Crochet, in cling film it will quickly become slippery, if I had to store it for up to a week, I wrapped it in paper or in a kitchen towel, and then in a film. Or, as the girls say, freeze!

Marina, exactly. I also have the impression that wrapped in a film, it deteriorates even faster.

May I share my result, which I spent this summer. Somewhere in late June and early July, I bought cabbage and carrots. I sold part of the cabbage, and wrapped the other part in foil, so this piece of cabbage is still in the refrigerator in a smart refrigerator (tapper) container. The carrots lay for 2 months in foil, then of course we sold them, but when we got them, they were just bought. I also wrap celery in foil, it is stored for 3 months for sure. But you need to wrap all products only dry. Now apples and beets are wrapped in foil (a small amount).
