Ingredients:

whole grain wheat flour (wallpaper, peeled) - 560 g

According to the bookmarking scheme for your bread maker, put all the ingredients in the bucket and select the "Zelzernovaya" mode.

And with the addition of rye flour, the crumb is also always damp inside, but baked, it needs to be allowed to stand on the wire rack longer after baking, it costs me 1.5 - 2 hours, and then only in a bag or on the table. And in general, any bread should cool and dry, can you immediately put it in a bag or eat it hot? It seems to me that dry yeast gives a specific taste, I began to buy live yeast, but I put them 2-3 grams more than according to the recipe and there is no extraneous taste or smell
