrots and frozen breasts, but it’s not so ... But I’m still satisfied, I’ll click boiled and soft fruits vegetables, I really don't like cutting with a knife, especially on holidays.
tana77
I looked - I have no place for the blades to pop out on the cubes, they are covered with plastic. I will now cut boiled and soft vegetables and fruits on a cube, and that's good.

Girls, what kind of cutter would you advise to be reliable, strong and sharp?
Lisa, do you want Decok 1316? It is iron, reliable, but there are only 9x9 cubes. Girls praise, Natasha-natalisha_31 has it. I wanted one time very much, but so far the white Nayser is plowing.
Here Irr wrote about him.

And whose Decok 1316 is iron? The frame is plastic, black, solid in appearance.
I am very happy with it.

No, Anyut, plastic - but so strong, solid, plump.
In general, an excellent cutter - I make all the vinaigrette and Olivier with the help of Decok 1316.

I really liked to crumble everything on the brand new Dizer +, but boiled potatoes turn into porridge on small cubes, medium cubes are large both for vinaigrette and for Olivier. How do you solve this problem. Maybe there are some developments?

Yes, the price of a food processor is it worth it?
How worth it! My Alligator is already 6 years old. He is really, not being killed! Cuts absolutely everything. Actually, it was bought in order to cut carrots on it and dice - for some soups, and straws - for pilaf. After all, cut carrots for pilaf into strips, it's easier to shoot yourself. And on the Alligator - 700 gr. carrots are cut in thirty seconds. By God, I'm not lying! So judge for yourself - is it worth it or not. Moreover, I have never changed the blades for 6 years, and I am not going to yet.
Vei
Actually yours, Len, I was waiting for a review here)))
Thanks, it's time to get the alligator
Elena Tim
And yet, I forgot to say that I have an Alligator-Lux (metal). Plastic was not even considered when buying. And I was convinced that I was right literally on the very first day of use. There are a couple of moments that can, although not for long, but still spoil the mood if you do not know about them. There was no one to tell me, and you have, at least, me, so as not to step on the same rake. To begin with, you cannot cut raw beets or carrots (unless they are young) across the fibers. That is, before cutting into cubes, carrots need to be cut into circles and no other way. I decided to save time and cut the carrots lengthwise - in layers, they also occupy a large surface on the cutter. And I came across the most hefty carrots to eat, with a thick rod. Well, of course ... it got stuck. Neither there nor syudy! It is impossible to pull it back out, because the layer is stuck in the middle of the knives. I had to literally punch further. I didn’t just jump on my alligator to cut through this stuck layer. Of course, I succeeded in it, in the end, but I can't even imagine what would have happened to the plastic vegetable cutter if it had suffered the same fate. Dust! Just throw it away. And what do you think? Am I calmed down? Schaaaz! Not a minute passed, after I stopped hooking my hands from the tension, I grabbed the beets. And again ... cut it into circles on the wrong side. Mother of God! What a ram! I learned this about myself from myself ... you won't believe it! What should I do? Jump again! In general, so, to cut raw beets into cubes, put nuna on a board, cut off her butt, and then continue to cut into circles on the same side. These layers will be correct. Then the vegetable cutter knives will lie along the fibers and everything will be cut perfectly. And yet, vegetables that have a dense, smooth skin, but soft inside (eggplant, tomatoes, bell peppers), when slicing, must be put with the pulp up, otherwise they may simply wrinkle. Just try to press on the eggplant with an ordinary knife, it will not cut, but just start. Soooo, I wanted to mention something else ... Yes! The problem with boiled potatoes, or rather the fact that they tend to fall apart. You can't cut it beautifully with an ordinary knife. So, many years ago my mother-in-law taught me not to suffer anymore. Peel the potatoes and cut the raw ones into cubes, and then throw them into boiling water for a couple of minutes, depending on the type of potatoes. You just need to make sure that it does not become too soft. Throw it in a colander and let it cool down while you cut the rest of the vegetables into Olivier, vinaigrette or okroshka. This method is good ... you get neatly chopped potatoes, which will not turn into porridge in the salad and the salad will have a cleaner look without mashed potatoes on all vegetables. If there is a water filter at home, then directly from it you can pour cold water over the potatoes in a colander and it will cool down in a moment. Well, I didn't seem to forget anything. I hope that all this dancing will come in handy!

I want to "intercede" for the Alligator in a plastic case.
I have this one for more than 5 years, and I also have a small one, both look like new. True, I do not use it every day, and I cut in the right direction, I never had to knock out something stuck. By the way, I always start cutting salad with boiled potatoes and other sticky products, and in the end, onions and cucumbers, so the lattice knives seem to self-clean.
And how cool it is to scold radishes in okroshka on a mini alligator!

