By the way, there are also profi Cook kneaders. Outwardly, they are similar to the Clathronic. I was told that they are kind of good)
Well this is for information)
Natalia308
And these Pro Cooks are the same corporation as Clathronic. When I was choosing, I was on my guard, after reading the review on Ozone that this Pro Cook in the bowl had oxidized the dough from contact with the walls. I don't know if this is really so, but I decided not to risk it.
Grapes
Natalya, please tell me, have you tried to grind beef and pork in a meat grinder? How is she doing? Thank you
Natalia308
Spun pork and turkey thighs. Copes no worse than my Tefal 1700 W. Well, maybe not so fast - but no slipping. Now I do not use Tefalya, because it is necessary to pull it out, but Klatronic is constantly in its place.
Grapes
Thank you for your answer, so I want to buy a planetary mixer for my mom as a gift, they gave me a link to your report. I thought that a meat grinder would not hurt, otherwise she takes from ours for cutlets
Grapes
Natalia, one more question: can you cook jam in it? For my mother, this would be relevant ... I myself am a complete ignoramus in the capabilities of all these smart machines
Natalia308
I haven’t tried it, I want everything, but I don’t get ready. I think you can. On weekends I will buy frozen cherries or strawberries, try and write.
Grapes
Ok, thanks I will wait
Natalia308
As promised, about jam. Unfortunately, without a photo - the phone has completely become friends with the computer, it is not recognized.
In general, he makes jam. I poured 3 packs of frozen strawberries, 400 grams each and a kilogram of granulated sugar. I waited until it melted a little and gave juice, but I didn’t have enough patience and launched the completely frozen berry into the process. Condensation appeared outside and flowed down, I was afraid that water would get into the "foundation" of the bowl, where the electronics are. But there, apparently, it was provided, nothing happened. At -2 (impulse) mode and 100 degrees I started up and went about my business. At first it was clearly difficult for him (at first the bowl was about 2/3 full), but as it warmed up and settled, it became normal. I started it for an hour, kept it at 100 degrees without interruption, it all boiled quietly and got in the way. Whole berries remained, of course, you can't expect much from frozen strawberries. There is clearly overflowing water, the jam came out thin. Eat with pancakes.
The experiment is set up - it cooks as if you stand next to it and interfere with yourself. And the container is closed, flies will not get. Beauty in general.
Natalia308
I forgot to write that for some reason the foam does not form. At first it was a little bit, when it boiled - it did not become at all. You don't need to shoot, that's a plus.

I also chose for a long time, I won't pull Kenwood, I bought a clathronic km 3323 (no meat grinder needed, there is a Philips harvester) in November last year. happy. I knead IZYUMKIN's favorite bread on it (10 min + 8 min) and whole grain bread from SUSLI, I counted the norm for 450 g of flour, I mix a double portion - this is 1.5 kg of dough (5 min + 10 min), kneaded the dough for pies several times, recipe from Panasonic, also a double portion (min 10-12), I am satisfied with the quality of the batch, I used the simplest Bosch manual mixer before it, the difference is palpable. I leave the dough in a bowl, no oxidation is observed. many are annoyed by a plastic lid without a hole for adding ingredients, but I don't need it, beat 6 eggs, then kneaded the biscuit without a lid at all, the charlotte turned out very, very, bosh couldn't beat it like that. what else to say about him, no more noise than from a hand-made bosch, stable, the bread dough from SUSLI is quite dense, but kneads without straining, does not tremble, does not stagger.4 speeds, I start kneading the dough from 1, after 1.5 minutes it switches to the second one, beat the eggs at 3 and 4.
Peter Push
forgive me, I had to start with congratulations. MERRY CHRISTMAS and Happy New Year, bakers! All the best to you, peace, health, kindness, happiness, GOD'S BLESSING!

I'm also waiting, where did you buy at what price did you manage to get it? (if you are from Ukraine) as with the instructions? I was told in Foxmart (where I ordered it) that I can’t find it in German and I can’t find it anywhere in the net - what do you think, how much flour can be put in maximum for dumplings-dumplings to cope without problems for the motor? Thank you.
CatNat
Natalya, since there is a heating element in the bottom of the bowl, then you can't wet the bottom, as I understand it, and you can't wash it in the dishwasher either?
CatNat
And I also found that the rim from the bottom is very high. Here in Kenwoods there you can twist something. Have you tried to adjust it?
Lenny
I also have 3323. I bought it specifically, as a kneader for thick rye dough, (Bosch bent from such a dough), I use it every other day. It is great to make homemade butter, the lid fits very tightly and the buttermilk does not spill out. Despite the large bowl, it even whips two squirrels, whips a little longer than Kenwood, but the whipping quality is better here.
Took help in Kenwood (sorry for such a rough work), but it turned out that all the mixing and whipping work is done by Klatronic.

