Mannochka, really, really! But I'm not ready to spend it yet, it's a little expensive.
Lenus, here the main thing is a dream! I, too, did not buy either Zepter or Bamix. They gave everything. I say, the main thing is a dream!

Alexandra, huge thanks for the photo-report on minced meat and vegetables in SliceSy !!! In my opinion, the minced meat turned out great. How will we return home, I think, seduce my husband with your photos of minced meat in SliceSy

And here are my reports.
Let's start with the test (I’ve already talked about it). So "BEFORE" (everything is mixed in the old fashioned way with a fork), "AFTER" (bamix with a universal attachment)

I got such lazy stuffed cabbage rolls, all the products for which (except for grated cheese on top), as seen above, were chopped with a knife for chopping bamix meat

Good day! I have a question for the Bamix owners.
I want to buy myself (tests and your photos have strengthened my desire). The question is this. How necessary is this additional attachment, which crumbles everything so wonderfully? Is it really possible to do without it, or is it still better to immediately buy it in the kit?
I want to buy instead of the dying Mulinex. He completely upset me (
Although he chopped herbs and vegetables perfectly ...
Alexandra
Dinadinovna,

I was warned here on the forum before buying - just take a powerful (M200) and fully loaded - separately then buy more expensive. I asked about the choice of a blender in Temko. I also doubted whether a shredder was needed. Now, when I started to master it, I didn’t regret it.

Here Kapet advised me and the girls enlightened https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=138.0

Dinadinovna , welcome to the forum! It depends on what tasks you set for the blender. I don’t have a shredder, it’s like I’m getting around ... But the idea to buy arises.

No, not more expensive, but if there is an opportunity (material), then it is more convenient to buy, of course, in a complete set.
Dinadinovna
Omela, Thank you for your welcome!
Interesting forum. I am glad that people share their experience in using the technique.
About my expectations from the blender ... My dying Moulinex can do a lot. I want it to be no worse))
Most often I use it for making mashed soups, chopping onions and carrots, chopping nuts for sauces, dough for pancakes, cocktails. It is desirable to be able to make minced meat.
The old blender is not originally capable of this. I do not have a meat grinder, but I absolutely do not want to buy it for the sake of rare minced meat dishes. Therefore, we really need a device that will replace the combine. I cook for 2 people.
Thanks for your advice!
Alexandra
Mistletochka, well, I specially tried it and for the mannochka I posted a photo report a little higher in the same temka - you can perfectly make minced meat with a bamix shredder
Omela
Alexandra, that with a shredder it is clear, I meant just a foot. There is also a special meat knife.
Dinadinovna
Here are the girls! I'm just interested in this moment about the meat knife)
but it seems like my husband has already agreed to buy a complete set))
Alexandra
Semyon Semyonitch !!!

I found it unhygienic to use my leg, dipping it in raw meat, then in pure vegetables-fruits-cream
Moreover, I bought a second shredder to chop vegetables in one and make minced meat in the other ...

So I also don't use a "meat knife" for raw meat.

Whether or not you need a complete set ... In my opinion, it all depends on the equipment that is already in the kitchen. If there is a good shredder, then, of course, there is no point in buying another one. If not, then SliceSy (a shredder from Bamix) is very good.

Is it more expensive or not a complete set at once or in parts ... Shredder + Bamix M200 SwissLine = Bamix M200 Superbox SwissLine. So, the shredder + Bamix M200 SwissLine is 500 rubles more expensive than the Bamix M200 Superbox SwissLine. On the other hand, you can take not the Bamix M200 SwissLine, but a cheaper model ... Then it will be cheaper in parts than a complete set.

By the way, I just looked, everything (in the sense of EVERYTHING in general) has already been sold out on Ozone. Fast
Alexandra
mannochka, well, it’s probably because of your tip that people came to Ozone. Because before that Yandex did not offer me this option, but in all other places it was at the same price. Well, on the other hand (I console myself) for that price I chose the Household to my heart's content, first the bamix itself, and then I chose an additional shredder of three colors - with a black lid so that it differed from the silver one from the main set, and was still red, but I already wrote - red does not suit me in color ...