God forbid, Lyudochka, you don't need to stand up for your alligator at all. I generally have no inclination to scold or criticize anyone's technique or devices. I only described my adventures. Simply, in my case: what would happen if ... well, then you know!

Lala potatoes for salad are recommended to be cut well cooled and stood before slicing, and even better to boil vegetables in the evening and cut from the refrigerator. then the cubes will delight you
Viki
Well, I've read a lot here and ..... ordered a Nayser +
It so happened that in my combine there are all possible shredders - thick, thin, different graters, fries, dranniki, cheese, chocolate ... everything except cubes. There is Berner, who is VIP-4. This is the one with the "ability" to cut the cube. Only this possibility I do not realize. It seems that I got the hang of it, but these turns when cutting are given to me with difficulty and as a result I still get rhombuses and all are different.
I cut boiled vegetables into salads with a mesh. This is already a familiar thing and it turns out very quickly. But raw cubes - nothing. I looked at the shredders where the cube was included. Well, I see no reason to buy a complete set of shredders that I already have because of the cube.
So I stopped at Nyser which is a plus.
We have different prices - there is 100 UAH, and there is also 200. I don’t know how to distinguish an original from a fake. Therefore, I ordered it on the official website for 180 UAH. and really hope to get it, though, not a fake.
Actually the question: will I get cubes from raw beets, carrots, potatoes with it? And then I'm here in the mood for a "miracle"

I got my Nyser Diser plus.
Sharp - horror! The first test went off with a bang. I have already poked with vinaigrette and salad from crab sticks, even Chinese cabbage on a large wire rack. So everything quickly, click - click and you're done. It remains for him to determine the place of residence.
Elena Tim
Girls, I understand, this is mainly about Niceers, but I, purely for information, want to add something about Alligators. Suddenly it will be useful to someone.
The new Alligator trim does not have a 9mm grille. The old ones were 6 and 9mm. And in the new ones - 3, 6 and 12mm. For some reason, the nine was removed. And she is the most suitable for salads. Because 6mm is too small and 12mm is too big. Therefore, it is better to buy a spare 9mm block immediately along with the kit. I recently gave my mom Alligator Lux and bought a nine in addition. Duc now she already has 4 grilles of different caliber. She's losing her tongue to me all the time!

Different vegetable cutters (Nayser Diser, Alligator, etc.)
And yet, a question about this gadget. Pts. looks like Berner.

Grater - vegetable cutter ORIGINAL V

Different vegetable cutters (Nayser Diser, Alligator, etc.)
Slicing set - The ORIGINAL V grater consists of a main (so-called V-shaped) knife, into which different inserts are inserted alternately:
- fruit holder - bladeless insert. With this knife you will have straws (cabbage), rings (onions, lemon, sausage), slices (eggplant)

- insert with knives 3, 5 mm. You will get a long or short straw. Exceptions are cabbage and onions - cutting them with this insert will give you the result in the form of small cubes.

- insert with knives 7 mm. Using an insert with large knives, you will cut potatoes into long roasting blocks, vegetables into cubes in a salad. This set of vegetable cutters is necessary both for everyday use and for large harvesting of vegetables and fruits.

The body of the vegetable cutter is made of impact-resistant plastic, the knives are made of stainless steel.
The kit includes:

- V-shaped frame (into which inserts are inserted)

- safe fruit holder

- knifeless double-sided insert

- insert with knives 3.5 mm

- insert with knives 7 mm.

So much for Odessa! We have a market "7th kilometer", where they are 100 UAH. are sold. In the same row (this market goes in rows) there are 130, 140, 150 and so on up to 200 UAH. My "problem" is that I was afraid not to distinguish the original from the fake. That is why I ordered it on the official website, received it for 180 with instructions where there is not a single Russian word. I'm afraid that this does not mean anything either.
And about taking it or not - if its price is not a lot of money for you, then why not take it? In any case, I proceeded from these considerations. "Another toy for little money." I'm playing here. I like him. I cannot say that it is impossible without him.
I can't live without Berner. I have a Berner VIP-4. But that's another topic.

Whose is it China. Not the Kaiser and not Fakelman, I don't remember the name. I add - Anny Wears. I took it to Deko. There, the same company has noodle cutters, too, a monkey grabbed and already stuck noodles-dumplings.
Colleagues! Does anyone have this unit? How is he in life? And how is it more practical to install it on the table, so everything was in a plate-saucepan, and not on a half-table?
A variant like this is of little interest to me.

And about the legendary Niser.
Yesterday the Universe brought the information that this is a big G. The employee obscenely wings and Nayser and his wife, who "sat on the couch" and bought this N. He did not live with them for long. A couple of days in total. There is no plastic. And it doesn't cut. In short, pens are better at it.
I believe that there are girls here who are lucky and love their N. But I decided to listen carefully to the man's lecture)))) and make, perhaps, no less stupid mistake - to get my own Chopper.

