Well, not a sandwich, of course, but it turns out very spicy, and on top you can put a thin piece of smoked brisket and even then mmm ... try it, Irish

Sorry for the slang, but the bread is awesome!
I had 45 g of leaven (I was not going to bake bread, so I was looking for a recipe without steam), and the leaven was a little weak, along the way.

After kneading on dumplings, I set the "French bread" program for 7 o'clock (having taken out the spatula beforehand), but turned it off before baking - I realized that I had not risen much. Left for another 2 or 3 hours.
Oh, yes, I didn’t do it. Only now I realized that it was necessary to turn on the "pelmeni" again for a short time.

In general, this is what happened:

The cheese was padana grana. Since my husband does not like melted cheese, I was afraid to put 100 g, I threw about 50 g.

As a result, the bread turned out to be awesome! And most importantly - unpaired! Thank you for such a wonderful recipe!
I wonder if you do the same thing, but without cheese, how will it be?