Of the minuses: there is no way to add ingredients during the process (in short, a lid without a hole), a bowl without handles, K-shaped beaters and a hook of unknown material, one of them peeled off a little, but a stainless steel beater. And so, there are some pluses in the work. Yes, the bowl inside is polished stainless steel, washable perfectly.
Lenny
wmw55, I will not say how much flour for dumplings / dumplings (I make dough for them in HP). For rye bread 600g. For noodles there are 500g of flour, but there the dough is so steep (I only do it on eggs). For your information, the volume of the bowl allows you to knead 2kg of cottage cheese per casserole.

where did they buy at what price they managed to get
I live in Kharkov, bought in Kiev in a Bomann equipment store for 1335 gr., Sending by new mail about 30 gr. I wanted to buy Furst, but the consultant advised Clathronic. Instructions in many languages, including Russian. Maximum according to the instructions - 2 kg of dough, knead with a hook for 3 minutes. I kneaded the dough max from 1.2 kg of flour (for pies). Instruction 4 pages, if you still need, I will forward it. Max kneading time is 10 minutes, I kneaded for 15 minutes (I forgot to add salt). It will knead well for noodles, I somehow kneaded the wheat-rye custard dough and did not add water (according to the recipe) 80-100 ml, the dough was steep, but well kneaded. (the whole test was about 1.9 kg).

I have not tried it, yes it is. probably. and not possible. Beat min 1 egg without sugar, max 9 eggs with 1.5 cups of sugar + after beating added 1.5 cups of flour, beaten well.

The lack of a window in the lid does not bother me. I start kneading / whipping at 1 speed, and when the ingredients are mixed, I switch to the desired one (to the 2nd transition after 1.5 minutes automatic), I add everything I need in the process.
The handle in the bowl is also not relevant for me. if it was - good, but no, and no trial, not critical, 2 - 3 kg of dough is not a big weight.
But the manufacturer really needs to make the hook and K-shaped nozzle from stainless steel. Made from polished aluminum. alloy, I have not peeled off yet.

There is also a significant difference. 1. Possibility to knead 2 kg of dough or more, depending on the model. 2. Beat eggs, cream, etc. I have the simplest kneader Klatronic KM3323, he only kneads and whips. Other models also make jam and heat the dough. We have a forum for budget dough mixers here, but there are also more abruptly - Kenwood, Electrolux and others from 1 thousand dollars (as you know, there is no limit to perfection). HP also kneads the dough, if you bake pies 1-2 times a month, then it will do fine. But if you tried (and even the household) bread from the oven, and even with sourdough, then the kneader is needed, as CP is needed for homemade bread, in comparison with purchased bread. Think for yourself, decide for yourself ...

-psh. bread baked flour thrown 800g of water 420 grams, etc. but the first kneading was kneaded in 8-10 minutes (the dough was 99% behind the bowl) and the second time, after 10 minutes of rest, the same in portions, but at the bottom 1-1.5 cm of dough (in width it is about 15 cm) did not stick to the bottom of the bowl (kneaded for 20 minutes did not work) -maybe the bowl of the combine should have been washed perfectly after removing the first part of the dough into the container for proofing?
Peter Push
wmw55
Once again with an assistant! It all depends on the moisture content of the dough, I never see if the dough has fallen behind the bottom of the bowl or not
and the dough is always good, even kneading perfectly. With a moisture content of up to 65%, the kolobok turns out to be almost classic, but it still lies in the bowl at the bottom, and where, according to your dough, it should be, stuck to the hook, or something. I do not understand the reason for your alarm.
Don't panic, everything will be fine. Check for gluten development. Well, did you like the bread? Good luck.

Clatronic KM 3400 turned up for 5800r (new). It seems that 3323 will be more powerful, and the latter costs only 300 rubles cheaper ... The only confusing thing is that there is no bowl lid at all. On the tube I listened and appreciated, as much as possible, the noise of the work. Howls great, so it seemed to me. Who will say what?
I wanted to take a Bosch 5529 combine, then a Bosch 68885. Now I'm thinking about this Clathronic / Bohmann and Redmond RFP-3904 for it for 4500r (new). Together, everything comes out more expensive, but this dough mixer will seem to be better than Boshevsky, but the Redmond slicer, is this a very weak link? To be honest, I don't really like Redmond, but still ...