MarinkaT The one that you have in 1 photo is a Kaiserhoff, aka Bergner (Bergner). I have. It's a normal thing, you have to get used to it. And how are you going to make them cubes? And where will you then use these cubes 1.1x1.1 cm? As for me, the salad is very large. And it is attached to the table with a metal squiggle, which on the side, wind it all the way and from below the elastic band, like a sucker, sticks.

I have not a Kaiser (not Bergner), but another Chinese. (I have no memory for all sorts of foreigners) It just looks like that. And the cubes ... maybe a bit big. Although I have been in such a hurry lately that these will be just right) And my cube is about 8 mm.
Fasteners, yes, such a sucker. But I am puzzled how to adapt this bandura more conveniently so that nothing falls by. Then someone wrote that he was putting his animal on the pan and chopping it. And this campaign does not get up anywhere at all. And collecting food from the table with your hands is not ice.
In general, is the unit good? Are you only making fries for them or making them for frying?
Aina
Well, if you have 8x8 cubes, then these are different units, I have more ... or 1 cm, or a little more than 1. The fries are a bit thick for me, but you can. I chop the potatoes into the roast, only in halves, so that the sticks are not very long. Cabbage across the leaves into cubes in a stew and in a "cubic" vegetable soup, but a little tight, sometimes you don't want to. I can't imagine this unit on a saucepan. since the suction cup will not stick properly and the pan will dance on the table with it, an effort must be applied there. It is better to wash the table thoroughly, stick the cutter on the edge, and then sweep it all by hand into the saucepan. I'm waiting for fresh vegetables, I want to try zucchini and eggplants on it, or maybe sweet pepper will turn out in lecho
MarinkaT
My joy was short-lived. Yesterday I cut vegetables for a vinaigrette - good. Today I was cutting potatoes into chicken broth. It’s very tight. The suction cup is "sucked" all the time and jumps all over the table. everything falls. adapted at different heights - the chopper is on top, the plate is on the bottom - I have a tabletop that is different in height because of the window. More or less it became convenient.
But. after washing, I found damage

Girls, hello everyone! Now I am with you too! I have a new Nice Diser Plus toy. Purchased at a local store at a price of 790 rubles. Naturally not the original, because the TopShop video shows that everything flies just like that, one click and that's it.
Tried onions, stuck for the first time. My husband bought diamond files and walked over the smallest 6 * 6 cubes. Now I cut the onion with a knife into four parts, lengthwise and across. I put a quarter of onion in the nyser - super cuts! The most important thing is to close the neiser lid with a sharp movement, otherwise you will not see success. I think that they can cut everything and raw vegetables as well. And if you take care of it and basically do all the work yourself, then why is it needed?
In a matter of minutes I created a herring with a fur coat with him. I thought that 6 * 6 cubes would not be tasty, it turned out to be very good, my husband appreciated it. Now they just want to cut and cut something.

I bought a similar piece from IKEA. Before that I tried similar devices from other manufacturers. The chopper from IKEA is the only one that is relatively easy to use. I chop them and onions and herbs and garlic and nuts. Has not failed yet.
All the others, from other manufacturers, I just threw away. More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=19051.0
Tell me, does this chopper from IKEA cut garlic? I just thought that if I put a couple of teeth in this niche, he would cut them finely, finely? And does he press into porridge?

I read different reviews about Nyser + and the truth is how many people, so many opinions. I have never regretted that I bought, on the advice of experienced people I cut only boiled and soft vegetables. But as he helped me out before the New Year, there was little time, but thanks to him I very quickly cut the most beautiful Greek salad, olew, crab salad ... I was happy like a child And most importantly, very quickly!

I think this chopper is too big for a couple of cloves of garlic. He will cut this garlic, but they will smear on the knives and all over the chopper bowl. If garlic with herbs, or for a large amount of garlic - even very good.

Irish, if you buy Aliigator-Lux, you will forget the problem with cubes and cutting hard vegetables! "White Cat" sells. That six years ago I bought there for myself, that this fall - for my mother. Don't forget that the 9mm block is not included in the box right now. And he is the most popular for salads. So, you can buy in addition there. It is called "replaceable block with cells 9x9mm". Irina Ekb,
Oh, it's better to buy a Moulinex multi-cutter. There are cubes, and fries, and a shredder, and graters in two sizes. And most importantly, you only need to put peeled fruits and vegetables into the receiving opening. You don't need to cut anything beforehand, nothing to cook on purpose. Easy to clean and easy to assemble.
I have a nice, most likely unoriginal, and I thought to take an alligator. But his price is the same as that of Mulinex, and his hands are free.