In my opinion, I read somewhere that a shredder requires a power of 160 watts, which means that it is not worth buying cheaper than the M160 if you later buy a shredder.

Oh, and I would have red just right
And I didn't know about the power. And on the shredder itself there are no such inscriptions? I have it at home ... There is also a box from it. I'll have to look at the box later ...

For some reason, Ozone has a one-year guarantee (I think buying such an expensive arrival is not worth the risk. But I noticed one more thing! In the online store that sells in St. Petersburg and Moscow prices are different. For Moscow, the price is several thousand higher for one and the other same model ... Strange).

Warranty from the manufacturer, not from the store. And on Ozone the description is often confused.

I bought 140 mono. I searched for a long time in the internet, where it is cheaper than on the official website (5690 rubles). Found only for 4405 rubles .. Well, they are fighting for some reason. Indeed, 0.5% milk froths as shown in the advertisement. But cream of any fat content does not knock down at all. Although the instructions say that it knocks down with a disk. I tried it with a disc and a disc with holes - it still does not knock down. Maybe some kind of churning technology? With an ordinary blender with two whisks, the cream of 33% fat is knocked off with a bang, at least here you crack. I'll try to knock the squirrels down. I'm afraid the same fate will befall as with the cream.
dyrocol
I tried the proteins. I knocked down on a C. By definition, the protein mass must be thick. The bamiks began to knock it down, the mass thickened, began to settle everywhere except the knife itself and began to heat up from the long knocking down (about 1 minute). Having spread over all surfaces, but not reaching the required density, the process had to be stopped, otherwise overheating would have been very strong.
That is why the cream does not go astray - it starts to heat up, and for them it is very destructive, they can turn into butter.
I draw conclusions. For cocktails, mashed potatoes, mayonnaise, this device is suitable. You cannot whip cream, egg whites and butter with it - for this use a mixer with whisk.
By the way, the advertisement shows what he really can do. They carefully avoided cream, protein, and butter. And not in vain - bamix cannot cope with them. Also note that the ad does not show the process of opening SliceSy after shredding, there is a lot of uncut product left there.
Omela
dyrocol , welcome to the forum! let me disagree with you. Whip up the cream. And proteins too. I really have 160.

Alexandra,
the protein is whipped (and not only the protein) by all means chilled. Let the glass of protein sit in the freezer for a while. I specially beat the whites of one egg, kept it in the freezer for two or three minutes, the photos were really not very good, I was in a hurry, I urgently had to leave. The photo shows that the mass is dense, not pouring.

What kind of dish do you whisk in? It must be narrow and high. How do you keep the container? It should be at an angle.
dyrocol
Beat in a glass from the set (high and narrow). I hold the blender at an angle. The squirrels thicken, but then they are smeared on the wall and on the blender and they no longer reach the knife. Hardness as with whisking will not work. I'm not saying they don't whip. They are whipped, but they are not of the quality that is needed to be applied to a cake as a decoration.
Manna
dyrocol, 1 minute is already a lot. I whisk both whites and cream. I lightly freeze the cream before whipping. Everything is whipped tightly. And the squirrels ... I did not beat them so that I could decorate the cake, but on the cake (angel's tears) ... well, on the biscuits ... I beat them. I already wrote a little earlier that first I whisk at the first speed, then as the mass is compacted to the second and raise the blender up, lifting the mass. If you beat immediately at the second speed, the mass is whipped in parts, without having time to thicken everything and begins to flake off. In general, I look at the state of the whipped mass, sometimes I whip it only at first speed.
dyrocol
I tried to whip 33% of the cream at 1 speed - it worked. It is necessary to properly adapt to the blender, then he will probably reveal his secret.
But from 0.5% milk, a cocktail from childhood is obtained. I'm just dragging it out.
Macha
I am glad that such a topic has appeared! Bamix is worthy of a separate topic!
I have been using Superbox 200 for almost a year (I have a black one) and have absolutely no complaints about this blender. At first, I also had difficulties with whipping whites and cream, but I got used to it.
I make mashed potatoes with a nozzle with holes, but without fanaticism.
Bamix replaces me with a full-fledged food processor (I take out my Brown only for minced meat on dumplings - I make 3-4 kg at a time). Of course, this is only possible for everyday cooking and for a family of 2-3 people.
I already wrote that I bought Bamix (for myself) and Kenwood (for my mother) at the same time, and from my mother I generally have no desire to use this device (buzzing, vibrating, heavy, everything splashes, it's difficult to wash), and I use my house 3-4 times a day. They have the same power (in watts). Such are my feelings. I believe that different types of devices of these blenders place them at different stages, I'm not afraid of a big word, evolution.
Alexandra
Macha, thanks for sharing!

