Cake "In a pan" (page 2)

Carina1991, I'm shocked by the masterpiece ... for such a time ... and for such a cost ... Now this will be my recipe for a weekend.
First shock - I really timed the time and spent exactly 40 minutes on it with the coating together!
The second shock - what happened to the thinnest cakes in the frying pan - they turned into crumpets in five seconds, that is, they grew in height.
Third shock - I still do not believe that such a delicious such minimum costs.
She did not allow anyone to touch him earlier than the next morning. Until recently, I did not know what it would taste like. After Odessa Napoleon on New Year's Eve, I breathed a bit and by Christmas (since only I had a grocery post), after New Year's gluttony I doubted how they would take this option.
But foolishly bragged about how quickly it is done. And my pride was brutally punished here by the words of my husband: "Well, since this is so fast, we will do this for the weekend ..." (well, you understand, "we" means: I!) In general, the verdict was signed and no appeal is subject.
I no longer have the strength to upload his photo today, but tomorrow I'll post it, honestly.
Shl. I forgot to say - the cream went one and a half norms - and just right (for 750 ml of milk). So it’s me, Solokha, I spun and woke up after "spreading" that butter, for a cream - it was left to lie on the table. And okay, can you imagine? I myself am in shock! ...
Thank you so much again !!!

I confess I don't like to roll it out either. And then I also have one simple wooden one with handles
RybkA, Sestraaaaaa !!!! It is necessary that there are many and different. Choose by hand and heavy, because they roll better! Ritual, pralna, it's like I repeated the passed material!

shl. I will definitely buy a rolling pin and make this cake !!

I confess I also hate to roll
Margit, so please share which rock to buy right away? And then I also have one simple wooden one with handles
RybkA
I can't even advise which rolling pin to buy, because everything is individual. With which it will be convenient for you to work - such. I have chosen a comfortable rolling pin for most of my deviceaholic life, because I work a lot with dough. I never pass them either in the markets or in the store, so I have a lot of them. The most unclaimed one turned out to be with pens, bought in Metro, after visiting the topic Rolling pins, dough scrapers... Now I want to buy marble and silicone so that I have an idea of how comfortable they are, and suddenly my 32-year-old will like it more.

Mistletoe, smart girl!

AHA, for children and those who are older ... each has his own punishment ... ...
And for my husband, I’m generally marbled ... with a cast-iron middle (well, just in case ...) Well, what if he doesn't like it, well ... the soup is too salty ... or the porridge is burnt ...

Karina, as promised by the photo report-
Cake In a Frying Pan,Cake In a Frying Pan
The family checked out the cake for 5+, but here and there I blundered:
1.the dough turned out to be steep, not soft, the condensed milk was not in cans, but in a liter bottle, so it was pouring by eye
2. rolled out 10 cakes, then I realized that I needed 12 pieces that way, comparing with the photos of others, I understand that the cakes are thick
3. After all, I read that the cream should be boiled for 750 ml of milk, but at home there was only half a liter, I think: "Yes, that's enough", I was wrong, so the cake is not that dry, but we love it wet
Well, these are all little things! Thank you very much for the recipe, next weekend I will bake with all the mistakes

Everything is fine, they completely scolded themselves. Experiments are also needed, others will keep in mind)))) And the fact that the cakes are thicker, so it's okay, when they are infused, they become soft, soft))) but at the expense of the cream, so I generally like cakes straight "current", so that I always put more cream in the box), and someone loves on land, then everyone decides for himself how much cream to cook))) even if the recipe is not so written

Carina, I baked a cake. I made the dough in a bread maker and from the moment I took it out, I timed it. It took 45 minutes to roll out, bake the cakes and completely clean up the kitchen, including washing the HP bucket
The cream was made the very next day. A very simple and inexpensive custard recipe. Very few eggs are needed for him. We loved the cake. The taste of the cake itself somehow reminded me of a cookie (previously it was sold in packs according to GOST, something like "Jubilee"). Cream has a little in common with "Napoleon", but this is where all the similarities end, in my opinion. In general, this cake is a real champion in terms of the minimum amount of time spent on its preparation and the final result obtained. And looks decent on the outside

