Maybe someone can tell you how you can replace dark rum when baking muffins (see the Moulinex recipe book), maybe cognac will do, or is it basically dark rum that you need? Maybe it gives some special taste? I don't understand anything about alcoholic beverages, because I simply don't drink them ... Help me figure it out ...
hm .. from rum all the same one memory remains after baking, so, a slight aftertaste. you can just throw it away - it is critical if you are going to keep the cupcake for a long time. and if purely for taste, then I, for example, replace it in equal proportions with becherovka. as for me it turns out more interesting in general ...

Hi, I tried the recipe from the first page "Useful for tea" Cupcake. I changed only a little, instead of water I added yogurt, the baking powder took half a pack of Dr. Otter, (although it is small, it was written on 500 grams of flour), the cake came out excellent. The only thing when the cupcake program ended was the top was still damp, so I set the baking program for another 20 minutes, it was very tasty, thanks for the recipe.

Hello bakers! Take to your ranks! I have a mulk 5004.
I also baked muffins and already 15 pieces in a week, but ..... very much receded from the recipe. I messed up with flour in this measured jug with grams, well ... it turned out even tastier. Admin I also didn't have it and the lemon went bad, I replaced everything with cherry juice. It relied on less flour, but it turned out very, very tasty!
And I began to do with weights, which is not very
All my relatives and friends have tried and ordered home. And I began to do with weights, which is not very
The only thing .... poorly baked, I look not only at me. Can install the program for 1500kg?

leave for a while after baking on the heating, periodically checking with a wooden knitting needle how the knitting needle comes out dry means finished

I look at your cupcakes and quietly envy .... and at meyan ALL cupcakes are burning in a mule! I exhibited a light crust, pulled it out early, set it to 750 when setting it to 1000 - it is still BURNING, you have to cut off the sides of the cake half by half! what else can you do?

Recipe

Prepare a classic raisin muffin for tea. the recipe below will not take a lot of effort and time.
Grind the creamy margarine with sugar well, gradually adding raw egg yolks. Put flour, washed raisins, vanillin into the mass, beat the proteins in a thick foam and add to the dough, stirring gently. Lubricate the muffin tins and place the dough in them. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

I made links according to the second recipe, only instead of juice I splashed maple syrup (made in Ashan) and replaced 100 g of flour with rye and 100 g of raisin prunes. by measuring glass
I almost bit my fingers thanks for the recipe

Good afternoon everyone! I am joining your slender ranks of owners-bakers Moulinex 2000 ... The introduction began with the development of white bread on kefir (while 70x30 it will work out, then no), lemon pie (50x50) and a couple of muffins (I wanted for myself, but it turned out for the dog I cooked. ...) Most of all it turned out frustration with cupcakes ... And there was a baking powder, and soda, eggs with sugar and salt separately, and all together ... but they turn out to be a brick - and that's all ... The only comfort for the soul is at least they are not thrown away, but Sobachevich is happy with such my experiments ... I bake on program 9 (for a duration of 1h50m: 15m batch, 1h20m - baking)
P.S. I forgot to add that the cake is not baked inside, just like the top crust does not brown ... the screw is unscrewed 1.5 turns ...

why baking soda? try to do it according to the recipe from the second post, the first page, everything will work out ... I also don't bother, I put it forcibly for another 20 minutes. and after that I do not take out an hour.

I baked your "Useful for tea" - Tall, beautiful, tasty! Thank you!

Linka, the cake with cocoa and orange juice is very tasty, and also turned out to be high. First time such a tall cupcake!

Good day everyone!

tell me, they did it now according to this recipe ... so the cupcake did not rise up the vapsche ... and it did not bake on top, I put an additional 10 minutes on the baking ... and another question arose: I waited half an hour and then took it out, so the bottom on one side and collapsed ...
I don't understand what I did wrong ...
Ines
Of course, I am not a great specialist, but if the dough does not rise, then the problem is in the composition (heavy dough) or yeast. And one more thing - if the dough did not rise, then how did the bottom collapse? Usually the roof collapses, but what exactly do you have?
krivoshapka
so there is no yeast in the recipe .. and the bottom seemed to break off when I took out the cake ... it turned out brittle ... maybe it was necessary to keep it in the form longer ...
Ines
And what kind of recipe are we talking about? What is the post number?
krivoshapka
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Butter - 70 gr.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
sugar - 200 gr.
Flour - 320 gr.
Baking powder - 2.5 tsp.
Cocoa - 2 tsp
Orange juice - 1 piece approx. 100g + zest
Raisins - 50 gr.
Rum - 1 tbsp. l. (cognac is possible, I took the Karelian balsam).

that's why the recipe, only without raisins and instead of baking powder, was a flour improver ...
Ines
Well, since there is no yeast there, then it shouldn't have risen.

instead of baking powder, there was a flour improver ...

krivoshapka
Flour improver completely unsuitable for replacement baking powder, these are different things.Improver used for yeast dough(for flour with a low gluten content, or for baking bread, which contains notwheat flour (rye, buckwheat, corn, etc.), and baking powder for yeast-free ... It turns out that there was no reason for your cupcake to rise ...

Good evening, owners of Mulinex bread machines! If possible, help me figure it out. I choose a bread maker, I consider Mulinex as an option, so I downloaded the instructions for different models. And I noticed that in different models the same recipe has significant differences. For example, the recipe for Lemon cake (pie) in the instructions for model 312 differs significantly from the same recipe in the instructions for model 5002. In the second case, a layout is proposed for three variants of weight 750 gr, 1 kg. and 1500. But none of them coincides with the recipe suggested in the instructions for model 312. Which one gives the best result? And another question: did anyone try the option of maximum weight (1500 g), is it baked? (A small one is not enough for my family, everyone loves sweets. But I see that here everyone brings recipes for a small cupcake (judging by the pictures).)

Peace be with you bakers!
No matter what kind of stove
No matter what recipe
Whichever you prefer has the best result
For the entire operation of the stove, the average weight and the average crust were set out from the beginning, and it was the same for any baking