So, after all, with holes. And the mashed potatoes are decent, not gluten?
Macha
I tried different options. Quickly made with a multifunctional knife attachment, but always sticky. And with holes, if you act like a crush, at a low speed, this is the most acceptable result. But catch the moment when you have to tell yourself stop! And then you can also finish off to gluten.

Hurrah!
Finally it happened). Now we also have this wonderful blender. I managed to make mayonnaise, whip milk, cut a bunch of vegetables for salad (I tried it out of curiosity). I also grinded frozen raspberries perfectly. I was glad that the instruction is completely in Russian. There was also a recipe book as a present ... I don't know how much it is necessary, but it's nice to just look through it. And you can understand which nozzle is better to do. I will continue to carry out my culinary experiments)). Still, its reliability is felt in some outlandish way ... It is like a monolith compared to my old blender.
I hope it will serve faithfully.
Dinadinovna
He's really good. You just need to follow the advice on how to use it) I think it won't be boring in the next couple of weeks of studying its capabilities))

I have a question for the Superbox owners. Why is it more convenient to chop onions?
Yesterday I tried it in the grinder, but it turned out to be porridge with juice. And in SliceSy, the result will probably be better, but there you need to immediately use large volumes.
What and how to use if you need to finely chop (without juice and preferably one consistency) one onion?
Help me to understand)
Admin
One onion?

I cut one onion with handles. Onion in half, cut down, stick in a metal comb with fine cells, and cut further with a knife along and across. The result is small cubes, no juice. And there are no temporary problems, quickly

In SliceSy, juicy (onions, herbs, etc.) work better (well, that's understandable, there the knife is sharpened, but not sharpened in the mill). And in a mill it is better to grind loose (grains, spices, coffee, etc.)

By the way, I also cut one onion and even two () with handles
Dinadinovna
Well, for salads, I also cut onions with handles, usually)) It was just very convenient with an old blender to cut onions in a chopper ... I, unfortunately, have not learned SO finely with my hands yet)))
Just for the soup it was great to cut one large onion and one carrot ... All in 5 seconds. I don't want to take out an old blender for such purposes ... the kitchen is very small.
And when you cook a lot of things with a blender in one go, why not cut one onion with it?

I will try further)

I have been the owner of the Bamix blender for 3 years. During this time - no complaints. I love milk cocktail and homemade mayonnaise, though I don't make the latter often, we just don't have time to eat it in 3 days.

I also like bamix. And I chop the onions in SliceSy, rub the carrots there, then send them to fry. Very comfortably. I made chicken pancakes with zucchini and garlic, very quickly.

The mashed potatoes turned out quickly and without lumps
I didn't like the puree. It turned out sticky. If you beat less, then the lumps remain. The other day you ground crackers, what can I say? Long and dreary, the portions are too small. So far, I am making claims not to bamiks, but to myself. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
So for now, I'm only making mayonnaise.
In the near future, I plan to have foie gras pate from Uncle Sam, I'll see how I handle it. I want to beat right in the pan, and with which I will boil the liver and so on. Something like that.

