Moulinex has 2 undeniable advantages: cubes and fries

No, Mulinex has an advantage in a different principle and method of cutting not on circular discs, like Fili and conventional combines, but simply at a right angle horizontally. Less waste, less products flying in all directions, and of course the shape.

And the second is a convenient and safe storage system for attachments. Everything in a neat transparent box and magnets.

And this too ... It was just about slicing cabbage ... so I just thought about the nozzles
P. Pendurina
I will be noted in the topic. They bought me a mulinex, I wanted it so much, I had to buy it after I dreamed that I was cutting apples with it. What can I say, the feelings are still mixed. On the first day I didn't know what to cut, I just cooked the food before it was brought. I didn’t find anything better than cutting a banana into cubes for some reason. When I was washing a cube cutter, I cut 3 fingers, well, very sharp blades. I healed my fingers and cut a banana on a shredder (I want to dry banana chips) - I forgot to substitute a plate, I had to eat right from the table.
Then she concentrated and cut the potatoes into strips - quickly and rather neatly.
I rubbed the carrots into soup - just fine, very neat and almost without waste.
Then I chopped the champignons - it turned out funny, when the champignon goes head down, then these bagels come out cool, but it turned out tastier than before when I cut with a knife.
Onions in cubes - I categorically did not like it, everything got stuck choking, maybe of course I have such a bow, but with a knife it somehow turns out faster and more beautiful.
Raw carrots to cubes seem to be good, but somehow unpleasantly crunches and shudders from time to time. Probably I will cut into cubes mainly boiled products. Washing a cube cutter is dumb.
I have not experienced a fine grater.

From the unpleasant, I could not neatly peel off the sticker from the top cover. I removed the sticker itself, but the glue with which it was glued remained. I took it this way and that, then I took the steam cleaner - nifiga. I washed it off with a nail remover, but the plastic became cloudy. It's a shame, I probably should have tried alcohol first, although maybe the result would have been the same. Why was there this sticker at all. But ... I try not to get upset, I think that it will still serve me well, although the species is no longer marketable.
Vei
The adhesive from the stickers comes off well if it is washed with vegetable oil.

Girls, a kitchen is planned (countertop). I beg you to measure the size of the "leg" at the vegetable cutters, butt places, but maybe I'll add a couple of cm. I really want the unit to stand on top Thanks to everyone who responded!

Fila 1388 - base 19 * 16 cm. In fact, it is round, but with a notch.

If you don't have anything to cut into cubes, why refuse? Moulinex just complements Filya - the two of them are an excellent board team
Sens
maybe such a simple device as Filya will appear, but with cubes ... ?? !!

Mashun, well, you drew my attention to her!)))
The impressions are still mixed. While I only chopped carrots for meat into circles, the thickness of the circles turned out to be from 2 to 3 mm. Apparently it depends on the fall of the carrot.
Then I cut the onion into cubes, I didn't like it at all.
Then I cut the eggplant and bell pepper into cubes. It was better, although I insist that the bars are too thin, closer to the straw. Good for vegetables, but too thin for fries.
But the main thing was that even sluggish eggplant and peppers cut very confidently.
Masinen
The fact that the sluggish eggplant is cut is very good. Kenwood doesn't take sluggish vegetables from me, he crumples them) it turns out a lot of juice.
So there is a plus !!!
Why didn't you like the onion on the cube?

Why didn't you like the onion on the cube?
He chewed somehow, and I felt that it is "difficult to clean the mesh." I read about this here in the subject, but I did not think that everything was so neglected ... And who like cutting an onion on a mule?
I have not tried the cube in action yet, and graters too. As for evil, I don't have any vegetables to check. There was one skinny carrot, and it was shredded. I'll have to stock up tomorrow.
Shl girls (Ira, Oksana, Aina) thanks for the congratulations. My computer is buggy today, I can't send you thanks (((I love everyone very much, thank you all for the consultations, thanks to which I am now playing with the new trick
Marfa Vasilievna
In the beginning, I also didn't really like the onion on the "cube", not neat, quite a lot of waste, it's hard to peel. And then I got the hang of it ... I take the bow so that it goes entirely into the receiver and launch it first. Then carrots and potatoes, for soup, for example. And potatoes are very easy to clean.
Scarecrow
I have moulinex fresh express. Already a month and a half. I did not say? True, I almost immediately smashed the holder for removable cassettes to her (well, which is held by magnets on the case. It was unstuck while I took it off the shelf and crashed onto the tile). Not splashed, however, all in the cracks, but so far preserved its integrity. I cut myself about her twice already, an infection))).

