Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Rast. oil 0.5 tbsp.
Egg 2 pcs.
Baking powder 0.5 packs

Cooking method

  • glass = 200 ml
  • You can add rhubarb, apples, cherries, etc.
  • I mixed the ingredients in a separate bowl and then transferred them to the bread maker to make sure everything was well mixed. The dough turns out to be quite thin, but rises and bakes well.
  • Made with cherries, really liked it. Berries were added after the first batch, at the signal. If you missed the moment, then you can add later, just stir the dough a little with a spatula so that the berries are distributed by weight. Do not add right away, otherwise all the berries may end up at the bottom.
  • The mode in the bread maker is "fast", for me - 1 hour 40 minutes, bakes for 80 minutes. If you cook in the oven, then you need to bake ~ 40 minutes.

I made this cake with whole flour, brown sugar and apples. Delicious brown. I thrust three apples, so it was wet, but for some reason the taste of apples was not felt.

And for me it comes out quite small, although very tasty. True, it was not possible to bake on the Keks program in my HP, I set it to bake in the oven on convection mode for 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Now I did the second one, and again it was not baked - the middle is completely liquid after HP.

I wanted a cupcake (it was a cupcake, not a cupcake, so I searched the forum for "cupcake")))
The third or fourth this recipe fell out and seemed to me so elementary that even I was not trained as a Turk, I could hardly spoil it.
My modification.
There was a little less baking powder than the recipe, one large egg (not two), corn oil.
Filler - Apple sweet and sour 50g grated, Strawberry 50-70 grams (zhmenka), and ICE CREAM cranberry (as much as strawberries)
I threw the filler not on a signal, as recommended above, but at the beginning of the second batch (in my Bork, there are two batches in the program). I think thanks to this, the apple and strawberry gave their juice to the dough and helped to rise. Due to the fact that the cranberries were frozen, they have been preserved entirely and are felt in the finished cake, large strawberries have also been preserved.
Sugar is not enough for my taste, you can have a little more. (But this is an amateur of course)
The cupcake is very tender, moist, beautiful. Not big, but for me it was a plus.