And if you try to grind crackers in SliceSy? There is more volume. And then, if you don't grind it finely, then you can finish off to powder in a mill. Although, in theory, they should grind

manna, I bought without a SliceSy attachment.
Honestly, I like the rusks most of all from a meat grinder, I love to feel them. And bamix grinds into powder. probably not into powder, but in order to grind all the pieces to the end, you have to work with your foot for a long time, and the bulk is ground into dust)))))

SliceSy has shredders. So you can grate cheese with them. Somehow I prefer to rub the cheese with my hands directly on the pizza or what else ...
Tikulya
I tried to grate Swiss cheese in SliceSy on the smallest grater, the bamix hummed very strangely, I thought I would burn it. The cheese is really rubbed with great effort. Normal on a medium grater. In general, I grinded cheese in a grinder. Photos cannot be inserted.

And I have such an experience! And also in the chopper it! It turned out very well! Moreover, the cheese of the Dutch type, Kostroma in the grinder turned out to be large crumbs. In this form, they sell grated Parmesan in a vacuum. I really liked it.

Yesterday I made mayonnaise for salad.
The salad is big, I decided to make a double rate at once. put all the food in, put the blender leg on. Blender. A minute, two ... and instead of clouds of mayonnaise, I understand some white bubbles upward. well, I think it's hard for a blender to double the rate. I blended for 5 minutes, the mayonnaise turned out, but watery. Okay, I think, stand in the refrigerator, maybe it will become thicker. I started to wash my leg, and there, mamadaragaya .... I didn't stick the nozzle !!!! The blender, albeit poorly, whipped the mayonnaise without a nozzle !!!!!! That is, only a small pin rotated on which the nozzle was put on. I put on a nozzle and in 10 seconds the mayonnaise finally thickened

KMASYA
Hello everyone!!! having found this topic on the Internet, I registered at the Bread Maker. I am also a lucky owner of Bamix M 200 swiss line super box. Before buying the first blender in my life, I shoveled the entire Internet. I couldn't find anything better than bamix. Before him there was such a misunderstanding for 300 rubles from the Magnet, which is shaking in his hands and about to explode. Do not grind coffee, do not grind ice. He'll just handle the cookies. Lying now on the closet. Waiting for a promotion in Eldorado, we change the old equipment for a new one and get a discount
And I'm very happy with the bamix. But the truth is 0.5% fat milk. like milk 2.5% fat (it stood in the freezer for 20 minutes before whipping), for some reason, I couldn't whip it. You should probably try parmalat as in the video given in this thread. Cream from 33% fat is whipped in a couple of minutes (especially from dump, which is 38% fat, whipped even at first speed), petmol is a little slower. Cream 22% did not try to whip, but in the reviews on Yandex I read that they cannot whip them (which is a pity!) I constantly grind coffee. sah. I make the powder myself, I grind the cheese in the mill. For minced meat I grind potatoes and onions. Chocolate for sprinkling the cake. Pancakes once or twice and you're done, knives on your leg.
Slicy did not do well with a grated soft and medium cheese (!). The car began to slow down. The vegetable grater works great. I don't use shredders.
Now I have a question for you, the happy owners of this super device. How to use a wiping disc ???, tell us in great detail, step by step, so to speak, I'm a brake because. I came across no instruction. very short.
And, has anyone tried to grate chocolate slices? And what came of it
KMASYA
I did not quite understand the functions of a nozzle with holes, mayonnaise with a WHOLE (yolk and white) egg is perfectly made and a knife nozzle. Does anyone know how to make mayonnaise ONLY on yolks WITHOUT proteins using bamix? Still, mayonnaise on yolks turns out to be softer and tastier.
