In Prima, the thickness is adjustable, the nozzles are standard V-shaped, 3.5 mm and 7 mm, the rest will have to be purchased separately.

And I want to join the third joint venture, I decided I certainly won't need anything in this topic, I've been using Berner graters for more than 10 years, I don't use a tray, I couldn't adapt, I rubbed apples and pears on a waffle grater for my daughter when I was little, only in this I ate them, today I jerked to go in and jammed on the combi-chef, I want with terrible force.

Second day bastard from Roko-grater

I make a salad of carrots with green radish with vegetable oil and apples with celery (TA - thank you for this thought !!! - just dessert!) With sour cream.
A very pleasant kind of cutting - such hairs, soooooo straws, but without juicing. And tender, and not porridge. You can't do that with a grater ...

I am looking forward to my treasures from Germany! There is still Carly going to me!

True, it was not without injuries ... She kicked on her finger ... with the jagged edge of the holder! Unsuccessfully took hold of the vessel, and swung too much. The very first movement led to bloodshed

Tax,
1) radish, carrot, oil - that's all? Don't need vinegar here?
2) Is celery a rhizome? and there sour cream and apples - that's all?

I am also trying to expand the range of vitamin supplements, already at the end of winter.

The questions are the same! especially for celery ... I add it to soup and borscht
And my ROCO current is coming to me ... I've already bought my husband's carrots

Well, if it's really long, then the carrot should be pricked on the side and rubbed with the side of the carrot. Also prick the potatoes so that the potatoes lie along the grater.

But my life has passed, oddly enough, without celery. Without anything. Mom and grandmother somehow did not use it, well, I learned from them to cook without it, but I already feel that I have lost a lot. In this topic, celery discovered for herself that he needed it, in the Temka about the multicooker they row all the lentils, and I also did without it so far, but I also need to try. In general, our forum opens our eyes to a lot.

Mona1, yes, the guy with the video turns out gorgeous, but they just don't show it, you can grate almost the entire carrot or almost half will go to the leftovers, since it will not hold on to the fruit holder.

I practically don't use a fruit holder, only on a 7 mm insert, those teeth and blades are very scary to me. And on the rest of the inserts I hold vegetables in my hand. In 4 years, there were 3 serious cuts on the thumb and noticed that the wounds heal much faster and they are not as painful as just chick with a knife or from a burn. Probably the fineness of the blades affects
I taught myself when I rub on a grater, I try not to think about anything and focus on the process, everything is always fine, but only some thought crept in, got distracted, did not follow the vegetable and chick, then I erased a piece of nail, then hit it on my finger.

1) add some salt. ALL! The radish is green - it gives spice. You can also celery (root) - also harmoniously combined. Well, greenfinches go there - parsley is especially good. Such a delicious salad will be with mayonnaise, but I don't eat it after 14.00.
2) Yes, only celery root, apple and sour cream (in the future I am going to use homemade yoghurt or store-bought cottage cheese "activia", at worst - it completely replaces sour cream in salads, and the fat content is incomparably less) Very tasty salad.
Bon Appetit!

With the holder (except for the abrasion from the jagged edge) I became friends very quickly, oddly enough)))
A piece with a thickness of about 3 mm remains in waste - like a side protruding on a line. On the advice of the guru, I don’t cut off the butts, and so I stab them with my butts.
But if you rub the carrot along, then the ass needs to be cut off, of course, and there is much more waste - the plate is not across the carrot, but along.
Since the length is not important to me, I stab my ass)))

I also rarely use the holder! for me he is very good. inconvenient!
I don’t even use it when I use "Rocko" (trend). well, it's uncomfortable for me!

when working with a burner, the main thing is not to be distracted and everything will be ok.
and I really like my waffle too.
but in general I look and can not understand in any way what kind of modification I have !?
(I have had a grater for a long time already, and this is already 2. it seems the 1st was a classic, but the 2nd)

No, you should be friends with the holder. Fingers are safer.

And I rub carrots for Korean on Roco at a certain angle. So long ones are obtained and hold on to the carrot holder better.
lemusik
I also begin to rub the carrots without a holder, then I attach it to the holder.
And I have no idea how to rub an apple and a radish without a holder - they are round and slippery. Well, the apple is at least soft more or less, but the radish is also hard ... How to rub it on Rocco without a holder? I do not understand...
Products begin to fly off the holder only when a layer of 3 mm remains.

I don’t know, maybe everything will fly off on other cuts ... On Roko, it rubs in both directions, so that the product is pressed against the grater all the time, both when moving down and when moving back.
Julia V
If I rub without a holder, for example, cabbage, then I put on a glove. I could have cut myself a couple of times.

From carrots it is colored, and strong. But it is worth a little drop of vegetable oil and, right before our eyes, everything disappears. If it is not confusing for mom to wipe the grater with vegetable oil every time after carrots, then take Mona.

Natasha told me that the 3rd joint venture no earlier than the parcels arrive from the 2nd - if you order from Germany, and you can organize the Ukrainian one yourself. But I really want a vegetable peeler with a grater, but we don't seem to have such a thing, so I'll wait as long as necessary for a German purchase.

