The top of the rolls was greased with whipped yolk and sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. The dough was cut into squares 9-10 cm side. She put the filling on the edge and folded it into a small bag (in general, I closed it up - as God put it on my soul!) And put muffin molds into the cells. It turned out 19 lovely buns the size of a child's cam.