I'm glad that I liked it))) the recipe is really from the category of "guests on the doorstep"))) very fast, and as for me delicious, the cake))) always helps))) and the most interesting thing is that many do not believe that it is cooked in a pan

And my cream was brewed for 500 ml of milk, but the cake was not dry at all. And the cakes are not thick. How everyone gets everything differently from the same products
Inusya
Carina1991, and I have already become so insolent that soon I will only be attracted by recipes with a name beginning with the words "Lazy ... etc." Already lazier than this cake - no, and then I managed this time to make a custard cream from packs, ready.
The pack is designed for 200 ml of water, so I made it out of 3 packs, but suddenly I felt ashamed of being so lazy and I decided to brew it at least with milk, and not with water as in the instructions (but diluted 3 packs for 700 ml).
So what do you think? Someone smelled the difference? ... They even said: "Oh, this time tastes better!" ...
... And why should I tense up? ... so ... one more time!

I understand you))) laziness is my second me! , You will also need to try to make such a cream (purchased), I saw we sell different custards, vanilla, lemon, even with a peach "smell", how many times I passed by, and did not dare to take it))) I'm afraid of the powder taste in the cream (not natural). Well, if I take it and cook it, the cake will probably be included in the "five-minute" category (for cooking))))) In general, you won't have to bother!
Inusya
Karinochka, do not even worry about the powdery taste, I have been "rescued" with these creams since Soviet times, just take just a custard Classic, I can't vouch for others with all sorts of tastes. And these custards are always in my storehouse. It contains egg powder, dry. milk, vanilla, starch and something else. But I, in any case, do not feel any aftertastes, although I myself am cautious about "chemicals".
Albina
Good tip about cream powder. I am not fond of them. We need to see if we have them in the store
Carina1991
I bought a cream))) I will make a cake soon))) I will unsubscribe how it will turn out with such a cream

I wonder how! Stumbled upon the same recipe with the same name Pan cake... Hmm, everything new is well forgotten old. Although it is difficult to name the old here, and less than a year has passed. It would be good for the moderators to make sure that the recipes are not duplicated, otherwise the authors may find themselves in an uncomfortable position.

Oh, I didn’t see that there is this recipe) Although it’s not surprising that it appeared here, the recipe was taken by the author from the same site where I got it from and I can delete it .... all the same, I didn’t post it first, as it turned out ....
Margit
Karinochka, I don't think you need to delete anything. What is - is already there.

Interestingly, two recipes for the same cake came out. But look at Karina's it is more informative, so I received more responses I would not want to be in the place of SkoNaNi

Well, there is nothing wrong with this, I hope it will not be offended. We have the recipe from the same source. Although it’s strange how I didn’t notice him, I seemed to be leafing through the recipes, but I didn’t see him. Forgive me SkoNaNi

Carina1991, thank you very much for the recipe! I tried it and my men liked the cake! True, I made the cakes a little thick, and the cream, as it turned out, was not enough. So either do more cream, or the cakes are thinner, but we will regulate this in the course of the next preparations. We ate it very quickly! For your attention the resulting cake:

To your health! Well, if the men liked it, then it's not in vain.
Inusya
In-in, the cream should be made at least 700 ml of milk, the whole infection is absorbed, and where else?
And I was sentenced to life with this cake! Every weekend you need it !!!
Vitalinka
I also baked this cake. Indeed, the cakes are baked very quickly, a simple but delicious cake! I made sour cream + condensed milk with cream.
Carina1991 , thanks for the recipe!

Vitalinka, tell me, how are you doing such a vertical side? Are you ready to cut it, cut it off or when the cakes are still dry? Share. Or is it me crooked
Vitalinka
Inusya, cakes sintered, cooled and cut off. And then I collected the cake.
SkoNaNi
Absolutely not offended. Well, I almost never sit on the forum, I don't publish recipes, I don't communicate with anyone, so there were fewer responses to my publication of the recipe. This is normal But as for the fact that it would be better to make more cream, I wrote in my comments to the recipe, which I posted here
