In the author's recipe: for 500 grams of flour
Fresh pressed yeast 10 gr.
or dry 1.5 tsp.

And whether the taste of bread will change and how much, you will only know for yourself, the taste is different for everyone. I bake only on dry, for lack of wet

At first he made bread on dry basis for lack of pressed bread.
Now I have almost within walking distance of a lot of pressed shops, and I forgot about the dry ones.
The difference in the taste of bread with different yeasts, from my point of view, is like the difference between my own bread and store bread, that is, a very significant, completely different taste and even smell.
If there are no pressed ones, bake on dry ones, anyway your bread is better than in our stores.

Good day! Now this bread recipe will be the main one! Today I put it for the night, by 8 am I was ready! I was very worried, because the recipe was new, and for the first time I put it on. Everything worked out, the taste is excellent, the crust just asks in the mouth! I chose the "dark crust" mode. Thanks for the recipe!

Today I baked bread according to this recipe. It turned out to be fragrant and very tasty. True, the "roof" has settled a little. Next time I'll take a closer look at the kolobok. Thanks to the author for the recipe, I took it to my bookmarks.

Brads, thank you very much for the recipe! I never seem to have eaten such delicious bread at all! While the bread was baked, the aroma lingered throughout the house. I was ready after midnight. She took it out of the bread machine, put it on the grate to cool, and she circles around it ... In short, I could not stand it! Households caught me at 1 am in the kitchen with a crust of warm bread and milk. Here is my handsome!

BradsThank you very much for the recipe, we have baked it three times already :-). There was no way to take pictures. Looked perfect! The taste impressed the whole family :-) :-) :-) :-). And this despite the fact that I actually bake sourdough bread. I prefer rye, wheat-rye. I bake every day. And now your yeast bread has wedged into my schedule :-) and you have to bake it alternately with mine :-). I liked it very much. I want to try to translate, recalculate its recipe for sourdough. If I do, I will share my impression later.

For the fifth time last night I baked your bread :-). We love the taste and smell. Unique! Because of the oatmeal! I love it both in bread and in pies. But today is SADNESS !!! THE ROOF FAILED AT ALL! The question is why? The first time it was all so remarkably convex :-), but today .... I used to bake on dry yeast, and today on pressed yeast. I know this brand. Yes, here many people bake on them, upload photos ..what's the matter? True, the heat in our country is 40 * ... But the taste did not suffer, I just cut off a corner and earned it with milk, barely waited 2 hours! Thankful for the recipe, but what about the roof?

Thanks to the author for the recipe! I bake it for the second time, but with my changes, I really liked the taste and texture. The texture slightly resembles a ciabatta, only softer. Sugar was replaced with buckwheat honey, and milk powder - "wet" - half of the total amount of water. And added 2 tbsp. l. wheat sourdough. He did this: in a separate vessel, in 100 ml. a mixture of water and milk (cast from the total quantity according to the recipe) dissolved fresh yeast and 2 tbsp. l. sourdough, added about 3 tbsp. l. flour (from the total amount) is a "dough". I poured butter into a bread machine, the rest of the mixture of water and milk with dissolved honey and salt. Top of the poured the rest of the mixture of flour and oatmeal, then gently "dough". All! I started the bread maker in the "French" mode (whoever has HP not "Panasonic" set a delay timer for 2 hours - so that the dough would come up) VOIL !!!
Here is my "Negro"! Brown - probably from honey!

Brads, thanks for the recipe. For me, 2 tsp of salt is a lot, I take 1 tsp. l.

Thanks for the idea. And then I have these four cereals lying around. I don't want to cook. I will try to adapt your recipe for my bread maker. I will unsubscribe about the results ...
And this is the norm for how much 1 kg, 750 g or 500 g of bread? I have 3 modes in my bread maker, depending on the size. Average?
Sestra
liked the recipe. put less oil, because the crust is probably lightish. and in some places it did not interfere a little. nevertheless, the flakes should be laid like nuts and raisins, and not immediately.

The flour in the recipe is 500 grams, which means that the bread should be set at 700-800 grams.

The color of the crust does not depend on the amount of oil, but the amount of sugar, which controls the color of the crust (Maillard reaction)

Impurities from the fact that the flakes are dry and took the liquid from the dough. When kneading, you need to add more liquid, or pre-soak the rolled oats in water, milk, kefir and so on ... and then take into account the amount of liquid for soaking in the total volume. Make the dough soft, but not runny.

I’m out of shape today - I didn’t notice milk powder in the recipe
however it didn't hurt (serum was used instead of water)
in general, the children ate half a loaf right there, without leaving the checkout (it would be better to go to the kitchen, to have a look, but what if I don't know and we don't have bread for breakfast?)
how soft it turned out (by the way, there were a little less flakes than according to the recipe, maybe that's why it doesn't crumble very much), fluffy, tasty
and with meat gravy - a song!
added
yeah, still crumbling (the next morning) ... but still it remained lush and tasty

Dear brads, today I kneaded the dough in a bread maker strictly according to the recipe using pressed yeast, and baked it in the oven, some kind of miracle bread is soft, tasty, I could not stand it and after two hours I cut off a hump and ate it with a fresh cucumber, thank you so much for the simple and successful recipe

Today I baked half of the HP norm for a test, I have an old Scarlett-sc-240. At night, I soaked the rolled oats in oat milk, in the morning I broke it with a blender, the remnants from straining - instead of water, I poured milk into the dough. The program is the longest for Scarlett, diet bread, 3.5 hours. I put a large loaf and a medium crust just in case. Happened! Delicious! Thanks for the recipe!
