Natasha to me on "you" Of course it will work, just put on top. The berry will still drown in the dough., Or you can sink it.

liusia, Ludmila! What a beauty!
And my Elik is back in the ranks. Dad glued this little white garbage from pieces that support the removable lid. A week has passed, the flight is normal.

Ludmila,
I don't bake often, very often, I bake bread, but I haven't tried it in any multicooker.
Tell me, why didn't you like the bread, why didn't Elvis do it?

Ilmirushka, on the contrary, Elvis did a good job with the bread, so he and Kuzina will bake bread for the summer. In Kuzin the bread is softer, in Elvis it is elastic, it is cut well. I bake from one dough, but it comes out different in structure.

Well, yes, the bread structure is capricious. I bake it in my clever little Panasonka. In a cartoon, somehow I can't make up my mind.

Can you please tell me there is a chance to buy another bowl on Element 01?
Marisha44
In May I bought a bowl here: 🔗... Cost 4999 rubles.
malinn
Thanks for the link. Unfortunately no longer. Has anyone tried to restore the coating of the bowl? There is an offer of companies that apply teflon coating. I understand that this is not what it is, but something tells me that I can't buy a cup ...
drosida
Do the bowls fit from the borer? I have a cup problem too. Can anyone suggest an option?
malinn
They write that they are suitable from the 800 series. But the price of this bowl is 9400 :)

It's easier to buy a new multicooker.

Yes, it fits exactly, but in the same way it peels off over time. I bought the Element specifically for the spare bowl.
drosida
I already have two bowls of the element peeled off. Now I can't find anywhere (

I also wanted to ask this question. This CF was bought from me probably one of the first, when the promotions began, everything is fine with the bowl. But I only use silicone or wooden spatulas.
Zhanik
Apparently it's from frying. I make it in a bowl when I cook soup. I only use silicone.

About Fry.
Today I noticed an unusual situation for me.
I decided to make pilaf, but fry the meat in frying and first melt some fat from the lard. There were several pieces of bacon, the whole bottom did not cover.
And then it was fried and heated for half an hour, it barely ...
In Shteba, during this time, there would already be coals.
And when I threw the meat, it began to rustle almost immediately ...
Is this how induction works? ..

Marina, it is either a voltage or a device out of order. Elik fries perfectly in normal situations

Yeah, delicately ...
But, I suspect that this smart device somehow calculates power by quantity, or what? ..
Before that, I fried potatoes with chanterelles, everything is OK.
Eh, I'm not a physicist ...

In Element, the standard Frying program lasts 20 minutes. The frying itself is intense, but at the very end, 6 minutes before the end, the frying is less intense.

Girls, hello everyone.
I read-read about the bowls ...
No, well, to have in stock - this is God himself ordered, but nouuuu
ElhangI have been using it not so long ago, about 1.5 years, everything is fine with the bowl, only silicone from the paddles.
I use the frying mode often and almost without fat.
It seems to me that there is nothing in the bowl to peel off, is it so monolithic, or does it seem to me that everything will start soon?

Ilmirushka, it is not monolithic. Covered with foil. And when I fry, a huge bubble blows up. if it works, I'll shoot it on video. It will be seen at the shooting. One bubble has already burst. A small gap appeared. I no longer regret Elik. And I didn’t regret it before, in general ... But I will definitely not buy a pan at the price of a full multi.

There are other Wishlist, new items. Almost like that, I lost the Cuckoo, only there the cup is a little tougher. It just became shamelessly clinging to her. And the valve stick

He satisfied my needs for many years, for which many thanks to him.

Ilmirushka, well, here's a photo in a calm state. When heated, it all swells up. My husband is still a fan of Elik to torment with turkey feet. He bakes himself a couple in the marinade once a week for sure. I'm indifferent to turkey. He's a fan. Poor, in short, we have Elik (((

By the way, defects began to appear on Stebin's Teflon bowl pretty quickly. Although only silicone and a war with households.
Stripes appeared on the Elik bowl. Pretty fast too. But for now, only this ...
Pah-pah-pah ...