I bought today a complete analogue of Clathronic 3476 - Bomann KM 379 CB - it also has a built-in stove - that is, it will be possible to cook or heat the necessary ingredients in it.I went to pick up the company myself, because I was scared that Klatronic could not whip a small amount of something - such as the corollas are located high enough from the bottom of the bowl, and there is little information on the internet, there are few photos of both of these models, and therefore I decided to go look and then decide whether to take it at all or not. But my fears turned out to be in vain - I don't know if it will be seen in the photo or not, but the rim is located a few millimeters from the surface of the bowl - maybe they twisted something there in the structure at the factory? So I have a hope that you can beat both a small amount of products and a large one. In general, I really liked the harvester, it was made soundly, there is nothing to complain about. Well, they made a discount at the company, which could not fail to please, too, in the end it cost me 10,900 rubles, we checked all the operating modes - it heats up great, so the dough for eclairs, for example, will be easy to make.
Here are only overview photos so far. The color of the Klatronic's case is silvery, while the Bomanns' champagne is light golden.

And I also want to say a big thank you Natalia308 - without her reports on Clathronic, I most likely would not look at these mixers, because in the whole internet, in my opinion, only her reports are about this model. Nobody else shares their impressions!

You know, it's hard enough to assess the noise level objectively. She turned it on, listened, at 10 speed (last) - in my opinion, it's still not like a tractor.
I tried to record video at different speeds

Arkady _ru
I also thought to lay out the noise level of the Clatronic KM 3400 ... You need to run something else in the background, because there is nothing to compare with, and everyone has different microphones. It sounds like a brutal turbocharged coffee grinder. Current dead neighbors will not understand that they will knead the dough right now ...
Anastasia
And my husband is calm about the noise of my devices - he says that powerful things cannot but make noise. When it seemed to me that the Oursson processor was making a lot of noise, the whole family said that I was picking on the device a lot.

Today I conducted the first test of my Bomann - made beetroot caviar. What I liked - beets are an aggressive vegetable and, like a carrot, they strive to paint plastic parts, but in Bohmann all the parts were not susceptible to color and the spatula, after mixing the hot beet mass, remained virgin white. Even a photo was taken of this spatula after use. During cooking and turning the beets with a meat grinder, the noise was such that I watched TV at a volume below average. She began the process by frying diced onions. I set the temperature to 80 degrees, the time is 10 minutes, the speed automatically decreases when cooking to the desired one after reaching the temperature of 60 degrees. I must say that during cooking, the temperature crossed the line of 80 degrees and reached 100, but for a very short time - after all, the mass in the bowl was not liquid, and while there the temperature sensor will cut off, but after raising the temperature, it also quickly dropped to the set level. and thanks to constant stirring, the onion did not burn anywhere at all, which will also be seen in the photo. Then, in a meat grinder, I ground the beets together with the onions. My mother grinds only beets, and leaves the onion in cubes, but I like it when the caviar is homogeneous, so I did extra work - I transferred the onion from the bowl of the food processor to the bowl of the meat grinder. Further, all the ground goes back to the bowl of the combine and, with the help of the same spatula, is mixed on heating with a kebab sauce. I set again 80 degrees and the time was 6 minutes. Then we taste the mixture, bring the sauce to the desired taste, cool. Everything, caviar is ready. I completely liked the process.

And what is the white paddle positioned for? This did not work with me with a dough mixer, only about the same steel shape (it still has partitions).

No, I also have one, as you describe - this is another nozzle - called K-shaped. Many dough-mixing combines have it. And this one - with silicone edges - for mixing hot while cooking.

Confused only that there is no bowl lid at all.
Arkady, I have a Clathronic KM3323, the simplest one, and I need this one - knead and beat. I never use a lid when whipping and kneading, nothing will fly out of it when working.
Anastasia! Beat up the smallest 1 egg - excellent. Kneading the dough for a meat-eating cake for 1 kg of flour - worked for 20 minutes in a row at 2 and slightly at 3 speeds. I whipped 5 proteins (at 4 speeds), not only in drifts, but in general it turned out marshmallow, without any slurry at the bottom. I use it almost every other day, I knead the dough for different breads and wheat and rye-wheat from 1 to 2 kg. It makes very little noise at 1 - 2 speeds, at 3 - 4 speeds, the noise can be compared with a Phillips meat grinder, it is stable.

