Cooking method

  • Good afternoon, and Happy Trinity.
  • Yesterday afternoon I thought - I will place my last recipe in the competition, and I will wait whether I will have a replacement for a broken blender or not. However, we sat down in the evening with Freesia to watch a new film, and there they show the dish! This is the dish I will try to cook. Denis Andreevich did not help me this time (when watching in the evening and when cooking during the day he slept sweetly).
  • A little about the film.
  • Name: Flying Fortress
  • Released: 2011
  • Director: Mike Phillips
  • Cast: Bug Hall, Don Jeffcoat, Sean McGone, Chris Owen, Edward Finlay, Manu Intirami, John Loughlin, Howard Gibson, Joseph Williamson, Antonio Elias
  • Due to its reliability and technical characteristics, the Boeing B-17 became a legend of the American Air Force during the Second World War, earning the nickname "Flying Fortress". The film "The Fortress" by Mike Phillips tells the story of one of these planes, in whose crew a newcomer appeared.
  • The crew of the "Flying Fortress" - 10 people, a close-knit team, each of which has its own combat duties. In 1943, during an operation in Sicily, the commander of one of these aircraft dies. He is being replaced by a young, naive pilot, whose appearance the team takes with hostility.
  • In one scene, a representative of the local population brings a treat - a kid with couscous and spices.
  • Since it is difficult for us with goat meat, I replaced it with what was in the refrigerator - beef.
  • So, to begin with, we cut all the products into cubes (meat, zucchini, carrots, onions, garlic), finely chop the greens (3-4 branches).
  • Beat the onion, garlic and herbs until a homogeneous paste, add salt and black pepper. We heat the vegetable oil and pour the resulting paste into it. Stir constantly. After 1 minute, add 150 ml. water, stir, reduce heat, and after 2 minutes. remove from fire.
  • Fry meat and vegetables in a frying pan, pour in the pasta, stir, add spices and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • While stewing - prepare couscous. I also like to add spices to it.
  • Serve hot meat and garnish))).
  • Bon Appetit!!!
