Delicate pancakes from zucchini and cottage cheese

Ingredients
Zucchini 420gr
Cottage cheese 350g
Egg 3 pcs (170gr)
Kefir + water! 00gr + 100g
Oat flakes 150g
Flour 110gr
Soda 5 gr
Refined vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
Sugar, salt to taste
Cooking method

Add water and kefir to a cup with oatmeal, mix well.
Remove seeds from zucchini and grate on a coarse grater. Add to the flakes, mix.
Beat eggs with a fork and mix with cottage cheese in a separate bowl, then add to the courgettes.
Add soda to flour, sift and add to the resulting mass.
Mix everything well, add sugar, salt to taste.
Fry in a pan with a little oil.

The dish is designed for 27 pieces of 50g.
Note
Zucchini squash, no juice at all. Curd 9% fat is soft (like curd mass).
Fried in a frying pan with a ceramic coating (thick bottom). First time poured a little
butter, laid out with a spoon. Delicate pancakes turned out. I decided to fry without oil, but added 2 tbsp to the dough. l rast. oils. The result is smooth, neat pancakes, more like cheese cakes or vegetable cutlets, but still very delicate in taste.
I think they can be baked in the oven by spreading them on a greased sheet or cooked in a slow cooker. I cooked without sugar and salt.

But I pour boiling water over them if I cook porridge and let it brew. And according to the recipe, you need to pour cold liquid and let it brew to swell.

AlenaT, you have already received the answer from the girls. I also used cereal mix flakes, but with pure oatmeal the pancakes are softer. I try to use the flakes as often as possible so that less flour goes away.
