Ingredients

Turkey (fillet) 2 pcs
Quince 1\4
Marinade (per 1kg)
Soy sauce 50-70 ml
Olive oil 20-30ml
salt, pepper to taste
Garlic Crush 1-2 cloves
Marjoram 0.5 tsp
Lemon juice half a lemon

Cooking method

  • My people love turkey meat, if it is kept longer in the marinade, then the meat turns out to be sooo tender and juicy.
  • 1. Crush the garlic and mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
  • 2. Put the turkey fillet in the resulting marinade, it is advisable to keep the fillet for a day, if you do not have such an opportunity, then at least 40 minutes. (I had a day even more) I made it in a cuckoo yesterday.
  • 3. Place two fillets in a foil baking dish, or how many will fit, put quince slices on top. Close the form.
  • 4. We put the air fryer in the basket, preheating it for 3 minutes. We set the temperature to 180 degrees, time 25 minutes.

I liked the meat: juicy, soft.