Can I stick in with the Korean carrot recipe?
I have this recipe from a very old notebook
So, for 1 kg of grated carrots you need to (by the way, you can also make beets in this way):
10 walnuts (ground, but not into dust)
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Allspice ground pepper
1 tbsp. l. Salt
3 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 small head of garlic - grind
2st. l. Vinegar (I make with apple cider, 6%)
4 tbsp. l. Rast. Oils
If you like hot, a little red hot pepper.
Mix everything well and refrigerate for a day.
We usually "try" in a couple of hours.
Yesterday I rubbed a carrot on an insert 3.5. As for me, a little bit large, you need to chew well. Next time I will rub on rocko. If necessary, I'll post a photo of my yesterday's carrot later.
Look ...

you are welcome! I do not mind!
somewhere on the forum I saw a similar one, but there it is a little different.
and my cousin (a good man) gave me the recipe back in the 90s, and called him "pickled carrots".
I am writing his original recipe.

I rub 1 kg of carrots on roco, prepare two large jars (0.8-1l)
in a clean jar (you can in a bowl) I make a marinade:
3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
1 tsp salt
4-5 st. l. vinegar (9%)
0.5 stack sunflower. oils
1 head of garlic (press with a garlic press or finely three)
ground pepper - to taste (black or red)
mix everything well. the marinade is ready.

(I like black from the mill, I hardly use red)
I poured a lot of pepper, I like spicy. and for me black pepper is more aromatic.
in a large container (it is more convenient to mix) we take part of the carrots and mix with the marinade,
(it may seem that the marinade is very small, but carrots give a lot of juice)
gradually transfer the whole carrot into a bowl, and mix with the marinade.
when everything is well mixed, there will be more marinade juice and the carrots seem to soften, you can put them tightly in prepared jars (one is already in the marinade, but it is not dirty) pour the marinade remaining in the bowl into jars on the carrots.
let it stand for a while and marinate in the refrigerator (I usually do it at night)
it turns out delicious!
I did it for a long time according to the main recipe, but over time I began to pour half a packet of cykoria s.a. into the marinade. "Korean-style carrot seasoning" can be spicy and not spicy, depending on what you want to get.
I still add pepper, but I'm already looking at how much.
You can take other seasonings (weighed out from vendors in the market or in bags) for such carrots, to your taste.
sometimes I get a tasty "gouge out", it is still tasty, but you can't eat too much !!!
the result is always slightly different, carrots are either sweeter or juicier, but always tasty.
I add these carrots to hot sandwiches. my son and I like it!
I will be glad if the recipe is useful to you too.

it's just that at a corporate party (before they sometimes arranged for themselves with the whole shift on weekends) I tried it according to some other recipe (one of the girls did it),
so there the carrots somehow swam and tasted completely different, I could not eat them!
it was not tasty for me, I did not know what to do with my plate (so as not to offend the cook) !!
good luck!
I forgot to say, carrots are stored in the refrigerator for a long time.
valushka-s
to your health!
hope you enjoy the carrot!
then write how you like! can you upgrade the recipe,
and it will become even tastier!
I’m sometimes in grated raw carrots with garlic and mayonnaise,
I add cumin (I just really love this seasoning, especially if it's small, imported from Tashkent), and I like the taste!
good luck!
Irina.

I started buying knives series "Ideal"... I bought it already for bread, for thin slicing, for cleaning, universal, cheese. I bought trees for them. stand. I really like the knives, they both "sit" in the hand and work, they are very sharp. I bought another knife, but so far only sharpened old knives with it. Bernovskie for half a year, like new, there is no need to sharpen yet. The bread knife cuts evenly, does not crush fresh homemade bread. For fine slicing, so super knife (my favorite). I use all knives with pleasure, only the cheese one is not in use yet, I have not adapted to it, I have a cheese cutter. I also want to buy scissors and several other knives from this series, I like that for each type of work, I have my own knife, one is convenient to clean, the other is cut into strips, the other into pieces, etc.

Another recipe that I was given back in Kiev, when I bought my first Roko (her kingdom of heaven):

Korean carrots:
Carrots (beets) - 1 kg. on a grater
fill with marinade and refrigerate for a day.

Marinade:
Ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 9% - 4-5 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1 whole head (crushed)
Vegetable oil: - 0.5 cups.
Cumin - 5 grains (crush)
Bay leaf - 3 small leaves.

I grind not only pepper, but also cumin and lavrushka. I like it this way.

By the way, yesterday I cut into Roko daikon. I had it attached, so I don’t say that I rubbed perfectly, but the result is beautiful (don’t beat for the lack of photos). Due to certain circumstances, he is forced to sit on a diet. Therefore, my wife came up with her own recipe for carrots for me. We take 1 kg. carrots, 3-4 pcs. sweet juicy apples, 1-2 pcs. kiwi fruit, juice of half a lemon, a tablespoon of honey, olive oil 4 tbsp. l. Chop the carrots in length on a Roco grater, lightly salt, peel the apples and chop them on Roco, cut the kiwi into strips by hand. Add lemon juice, a spoonful of honey and olive oil. We mix all this. Bon Appetit. The salad was named "Eastern Passion"
