Fish baked with vegetables

Ingredients

Tilapia fillet 4 things.
juice of one lemon
a tomato 2 pcs
sweet bell pepper 2 pcs.
grated cheese 200gr.
garlic 3 cloves
parsley 1 bunch
tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
salt, prairie taste.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the fish fillet, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  • Place in a baking sheet.
  • Cut the tomatoes into slices, sweet peppers into strips, finely chop the herbs. Finely chop the garlic.
  • Put the garlic in a pan with hot vegetable oil, fry until golden brown, add bell peppers, parsley, mix and fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and tomato paste, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the fish with this vegetable sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until tender for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes.
