It is well soaked (" it gets wet ", but keeps the shape), not so sweet, it is comfortable to hold in the hand, more satisfying.
In general, a complete delight with the recipe! In the middle I put that at hand, slices of banana, apple, jelly, dried cherries, lingonberries, soaked raisins, dried apricots, ground nuts, boiled condensed milk ...

And this turned out to be a plus, because they are removed once in the opposite direction. If I took it thicker, I think it would be more problematic to remove it. Tomorrow I'll buy 6 more pieces.

I fill the curd mass, put it in the freezer. When it freezes, it gets very easy. And then it thaws on a plate in the refrigerator.
Pets even ask if I don’t do it for 3-4 days. The son stopped eating store cheese))
And sometimes he takes it out of the freezer and eats it slowly like ice cream, he says, it's delicious
