Easter cake with vodka

Ingredients


Flour500 g
milk250 ml
yeast2.5 tsp
oil drain.100 g
vegetable oil1 tbsp. l.
aromatic vodka1 tbsp. l.
protein1 PC
yolks3-4 pcs.
sugar150 g
salt1 tsp
vanillin
raisinstaste

Cooking method


  • Dough:
  • 2 tbsp. l. without a slide of flour, pour boiling milk. Stir well so that there are no lumps. Allow to cool. In 2 tbsp. l of milk (warm) we dilute 2 tsp (bread maker) of yeast, add 0.5 cups of flour and mix everything well. Add the cooled mixture (milk + flour) and knead everything well. A mixer can be used. The consistency should be like thick sour cream. Let the dough come up until it falls by itself.

  • Grind 3-4 yolks with sugar. Beat the whites separately until firm peaks. Now everything can be combined according to the recipe (except for butter). Knead everything well on the "dough" mode. After 5-10 minutes, add the melted butter. Knead well again. Let's distance. We spread it on the molds and again leave it for proofing. We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
