And I managed to break the berner apple cutter. Such a cool thing, but on very hard apples I squeezed out the blades from plastic and bent them.

It looks like this, I don't remember the manufacturing company after the repair, she is at least fifteen years old

The Soviet woman is strong !!! Itself just like metal ...
And I don't break my Trend, I just use it often.

Damn ... The eternal question ... Trend or Prima? Prima or Trend ??

Prima! ABOUT! All three quickly and without leftovers! I can't imagine how I used to live without my kit. But some tracks are idle, and I haven't made friends in 5 years

Prima! ABOUT
Informative, thanks.
But it is so bulky ...
Vredin @
Not so long ago, I also experienced the torment of choosing between "Trend" and "Prima". Since I have never used such a shredder, I had a lot of questions. I was very embarrassed by the moment that it was "Trend" that was dressed in a metal frame in the "Pro" series, which means, in my opinion, it should be better. But we are not looking for easy ways and the choice fell on "Prima" bribed the ability to adjust the thickness of the rings. I decided that 4 thicknesses are better than two and ordered. I got a grater for a very good price in a complete set "Lux".
I was very worried about the original, because I ordered it via the Internet. Upon receipt, I examined it up and down, like the original.
What I want to say, I really like the grater. I began to cook often salads from fresh vegetables, whack-whack and that's it. Vegetables for borscht soup are now only hers. The chips are ready in a couple of minutes. I look forward to summer and fresh vegetables to experiment further.
What I didn't like. Grater shape. It is convenient for me to keep it freely available in the nightstand. To take up less space, I put it on the side, and it’s oval, so it rolls. It seems to me that "Trend" is more convenient here. The second point is the tray. He is just huge, but nevertheless, everything flies past him, as I did not cling to the grater, in the end I threw it into the far corner. I can't find where to buy an additional box for inserts. The fruit holder surprised. For some reason I thought that the thorns should be sharp, it is very difficult to chop a vegetable.
The inserts are all good, but the most demanded for me is 7 mm. 10 mm only fry potatoes. 3.5 mm so far only invented a pumpkin for porridge to rub.
Girls, I want to ask for a long time, are there those who had both "Trend" and "Prima"? The two thicknesses of the "Trend" shredder correspond to which provisions in the "Prime"?
Bijou
Vredin @, oh, how informative !! Thank you very much!

So Prima has her own box for grater and inserts, for which she can be hung in a convenient place? And yet - do the knives in it converge in the center below? So it overshadowed me that I once saw a different solution, as if one knife, as it were, goes to the side of the second. Did you dream, or what? I have a lightweight Trend from Mvideo, the knives just converge in the center and sometimes products get stuck in the cracks.

And I'm looking for a second grater for a gift.
Vredin @
Bijou, you are welcome! Glad if I could help you in some way.
I forgot to add that white is Achtung! The photo shows.
It's a shame, of course, but there is no more strength to rub it!
The knives do not go over each other, they converge in the center. So far, only the "hairs" of celery stalks are stuck from the sample. Nothing else got stuck yet.
I have my own box, there are only 2 inserts in it, but I have nowhere to put the third one, I did not find an additional one for "Prima". The fruit holder is very comfortable on it. But the grater itself is attached to it strangely. You can screw the box to the wall, there are holes for this, the grater will hold on to it, but then you cannot attach the fruit holder to it. I took a photo of the whole assembly, that still design is obtained. He will not stand on the table on his own.

Vredin @, Wow! This is a hassle.)) Thanks again!
I think it will come in handy for many. An impressive design, really ...)) IMHO, Trend somehow looks more rational with this business, but he himself is a thumbnail against the background of Prima, it seems to me.)) But I twisted them in my hands in different stores - Trend in the Metro, and I will take it in Hoffa.

Ah, here's another question! The Trend at the back has a support in the form of a crossbar on the frame. Limits the bending of the insert so that the slices are of the same thickness, and eliminates the lack of cutting through the straw. And Prima doesn't have this in the pictures? What prevents the insert from bending back under product pressure? Is this something on the antennae below and there is a whole back-rest ??

Then it's clear why this thing is so bulky.))

It will even stand on its own, you just need to insert into the hole on the back of the grater not the lower, but the upper protrusion on the box for replaceable inserts. I hope I didn't write too much.

I have a "Pro" and there are three thicknesses. It has two bladeless inserts, one of which is double-sided.

I think no. The trend can probably stand in a multibox. I don't have it, I keep it in a bag, in the table. It is much more compact than Prima.

Yes, for the Trend there is a special multibox, in which the frame itself with a knifeless insert, inserts of 3.5 and 7 mm and a fruit holder are placed. Add. the inserts, if any, are stored in the insert box.

It is very unstable, practically it is necessary to support it. So I thought that boxing could also be adapted to it for extra. inserts. it is not very convenient to store in a box

Karochi. For myself, I still want a Pro. ((And for a gift, probably still Trends. The Prima is very bulky.

Little.

It was the emphasis that they wrote about cracked:

And then the straw began to come out unfinished, for a long time I could not understand why, until I pressed the stop, and it was cracked

Discounts for wildberries on a white grater !!! Apparently they take badly. So I think, maybe I need it. Well, let it get dirty, but the toad will not suffocate.

I also categorically did not want to buy a white one, but the toad persuaded me Before the New Year, I bought Prima Plus in the same place for 2800. Of course, I have to wipe it with vegetable oil after rubbing carrots, etc., but it cost me almost two times cheaper than the same a different color. If not for such a discount, I would probably still be fighting a toad.
Olya2017
Lera-7, Svetlana, so you say worth it. I have 2700 rubles. turns out!
Lera-7
Olya2017, Olga, I am very happy, I have never regretted it. Moreover, my daughter also bought a white one after me, only Prima Lux

Olya, only by your link Trend Ultra, and I have Prima. To some, it seems more cumbersome, but I really liked it outwardly.

Olya2017, Olga, I bought so last summer and do not regret it. The grater does not get dirty, it is like in the photo, not boiling white. The sudok is white, a little of the carrot can be painted, but I'm not worried, the price warms me very much))
Olya2017
Irina, thanks for the support!!! I'm not a very decisive person !!! I doubt everything, I doubt it .... But I made up my mind!

We must run away from the forum After all, I lived without all this. And now, as you go into the topic, you need this, you go there, you need that

A rich set and at such a price!
Olya2017
I'm with a report !!! They brought me a grater !!! I thought I would be ready for the fact that it is big, but it is HUGE! When you watch the video, it doesn't seem so. Shredded cabbage with carrots. I haven't pickled cabbage so quickly. There was a test cucumber, I tried all the graters from my Trend Ultra set. I realized that I was missing, probably, an insert of 10. But this is 1 use. It will be seen further. Grater RESTI really liked it. I will spoil my family with potato pancakes more often.
The question arose: does the insert only fit with a latch? Couldn't figure out how to fix other inserts.
