there is no carousel in it? and how do you use this very carousel? what is it for?

I report Pokromsala raw potatoes, beets, carrots.
Here is my assortment before sending it to the multicooker for steaming.

Soaked greens ...

... the water was drained, played - clean and almost dry

In an hour (along with peeling vegetables and cooking them), the vinaigrette is ready

It felt like carrots and beets, of course, were cut harder than potatoes. At first, I tried to cut 2 circles at a time, but it was sooooo tight and I was afraid to break the cutter. I also divided the beetroot circles in half (I didn't cut it entirely - they got stuck halfway)

Do you use graters? Good?
Grypana
Elena, there are so many questions. You can answer all of them like this - you cannot be sure of everything. But, there are so many Nisers here, the girls have and 100% of the original is, probably, in units. The rest have something that can be bought for very little money. Nayser will still cope perfectly with boiled vegetables, fruits, mushrooms. Will cut hard vegetables for you, etc. Good luck with your choice anyway!

I want it just for raw vegetables.

It turns out a nice dicer + you can easily search where it is cheaper and buy? saw somewhere for 700 rubles. to my mind

But does anyone already have such a vegetable cutter?

Zyliss SLICERS & GRATERS Onion Chopper, length 28cm, article E13070
Primary colors: white and transparent.
Dimensions: 28x12x10 cm.
Designed for fast dicing of onions and other vegetables and fruits.
The transparent tray will help keep the dish tidy.
Wide base and lengthened handle provide leverage for easy use.
The blades are located on two replaceable boards with the possibility of changing: one is a square cell with a side of 6 mm, the other is 12 mm.
The non-slip rubber base provides added comfort and safety while cutting.
Dishwasher safe.

In the video, everything turns out so great for them, but it's hard to believe anymore

Girls, what kind of cutter would you advise to be reliable, strong and sharp?
I have a completely unoriginal simple niser. In general, everything would be fine, only it creaks, and sometimes it seems to me that it will break from pressure. And I need to be able to cut onions, pickles, tomatoes, and apples, well, everything in general without fear for his life.
Is it only the Alligator can do it, or is he also nonsense?
By the way, I also want apples in slices. I have such an Ikeev cutter, but it is also not the best. I'm already tired of junk, I don't want to buy something that I won't use in the end.
And to be honest, I didn't really make friends with Berner. I can't do anything with their holder. I use only a slicer, (and so every other time I cut my hands, it hurts) and I removed the rest of the nozzles, which with spiky sharp stripes, away from sin, I'm afraid they are terribly.
This is such a life (((

I was disappointed in my bestservice too. I ordered a year ago for a decent amount of money and was already convinced that it was not worth this money. Now I wouldn't even give a penny for him.

The design of those two grates that are cut into cubes / plates is not thought out at all - the blades are not fixed correctly. It is worth pressing harder, and they will jump out of the grooves in any way, since there is where to jump out - there is a gap under the blades (on purpose, probably).I would like to see that brainless and armless idiot who "constructed" this garbage.

But the grate for slicing slices is made in a completely different way - the blades are fixed so that they have nowhere to pop out, except that the plastic base will fall apart.

Another disadvantage: the cheese grater has a very fragile plastic frame. It has a different plastic than all the other parts. It is already covered in cracks and will soon fall apart. Although I did not rub anything harder than cheese, and that is not often.

And in general, I can’t say that I was using this niceserver so actively. The husband glued two grids with cubes / plates, but honestly warned that they were unlikely to last long. And he was right. They can't even stand potatoes, only boiled vegetables. But it is much faster and more convenient for me to cut boiled vegetables through an egg cutter and a regular salad net than to shake the air with the clapping of a neisericer.

So from the whole set, you can use only a grate for slices, a mandolin grater (who does not have a burner) and a vegetable peeler. But I bought this device solely for the sake of cubes and straws from raw vegetables.

So I had to buy another one:

This is my potato cutter. I really like (and even green!)
I bought exactly such a thing, accidentally stumbling upon it on one site. I like. Solid, strong. He chops raw potatoes, pumpkin, onions and does not threaten to fall apart, unlike the flimsy neisericer +. The only thing is that strength still needs to be applied to this cutter, and at first I was afraid to break it, but I have already adapted. The squares in the lattice are 1 cm.If there were also lattices with small squares of 0.5 cm in the kit, and plates - there would be no limit to my happiness
It seems that these cutters have already been taken out of production ... Found only on three Ukrainian sites. On one site, it turned out that they were not available, they promised that they would bring them, but then they said that they were no longer released. On the second site I ordered and received, but there they are no longer in the catalog either - apparently, I took the last one. And at the third, some top-shop, this cutting was 2 (!!!) times more expensive

Only the Alligator can do it

Yes! The Alligator can do absolutely everything! He is indestructible! Cuts raw beets, raw carrots and other solid foods! I have been using it for several years every day, I have already cut it so much. In the harvesting season, it is simply irreplaceable. Of course it's expensive, but it has already worked out its value for a long time. I'm talking about a luxury Alligator that's in metal. I wouldn’t buy his brother’s plastic, the plastic will not withstand such a load. And moreover, spare blades are sold to it, but I have not needed them for several years of work (4 years), the blades are still very sharp.

Different quality comes across, well, what can you do: pardon: I looked at mine from all sides when buying, checked every insert.
Forgive my pessimism, but it seems to me that there are no high-quality Nicers in nature ...

julifera, if I'm not confusing anything, then you bought your Nicer at ATB? I felt them there too, just to compare them with mine, they seemed absolutely identical to me. The grilles are exactly the same as in mine, I even tried to press on them (not with my fingers) when no one looked in my direction. In general, they did not inspire confidence in me. Then, in other stores, I felt a couple of Nicers - also identical. One to one with mine.

I dream of an Alligator with small and very small cubes ... But the price

On my new cutter, today I chopped potatoes and onions for frying - a very sturdy little thing, the blades are very well and firmly embedded in the base. It can be seen that she will live, so I'm happy with the new thing. I have already shredded a lot of things with it, and in my neiser, the blades on the third attempt began to pop out on raw potatoes.
