Ingredients

apples 2 pcs
boiled asparagus beans 300gr
onion 2 pcs
peas 1 can
mustard 1 tbsp
sugar 1h l
sunflower oil 100 g

Cooking method

  • Cut the herring into boneless fillets, and then cut into pieces, but not square, but long, approximately 2x0.5 cm. Cut the apples into the same slices. Chop the onions into slices and pickle in vinegar. Add a jar of green peas there. Add pickled onions. Mix everything and season with mustard sauce.
  • Mustard sauce: mustard, sugar, sunflower oil - mix everything in a blender - the sauce is ready
  • Salad decorated with a card suit
  • Try it - a very spicy snack bar and, most importantly, not a jaded taste!

I've tried it. and with mackerel, but with herring it seemed to me tastier, spicier, more piquant, and mackerel gave the salad a completely new taste. But it won't be greasy - a lot of vegetables will dull the fat content of any fish
