Or do you mean add 10-15 to 45?
Yes, add 10-15 minutes to the fact that you are baking this bread. But again, the ovens are different. After 50 minutes, you can turn it over and knock on the bottom.
Inusya
... I love you!
Akimell
What a beauty you have here! Next in line.

Omela , enlighten me, please, with what attachment do you knead the dough? I once tried it on mine, so my dough got knocked into a lump and chases in a circle, and in addition the combine itself began to jump
Omela
Akimell Unfortunately, not all combines are suitable for kneading dough. What do you have ?? I knead with knives in Thermomix.
Akimell
I have Kenwood. Like this:
Pulia Bread (oven)
And this is exactly the nozzle according to the instructions for kneading the dough.
Omela
Theoretically, it should knead .. Do you use the lowest speed ???
Akimell
There is a smooth speed control. I started with the smallest one, the dough just sucked safely to one side of the nozzle and rolled around in a circle. Gradually increased the speed, and at some point the combine began to bounce.
Omela
Akimell , I really want to help you, but I don’t know what ?? : pardon: If it does not work out in the combine, then knead in the Bread Maker. And save up for a good mixer or harvester.

And save up for a good mixer or harvester.

It should have been even smaller!
Akimell
I don't have any bread makers at all. Somehow something does not pull me to buy it, I like bread from the oven better: there you can dazzle it in any beautiful way. If only to buy exclusively for batching? .. And I will buy a good combine as soon as I move to a new apartment

Akimell , it is clear that the bread tastes better from the oven. I was talking about kneading dough. And you just do not work with this recipe ?? If you bake in the oven, do you somehow knead ???
Akimell
Nope, I didn't try this recipe at all, I just liked it now, I looked - and there was a harvester - so I decided to ask. And I knead mainly with my hands (of course, I have to knead for a long time, but I pumped up my muscles - shine). Sometimes I use a mixer (spirals), it's also good.
Omela
Knead further as well (with your hands or with spirals).
Akimell
Omela , came to brag. I bought myself a bread maker. Now how will I knead bread ...
Omela
Akimell , Elena, congratulations and good luck!
Inusya
Ksyu, look what I've done with your bread!
My malt was current dark, and I threw in 2 heaped spoons (this is for a one and a half rate). True, I strained a little when I was poking around with the rollover, apparently strangled a little. For the last proofing on a baking sheet, they puffed up like mattresses, but in the oven they already crawled in breadth a little, I think that the dough is soft, right not far from the ciabatta.
But the taste ...
Pulia Bread (oven)

Pulia Bread (oven)

malt smells ... ... ... Ota !!!
I'm afraid the bike will not stand up to my experiments !!!
Omela
inusik, well, you vasheeee !!! From this I understand:

Vitalinka
Little, I just want to try your Bullet and I don't quite understand where to put the dough after kneading - in the refrigerator or on the table?
Omela
Vitalinka, I don’t remember. Since nothing is written, it means on the table.
Vitalinka
Thank you!
Vitalinka
Mistletoe, I baked it and it seems everything worked out. I was worried that he would not puff up, the dough spread a little on the rug, but it seemed to work out. The cut will come later.
Thanks for the recipe!

Yeah, schazzz, she will have a cut, how the same! otherwise I don’t know ... what to stay for a photo ...

Vitalinka... argue?
Note the time that will pass from the cut to the complete disappearance of the loaf ... time has gone ...
personally, I have a little
...Therefore, next time you will know how to do one norm! Two nada !!!
One goes to "taste" ...
Vitalinka
Omelochka, Thank you ! This is your merit, your wonderful recipes! As you read them, at first it is scary to take up baking, and then you get pleasure in the process. Well, the result is good!

inusya , I can argue ! Bread flaunts waiting for dinner, when mine return home (I don't eat it, just try a little to know the taste). And my family is already accustomed, they always ask - I took a photo, can I eat? And to be honest, they have already spoiled themselves, every day there is a new bread, so they now do not remember its taste!

I myself am looking forward to the cut. What happened inside?

How interesting is it? And the holes? Itself, what beauty has baked! I'm sure of the taste Mistletoe recipes have never failed!
Vitalinka
I am reporting - everyone really liked the bread! Ksyusha, thank you!
There are a few holes, but I would like more, as they are all on top

Pulia Bread (oven)
Omela
Vitalinkayou got the right crumb !! There should be no big holes in it.

Thank you! Well, at this I exhibit those that do not fail. I do it differently.
Anna73
Oksana, my bread didn't rise at all in the oven. Although the dough was - a feast for the eyes! I love bread for a long time. Here's a cutaway. I cut it a little more warm, well, I could not wait until it cools down

The smell is breathtaking! As if I was baking some kind of baking, with brown sugar and almonds (strange, huh? But I felt so)
It tastes slightly salty (but in principle I eat very little salt), my daughter is delighted.
She still makes your sausage, I'll show you in the subject;))))
Omela
Anna, it can be seen that the crumb is very dense. Maybe the dough was too tight, or it was overdone during molding. Or the oven was not hot enough.
