Dear bakers! I was the other day in Panasonic on Bagrationovskaya (I went there for a new shovel) I asked you to contact you again for help to clarify the recipes for the Panasonic-255 bread maker. Specifically, in which recipe where what is superfluous where what is missing. They kindly asked us to write our comments for sending them to the head office in Japan.
Of course the message was two years ago, but still
It might be worth changing the Rye mode !?
Now I'll finish it (in 3.3 hours) and if I get what I want, I'll write what I would like to change
But it is absolutely certain that in the rye mode the brick turns out to be very dense
Can do two options
dense rye and airy rye?

Question to those who baked black bread according to recipes from a book
What happens?
I would be grateful if you throw a link to the result
Very slow Internet and a very long time to study the whole topic
The third time I did not learn again
Rose so well
But before baking, I quickly looked in - ... and again a thick bread: cray:
Could it be due to the fact that the "curious nose" - climbed in and opened the lid of the bread machine !?

Yesterday I baked bread with bran strictly according to the recipe (in which water is 430 ml). The bread turned out to be excellent: tall, tasty, weight 810 g. The background is as follows: after the batch I looked into the HP, and there is no kolobok, but there is a slurry. I got scared, turned off the HP and rushed to this forum to read the opinions, counted the ingredients, etc. In short, probably an hour or a little more passed, looked into the HP, the bread rose, the view became more presentable. Still decided not to change anything and turned on the "Baking" mode. See result above. So that's a great recipe.
And in vain they say on French bread that there is a lot of water. I baked it last week, a miracle, not bread.

I read the whole topic, and did not understand why everything is discussed here, except for the recipes from the instructions. Can anyone write about specific errors in product proportions in recipes? I wanted to make a baba rum - did anyone try how it turns out, if done strictly according to the recipe? From myself, I can add that I made ordinary white bread, dairy and simple dough - I really liked everything, only I added more sugar than in the recipes. But the pizza dough turned out to be very sticky, but this is easy to fix by dusting the table with flour when cutting. Somewhere I read about the terrible result of the Moscow buns, after that I did not dare to do it myself.