Well, as a cutter of not very large quantities - ok. The power is not awesome, but enough for one dish. When I really need a lot, I charge Kitchen. And for the sake of one carrot, I do not want to pull out the attachments from it, although it is also assembled and washed very easily. The mule can be easily assembled / disassembled, washed in one motion (vegetables, nothing greasy, just put fresh water under the stream and put them on a napkin to dry).

It is necessary to cut into cubes or cubes first the softest and most tender vegetables of all that are going to shred, and then the tough ones. The most recent are carrots and potatoes. Because the soft ones cannot then push through the hard ones stuck in the mesh and everything in the slurry. But the hard ones easily push through the remnants of the soft ones and everything is OK.
valushka-s
I also brought my Mulichka home! I can try tomorrow, but we can later, but certainly not today.

I dropped mine on the first day and slightly scratched the body of the cutter with this very holder. After that, I hung the holder on the refrigerator, it is now there like a birdhouse, you can put something in it, just not heavy, because the magnets will not hold it.
Babushka
Congratulations to everyone on the new devices! I actively use both Moulinex and Philips.Yesterday I cooked mushroom soup from self-frozen porcini mushrooms and cut everything on a cube. (Except mushrooms). And a salad for dinner from cabbage on Philips directly into a salad bowl. I already wrote that with the acquisition of Philips, they actually began to consume more salads. Although there was a harvester, nozzles for an electric meat grinder and Berner ... Here.
irysska
And now I am also with Korean slicing but ... without a new device
I tell you: I have such a food processor as a vegetable cutter Electric vegetable cutter

As the inspection of Fili 1387 in the store showed, his cutting inserts are the same as those of my combine. And since I did not want to buy another device at all, I decided to order a cutting insert for Korean carrots from the SC (well, scientifically - a julienne grater).
I decided - I did it and today I took this very julienne insert to the SC - it ideally went to the disc holder from my combine
behold Electric vegetable cutter

So my combine now has almost full ammunition:
- inserts for rubbing large (the harvester was completed) and small (I bought a fine grater by a lucky chance in the market where people sell all kinds of different things - this grater was lying with one guy on the layout, and the price was as much as 2 UAH. - when I heard this the price, even asked again in surprise)
Electric vegetable cutter

- insert - thick slicer (was included)
- insert for grinding cheese

Yes, of course the big + Fili 1387 is that it shreds into any container, but for me + it became that my number of devices did not increase.
And then Filya, and then Filya

But now Mule wants to - there are cubes
julifera
Irisochka - how great is it! And she was silent as a partisan
There the SC has been lucky for more than a month! How much did the insert cost?
I'm thinking about ordering fries to 1387 or not
irysska
The insert was brought to me quickly - I ordered 10/12, today I took it - this is a speed record for SC (and Zelmer had been waiting for a jug with a foam separator for almost 2 months).
But the insert is not at all cheap - 230 UAH. - as half a film for the price. Of course, I already thought that we could take a whole vegetable cutter - but then I thought that then my combine would not be destiny and the inserts would be duplicated - well, I ordered it. But of course I have such a price for my family
By the way, I asked about the free disk - 300 UAH.

Yes, more. I was told in the SC that Phillips' prices for all the things have risen a lot lately, so everything that's made to order is very expensive
Brown is much cheaper.

Quote: irysska

By the way, I asked about the free disk - 300 UAH.

Oh no, then I definitely don't want fries, thanks for the price.
On Berner fries I am more than happy with it, yes, I get very tired by hand with mook, and with potato nikapelki - 2 sizes - the most beautiful cubes one to one
Babushka
Preparation for the New Year's Feast begins! How convenient it is that Moulinex does everything: it began to cut vegetables into vinaigrette salads, and each type directly into a separate container! I closed it and put it in the refrigerator! I collect salads before the feast. I hate the cutting period in the evening, when I already want to relax, take a bath, relax. For me, Moulinex resolved this misunderstanding.
| Alexandra |
Girls, now I'm your friend too - I found 1388 under the tree yesterday ... I can't understand - they didn't draw cabbage on the plate, it's not the smallest one on the salad, but the bigger one? And if for stewing soup - which one? The smallest only for cheese, potatoes and cucumbers? What pickles for a salad? And what kind of toothy cutter is this julienne? I only had one Binaton combine, it died a few years ago, and I don't even remember what was there.
Babushka
Congratulations! My family loves the 1.2mm cabbage salad For soup / 2.2mm stew. Full metal disc: fries. It is good to make zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms for stews on it. Nozzle toothy (julienne) for Korean carrots ... Good luck !!!
| Alexandra |
Thanks and Happy New Year! And the pickled cucumbers - fresh? The cucumber seems to be on the smallest recommended in the plate, but WHAT will it be? Potatoes too, but it's like potato pancakes, I guess.