Peter Push
Much more noise when working on the dining table.
Arkady _ru
That's for sure. On a marble slab it works much quieter and more muffled (I have 25mm).

Anastasia, but what can you say about the harvester after some time. I also keep looking at them, though I tend to Klatronic, he is more suitable in color.

Anastasia, but what can you say about the harvester after some time. I also keep looking at them, though I tend to Klatronic, he is more suitable in color.

I will say that I am head over heels happy! It makes no difference - Klatronic or Bomann, I also saw Klatronic - they are really twin brothers, only the color of the body is different. But the way he helps me is beyond praise. Works good. I easily got used to the controls and already intuitively understand what temperature should be set when. Still, the designers came up with a very good idea of combining heating with kneading. And I also like the material from which the parts of the meat grinder are now made - the grates and the knife-chopping itself - these parts do not rust at all! I don’t know about other brands, but it’s like that for Bomann. My old Boshik had a raid of rust, no matter how I dried it, and I don't even dry it at the Bomann, but they are all the same as soon as from the store. In general, I really like the quality as well as the functionality. I myself thought about the purchase for a long time, oddly enough. Usually I quickly decide and buy. And then I thought, I thought. I also like how the contact group is well closed at the bowl. Of course, it is not worth washing it in the dishwasher and there is nothing for it, but I wash it under running water and the water does not flow anywhere into the electrical part. Well, I showed in the photo how everything is cultivated there. In general, for me, this is one of the most positive purchases in recent years.
Tatoshenka
Anastasia, but how big is it in size? Could you please take a picture of him next to something. And can it be used without heating? Believe it or not, I have been choosing a harvester for two years, or rather, before Easter, I have chosen to knead Myasoedovsky cake. And then I burn out. Probably because everything seems to be there separately. Wanted Boman or Klatronic, which is just a kneader, without anything. And his price is about 6 thousand. And then he was interested in heating, though apart from eclairs and choux pastry, well, I don’t know what else for your caviar.
And yet, excuse me for writing a lot, you do not know, by chance, their insides are the same, for some reason the weight is different. Both models were on ozone, Boman was disassembled.
Anastasia
It also seemed to me that he was very big, when I still doubted, but now it seems to me that for his capabilities he is very even nothing. I wanted a bowl, more than in my old Boshik - there were 3 liters, here - 5.5 liters, and it gets up in my closet where the Boshik stood, for example. In fact, I have big plans for it in the sense of recipes - it's just that for about a month there won't be an opportunity to turn around - we now live with our daughter's family, and she has small children for whom you need an eye and an eye. In a month, they plan to move to a new apartment, where the renovation is now coming to an end, and then I plan to try the recipes that are offered for Kenwood with heating or other appliances - here at least melted cheese, homemade hard cheese, jam, homemade cottage cheese and much other - like there are a lot of recipes! yes even ordinary yeast dough and even then - warm up the milk with butter, for example, before kneading. Yes, there is a bread maker, but sometimes you need a lot of dough and then you need a kneader and heating at the same time - not a superfluous detail.
It is absolutely easy to use without heating - you just need to set the speed of the kneading or meat grinder or blender and that's it - it will be just revenge, chop or beat. If at the same time you set the time - there will be revenge, chop or whip on a timer and after a specified time will turn off. If you do not set the timer to work, the display will simply reflect how much time has passed since the start of work.
Why the clathronic differs from the bomann in weight - alas, I cannot say. I bought from a company in which there were already many overstocked on the bread maker and I had a good opinion about the store, and there I was assured that there was absolutely no difference between them, and there was a discount for one copy at the bomann because of the appearance of the box - Well, I took it. Therefore, I bought it at own expense, in order to decide on the spot whether it was worth taking at a discount, whether it was true that only the box was crumpled, or immediately on the spot to take a clathronic without a discount.
I can take a picture, just wondering what is next to it so that it is objective?
Anastasia
Yes, more - I saw now that on the ozone there appeared a review to the clathronic that he had some kind of protection working, I will give a quote

... I recently bought this unit, everything is fine, only it gets tired very quickly and since it has overload protection, it stops the process, and the proteins have not yet been whipped, this is a small problem,

So I don't know what kind of fatigue the kneader is writing about ... very strange. The cooking timer allows you to cook for an hour, while the mixer always works, I whipped the whites and cream, nothing stopped and was not going to overload and stop. Maybe a person chooses something wrong when working? Does it set some speed that is not suitable for a certain product? The instruction there in Russian, although short, but in my opinion, everything is written intelligibly. Nothing should stop there.