Girls, maybe try re-coating the bowls? I remember that we even had a topic ...
Anyutok
My bubbles are blowing up, but they haven't burst yet. We have a spare bowl, so we'll definitely be with Elik for a couple of years.
malinn
Found a proposal for the restoration of the bowl coating. Not ceramics. Teflon is applied on the inside. I'm from Belarus. we ask 35 rubles for such a service. (approximately 1020 Russian). We decided to try it.

Tell me how to find this topic?
Masha Ivanova
malinn, Yuri! I'm not sure if there was such a topic, but you can try and look for it. Only there is no one particular place for all residents, even Russia. Basically, everyone in their city or nearby was looking for. The only workshop where this was done in many cities is in Tomsk, something like NEVZ. I don't remember better from memory.
Try to find in our search engine using the word NEVZ. Or just type NEVZ in Yandex.

marinastom, Marina! So much for NEVZ. It means NEC. Well, thank God, at least I remembered the same letter! )))

marinastom, Marina, exactly, they are.
For my Panasonic 7 years ago I "reworked" the original bowl and did not buy the original one. The latter is still alive.

Friends who will restore the bowl, please, unsubscribe about the result!
Apparently, they have neither Borka nor Elina's cups, they are not very popular. Only send your own. And how long to be without him? ..
Lyusenka
You can try to write them a request. Perhaps they will start producing if there is demand.
Masha Ivanova
Lyusenka, Lucy! What is the demand there? 10 people with a Bread Maker?
Lyusenka
Masha Ivanova, Helen, well, you can ask a small batch, maybe they will do it.
You all bought Elik not for a couple of years.
Well, in any case, it's up to you.
I am so, in the ranks of sympathizers ...
Masha Ivanova
Lyusenka, Lucy! Well, maybe there is a volunteer who will try to negotiate! Good luck to him!
marinastom
But I wonder if there are residents of Tomsk among the owners of Element? ..
You can still try to write off the plant, but the cup still needs to be shown somehow for a sample.
Awww !!! Tomichi, answer me! ..
Zhanik
While this is about the cup, I'll tell you about today's dinner.
I already wrote that my husband loves to cook turkey drumsticks in Elik. With soy sauce and tyrypyrs. I, alas, and children eat turkey by force. Well, I don't like her. The chicken, for example, is closer and more familiar.
And then I decided to try to make something like chakhokhbili out of turkey. Only I got stricken, and for some reason I poured water. I don't know what happened to my brain at that moment. In general, 8 frozen tomatoes were thrown over 4 fried in a saucepan, as usual, a good portion of plums, salted, powdered hops-suneli and closed for Stewing for 90 minutes. And when I opened the lid ... I saw almost soup. Bliiin. I added a bunch of garlic and cilantro. It became clear that we did not need so much broth. She pulled out all the shins, brushed them roughly. Separated the meat from the bones. She peeled the potatoes and chopped them coarsely. I threw everything back. Bones there too. Braising for 40 minutes. I love potato stews. And now I also love the turkey. I advise you to repeat if there are such wrong ones as me who are indifferent to turkey). It's a shame the pictures are always upside down.

Marina, I showed here not so long ago how I cooked chakhokhbili from chicken. No water is needed there. Enough juice from meat, tomatoes and plums. And today, in the steam, I added water to the maximum. I opened the lid and was stunned that everything was floating. As a result, instead of one Georgian dish, I got the semblance of another. (Chanakhi). True, not with lamb, but with turkey. And the taste of this very turkey is not at all annoying as it used to be. A very pleasant one. And to taste. Sorry for the tautology. It's just a turkey in our family once a week for sure. I don't have dinner that day. Children eat, but without delight. But in this form it suited everyone. That's why I share. Suddenly there are people like me ...

I am a layman in national cuisines, alas ...
My friend is from Kyrgyzstan and she has all sorts of shorpo, mantas, oromo and not only, it turns out easily, like my scrambled eggs.
I can copy someone's several times, then, you see, I will bring in something of mine.
I have always admired those who can come up with a dish, or at least transform, make their own.
Thank you!

Just to taste. When there was no desire and opportunity to cook, but there was a desire to eat deliciously, a Georgian restaurant was my choice.
