Wheat flour 820 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
+1 tsp
Milk with water in half
(or serum) 0.5 l
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Egg 1 pc
Cooking method

The output of the finished dough is approximately 1.440 kg - I have 24 pies of 60 g of dough + filling. Made with peas, cabbage, potatoes.
